Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung ist ein Heberfarbwerk einer Druckmaschine dargestellt. Anhand dieser Zeichnung werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensschritte näher erläutert.
Das Heberfarbwerk besteht aus einem Farbkasten 1, mit einem Farbduktor 2, einem Farbheber 3, einem Reibzylinder 4 und einem dem Reibzylinder 4 nachgeordneten, mehrere Walzen 5 enthaltenden Walzenstuhl 6.

Claims (6)

    changing the speed of the ink ductor and printing machine and
    producing the original function of the ink lifter.
  2. Method of influencing the ink distribution in lifting inking mechanisms of printing machines, with the method steps:
    driving the ink ductor at maximum speed,
    driving the printing machine so that the distributing cylinder rotates at the ink ductor speed,
    producing a constant operative connection between ink ductor, ink lifter and distributing cylinder, inclusive of standstill of the ink lifter drive,
    setting the ink fountain to a new ink profile,
    conveying excess ink from the rollers of the lifting inking mechanism into the ink fountain and/or conveying additional ink in correspondence with the new ink profile to the rollers of the lifting inking mechanism,
    changing the speed of the ink ductor and printing machine and
    producing the function of the ink lifter.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the roller separation, which is effective during interruption of pressure, is lifted in the inking mechanism.
  4. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the production of a constant operative connection is carried out by switching the ink lifter into a setting between ink ductor and distributing cylinder.
  5. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the production of a constant operative connection is carried out by sliding and/or pivoting the ink fountain inclusive of ink ductor in the direction of the ink lifter.
  6. Equipment for carrying out the method of influencing the ink distribution in lifting inking mechanisms of printing machines according to claim 1, wherein the lifting inking mechanism comprises an ink fountain (1) with ink ductor (2), a distributing cylinder (4) and an ink lifter (3) which oscillates back and forth between ink ductor (2) and distributing cylinder (4) and is mounted at one end of a lever, a cam roller (10) co-operating with a cam (11) is associated with the other end of the lever, and the position of the lever is variable for production of an operative connection between ink ductor (2), ink lifter (3) and distributing cylinder (4) as well as for cancelling the operation connection between cam roller (10) and cam (11), characterised in that the lever is constructed as a bellcrank (9), wherein the first lever arm (9') of the bellcrank (9) carries the ink lifter (3), the cam roller (10) co-operating with the cam (11) is arranged at the second lever arm (9") and the bellcrank (9) is pivotably connected at a fulcrum (12) with a pivot lever (13) mounted to be rotatable about a point on the frame.
