Claims (19)
- Holzplatte mit einer Anzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Holzbalken mit parallel zueinander verlaufenden Längsachsen, von denen mindestens zwei über eine Nut-und-Feder-Verbindung miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Holzbalken aus einer Mehrzahl von in Längsrichtung des Balkens parallel zueinander verlaufenden und eine den Balken in axialer Richtung durchsetzende Ausnehmung umschließenden Bauelementen besteht.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Holzbalken in Form eines Kreuzbalkens mit vier eine den Balken in Längsrichtung durchsetzende Ausnehmung umschließenden Holzelementen besteht, wobei jedes Holzelement zwei etwa einen rechten Winkel miteinander einschließende jeweils einen Teil der Außenfläche des Balkens bildende Begrenzungsflächen aufweist, auf denen die Jahresringe der Holzelemente etwa senkrecht auslaufen.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mindestens einem der Holzbalken das Verhältnis der Breite der nicht mit Nuten und Federn versehenen Außenfläche zur Nuttiefe bzw. Federbreite größer als 10, vorzugsweise größer als 15, besonders bevorzugt größer als 25 ist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Holzbalken an einer seiner Außenflächen eine Anzahl, vorzugsweise zwei in Längsrichtung des Balkens parallel zueinander verlaufende, jeweils durch eine Feder voneinander getrennte Nuten und an der dazu entgegengesetzten Außenfläche eine entsprechende Anzahl dazu komplementärer, jeweils durch eine Nut voneinander getrennter Federn aufweist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Holzbalken spiegelsymmetrisch bezüglich einer parallel zur Holzplatten-Hauptfläche verlaufenden Ebene ist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise sämtliche der nebeneinander angeordneten Holzbalken etwa die gleiche Form aufweisen.
- Holzplatte aus einer Anzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Holzbalken mit parallel zueinander verlaufenden Längsachsen, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Holzbalken durch mindestens ein parallel zur Hauptfläche der Holzplatte und vorzugsweise senkrecht zu den Längsachsen der Balken verlaufendes, vorzugsweise in Form einer Schraube gebildetes Verbindungselement miteinander verbunden sind.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Holzbalken durch zwei in der senkrecht zur Hauptfläche der Holzplatte verlaufenden Dickenrichtung voneinander beabstandete Verbindungselemente, insbesondere Schrauben miteinander verbunden sind.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Holzbalken durch mindestens ein etwa in der Mittelebene zwischen den beiden Hauptflächen der Holzplatte verlaufendes, vorzugsweise in Form einer Schraube gebildetes Verbindungselement miteinander verbunden sind.
- Holzplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Verbindungselemente in eine Nut eines der Holzbalken eingeführt ist, diesen durchdringt und in den benachbarten Holzbalken eindringt.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Verbindungselemente in eine Nut des benachbarten Holzbalkens eindringt.
- Holzplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Verbindungselemente die Ausnehmung durchdringt.
- Holzplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement eine Schraube ist, wobei nur einer der damit verbundenen Holzbalken einen mit einem Gewinde versehenen Abschnitt der Schraube aufnimmt, während in dem anderen Holzbalken ein gewindefreier Abschnitt der Schraube aufgenommen ist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement eine Schraube ist, wobei in beiden der damit verbundenen Holzbalken ein mit einem Gewinde versehener Abschnitt der Schraube aufgenommen ist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Feder mindestens einen parallel zur Hauptfläche der Holzplatte verlaufenden Seitenflächenbereich aufweist, der vorzugsweise über einen einen stumpfen Winkel damit einschließenden Fasenbereich in eine senkrecht zur Hauptfläche verlaufende Stirnfläche übergeht.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder spiegelsymmetrisch bezüglich einer parallel zur Hauptfläche verlaufenden Ebene ist.
- Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Nut mindestens einen parallel zur Hauptfläche der Holzplatte verlaufenden Nutwandbereich aufweist.
- Holzplatte nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut spiegelsymmetrisch bezüglich einer parallel zur Hauptfläche verlaufenden Ebene ist.
- Holzbalken zur Herstellung einer Holzplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
