Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schachtabdeckung für Gebäude-, Kabel-, Kanal- und sonstige Schächte. The invention relates to a manhole cover for building, cable, sewer and other shafts.
Manhole covers are used in many areas of buildings, ducts, cable ducts etc. installed. Most of them are rarely opened and are therefore, according to the prior art, due to contamination or difficult to open the often very high dead weight. Corrode screw connections, Closures are no longer feasible. It is therefore for an operator alone mostly impossible to operate these covers.
A shaft cover is already known from DE 195 14 636 A1, in which a Drainage shaft is closed by a lid, which is on a frame supports on which it is secured by means of screws. In the two holes a guide rod is mounted on a U-profile attached to the shaft wall, the upper end of which is attached to the lid. A preloaded spring is between the U-profile and the lid. After loosening the screws lifts the spring biased the cover over the top of the frame. The lid can now be swung out. With this previously known manhole cover results the problem that corroded screw connections are often difficult to solve are. In addition, there is a fear that the tension for a long time held springs lose tension over time and thus the heavy ones Do not lift the manhole cover sufficiently until the screw connection is open is. To the extent that the spring is too large, it is difficult for an individual to close the manhole cover against the force of the spring.
The object of the present invention is to provide a manhole cover for buildings, Provide cable, duct and other manholes by an operator Open and open again without having to loosen the locks and screw connections can be locked.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of
Preferred embodiments of the invention result from the Main claim subsequent subclaims.
Overall, a manhole cover can be created with one Vertical movement regardless of its weight the effortless lifting of the Lid is enabled. By rotating on a round shaft around the The cover of the manhole cover can move into its own axis in a vertical position brought and secured by a lock. Below can the shaft opening completely by swiveling around the spindle axis be uncovered, with the manhole cover in this pivoted-out position can also be secured by another lock. For protection a crash grille can be automatically pulled along the shaft opening, which in the upper edge area of the manhole frame via two holding claws automatically engages.

Schachtabdeckung 10 in vertikaler Richtung vom Schacht 12 abgehoben.
I) verfahrbar ist.
Achszapfen 20.1 shows a
As shown in particular in Fig. 6, sets at the upper free end of the
(Bewegungsrichtung III). Hierdurch ist die Schachtabdeckung zur vollständigen
Freigabe der Schachtöffnung verschwenkbar.A further pivoting movement takes place in that the
II. The different directions of movement are shown in FIGS.
FIG. 7 shows the vertical direction of movement I in the direction of the arrow. FIG. 8 illustrates
the pivoting movement III about the spindle axis and the figure 9 clarified
the tilting movement of the manhole cover around the
A grating 22 is additionally arranged pivotably on the
