Pour combler l'espace latéral entre le coffre et les tableaux de fenêtre, le poseur écarte les 2 caches d'extrémité ou plus généralement les finitions latérales 10 du coffre pour les amener en contact contre le tableau. Il reste ensuite à ajuster en largeur les cornières latérales qui viennent se clipper sur la coulisse 2, 3 afin de masquer l'espace entre coulisse et tableau de fenêtre.
