In der Zeichnung ist ein Heberfarbwerk einer Druckmaschine dargestellt. Anhand dieser
Zeichnung werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensschritte näher erläutert.
Das Heberfarbwerk besteht aus einem Farbkasten 1, mit einem Farbduktor 2, einem Farbheber
3, einem Reibzylinder 4 und einem dem Reibzylinder 4 nachgeordneten, mehrere
Walzen 5 enthaltenden Walzenstuhl 6.
Der Farbkasten 1 ist mit motorisch angetriebenen Farbprofilstelleinrichtungen 7 ausgestattet.
Der Farbduktor 2 ist mit einem Antriebsmotor 8 verbunden, der den Farbduktor schrittweise
und kontinuierlich mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit antreiben kann.
Der Reibzylinder 4 ist mit einem nicht dargestellten Antriebsrad ausgestattet, welches Bestandteil
des Antriebsräderzug der Druckmaschine ist, d.h. die Geschwindigkeit des Reibzylinders
ist über die Geschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine veränderbar.
Der Farbheber 3 ist in einem ersten Hebelarm 9' eines Winkelhebels 9 gelagert. Der zweite
Hebelarm 9" des Winkelhebels 9 trägt eine Kurvenrolle 10, die mit einer Kurve 11 in Wirkverbindung
steht.
Der Winkelhebel 9 ist in einem Drehpunkt 12 gelagert. Dieser Drehpunkt 12 ist wiederum in
einem mit einem Betätigungsglied 14 verbundenen Schwenkhebel 13 angeordnet.
Die geometrischen Verhältnisse der Anordnung des Winkelhebels und des Schwenkhebels
sind so ausgelegt, daß die Herstellung der Wirkverbindung zwischen Farbduktor/Farbheber/Reibzylinder
mit der Trennung der Kurvenrolle 10 von der Kurve 11 verbunden ist.
Alternativ ist auch die Sperrung der Kurvenrolle 10 mittels einer Sperrklinke 16 über ein Bewegungselement
