Description
Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen von Packgut mit einem Umreifungsband insbesondere aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff umfassend:einen Maschinentisch (1), auf dem das Packgut mittels einer Transporteinrichtung (4) in die Umreifungsvorrichtung einfahrbar und wieder daraus herausfahrbar isteine Bandführungseinrichtung (12) auf dem Maschinentisch (1), mittels derer das Umreifungsband (6) zu einer losen Schlinge um das Packgut herumführbar ist,eine Einschieß- und Rückzugseinrichtung (8) zum Einschießen des Umreifungsbandes (6) in die Bandführungseinrichtung (12) und zum Straffziehen des Urnreifungsbandes (6) um das Packgut, sowieeine Verbindungseinrichtung, insbesondere Verschweißeinrichtung (9), zum Fixieren der um das Packgut straffgezogenen Umreifungsbandschlinge, wobei die Bandführungseinrichtung (12) Führungskanalabschnitte (13, 16), in denen das Umreifungsband (6) beim Einschießen in herkömmlicher Weise mechanisch geführt ist, und mindestens eine freie Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') oberhalb des Maschinentisches (1) aufweist, wobei über die Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') das Umreifungsband (6) beim Einschießen in die Bandführungseinrichtung (12) hinweggeschossen wird, und wobei am Ende jeder Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') eine Fangvorrichtung (26, 26', 27) für den beim Einschießen des Umreifungsbandes (6) vorlaufenden Bandanfang (39) angeordnet ist,
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umreifungsband (6) beim Hinwegführen über die mindestens eine freie Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') druckluftunterstützt geführt ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch jeweils eine Druckluft-Düsenanordnung (23, 24, 24') am Anfang der mindestens einen freien Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') zur Erzeugung eines die freie Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') in Einschießrichtung (E) entlangströmenden Druckluftstrahles (Do, Du).
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenanordnungen (23, 24, 24') jeweils aus zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Druckluftdüsen (25) bestehen, zwischen denen das Umreifungsband (6) mit seinen Flachseiten den Düsen (25) zugewandt hindurchführbar ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenanordnungen jeweils eine ringförmige Druckluftdüse aufweisen, durch deren Ringöffnung das Umreifungsband (6) hindurchführbar ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, daß die Fangvorrichtung als trichterförmige Auffangöffnung (26, 26', 27) ausgebildet ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandführungseinrichtung (12) aufweisteinen unteren Führungskanalabschnitt (13) im Maschinentisch (1),einen im wesentlichen parallel dazu verlaufenden, oberen Führungskanalabschnitt (16) oberhalb des Maschinentisches (1) undjeweils eine freie, vertikale Luftstrecke (17, 18) zwischen den Enden (19, 20, 21, 22) des unteren und oberen Führungskanalabschnitts (13, 16).
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Bandantriebsvorrichtungen (30, 31) jeweils in den Umlenkungsbereichen an den einlaufseitigen Enden (20, 22) des unteren und/oder oberen Führungskanalabschnittes (13, 16) angeordnet sind.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandführungseinrichtung (12') einen unteren Führungskanalabschnitt (13) im Maschinentisch (1) und zwei jeweils an dessen beiden Enden nach oben anschließende freie Luftstrecken (17', 18') aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, daß die beim Einschießen des Umreifungsbandes (6) gebildete lose Umreifungsband-Schlinge im wesentlichen in Form eines vertikal stehenden Dreiecks vorliegt.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Umlenkungsbereich am obenliegenden Scheitel des Dreiecksverlaufs des Umreifungsbandes (6) ein sowohl einlaufseitig als auch auslaufseitig wirkender Zwischenantrieb (30') mit Bandzwischenspeicher (43) angeordnet ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umreifungsband (6) durch ein plötzliches Abbremsen während des Hinwegführens seines vorlaufenden Bandanfangs (39) über die mindestens eine freie Luftstrecke (17, 18, 17', 18') streckbar ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Einschieß- und Rückzugseinrichtung (8) eine Walzenanordnung (45) zum Planrichten des Umreifungsbandes (6) vorgesehen ist, durch die das Umreifungsband (6) mit alternierenden Krümmungsrichtungen hindurchgeführt ist.
