As a result, the forced management of the products remains with them Receive deflection in the respective exit path 4, 5.
- the alternative exit paths 4, 5 form with the path guide level 2 each an obtuse angle so that the products are not too strong when redirected Are exposed to stress and need to be redirected less.
- the speed of the exit belts 16, 25 is also adapted to the speed of the feed belts 6, 7.
- the deflection elements according to the invention are shown in a second position.
- the deflection elements 13, 22 are in a lower position 34 movable in which the products in a lower guide plane 28 of a second exit path 5 are steered. In this position, only the upper deflection element 13 acts on the products to be deflected and directs them into the downward deflecting plane 28. If the deflection elements 13, 22 alternately move up and down, they guide the Products alternately in the first and second product outlet path 4, 5, so that a continuous product flow is diverted into two different guideways 4, 5. If all products are to be directed into the second product exit path 5, then the Deflection elements 13, 22 z. B. by axial displacement of the eccentric 32 in a lower (tabloid) position 34 can be determined. All products in the upper product exit path 4 are directed.
- Fig. 3 shows the upper feed belt assembly in a pivoted position in which the Signature management level and the first product exit path are accessible.
- the upper band arrangement 6 is upwards pivoted so that the product guideway 1 for maintenance or cleaning work is accessible.
- the entire feed belt arrangement 6 can be around the belt roller 8 or another pivot point can be pivoted. This will make the middle one Deflection roller 10, which is associated with the upper deflection element 13, from the Product management level 1 moved out.
- the setting roller 29 would also by one Eccentric 32 lifted when either the upper feed belt assembly 6 in the open Position is pivoted or the lower feed belt assembly 7 down from the Product management level is pivoted away.
- Swiveling in the opposite direction can be the upper or lower Feed belt arrangement 6, 7 pivoted back into the product guide level 1 become.
- the adjusting rollers 29 are brought back into contact with the eccentric 32 is arranged for example on an assembly subassembly made of side rails. If the eccentric 32 is arranged on an assembly subassembly made of side rails, it moves up with the feed belts 6, so that the adjusting roller 29 with the Eccentric 32 remains in contact. If only a single, centrally attached eccentric is provided, then this is contacted by both adjusting rollers 29. If the upper feed belts 6 pivoted upward into the open position of the system, the adjusting roller 29 is separated from the central eccentric and only contacts them again in the closed State of the system. The same applies to the lower feed belts 7.

- the eccentric sections 32.1, 32.2 each act on setting rollers, which pivot the deflection elements 13, 22 into the upper or lower position.
- the Adjusting rollers transfer the respective deflection roller 10, which is the corresponding one Deflection element 13, 22 is assigned an actuating movement.
- Below the deflection section an actuating unit 31 is provided which converts the upper feed belt arrangement 6 into that in FIG. 3 Shown open position 35 pivots, in which the deflecting section for carrying out Maintenance or cleaning work is accessible.
- the actuating movement of the actuating unit 31 is represented by the piston rod of the actuating unit 31 and the dashed line in FIG. 4 shown middle deflecting roller.
- Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a deflecting portion in a folder.
- the pivoted deflection elements 13, 22 form a first product outlet path, which between an upper feed belt arrangement and the upper outlet belt 16.
- the one upper deflection element 13 associated adjusting roller moves on the high Eccentric section 32.1, while the lower one assigned to the lower adjusting element 22 Adjusting roller moves on the low eccentric section 32.2.
- Fig. 6 is a schematic illustration of a folder.
- the folding apparatus 38 shown in FIG. 6 comprises a plurality of folding cylinders 45 which are connected to the a delta fold or a double parallel cross fold to be transported carry out.
- the web guideway 39 runs on the folding cylinders 45 and possibly on a stapler 44 past.
