Claims (17)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere zum direkten Einspritzen von Brennstoff in einen Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem elektromagnetischen Kreis (1, 2, 14, 19), mit einer axial entlang einer Ventillängsachse (8) bewegbaren Ventilnadel (20), die einen Ventilschließabschnitt (28) aufweist, der zum Öffnen und Schließen des Ventils mit einem festen Ventilsitz (27) zusammenwirkt, der an einem Ventilsitzelement (26) ausgebildet ist, und mit einem unmittelbar stromaufwärts des Ventilsitzes (27) angeordneten scheibenförmigen Drallelement (47), wobei das Drallelement (47) einen inneren Öffnungsbereich (60) mit mehreren Drallkanälen (63) besitzt, der sich vollständig über die gesamte axiale Dicke des Drallelements (47) erstreckt und der mittels Stanzen ausgeformt ist, und die Drallkanäle (63) durch einen umlaufenden Randbereich (66) nicht mit dem äußeren Umfang des Drallelements (47) in Verbindung stehen.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Öffnungsbereich (60) von einer inneren Drallkammer (62) und von einer Vielzahl von in die Drallkammer (62) mündenden Drallkanälen (63) gebildet ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drallkanäle (63) tangential in die Drallkammer (62) münden.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drallkanäle (63) von der Drallkammer (62) entfernt liegende, hakenförmig abgeknickte Enden (65) aufweisen.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Drallkammer (62) die Ventilnadel (20) axial bewegbar ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar stromaufwärts des Drallelements (47) ein separat ausgebildetes Führungselement (35) mit einer inneren Führungsöffnung (55) zur Führung der die Führungsöffnung (55) durchdringenden Ventilnadel (20) angeordnet ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35) radial beweglich gegenüber dem Ventilsitz (27) ausgeführt ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35) mittels einer Druckfeder (50) gegen das Drallelement (47) und somit indirekt gegen das Ventilsitzelement (26) gedrückt wird.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ansonsten scheibenförmige Führungselement (35) eine Ausnehmung (52) aufweist, an deren Grund (53) sich die Druckfeder (50) abstützt.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am äußeren Umfang des Führungselements (35) wenigstens ein nutähnlicher Strömungskanal (69) ausgeformt ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35) mit seiner einen Stirnseite an dem Drallelement (47) und mit seiner anderen gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite an einer Stufe (51) eines Ventilsitzträgers (21) anliegt, so daß das Führungselement (35) axial gehäuseverspannt ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35), das Drallelement (47) und das Ventilsitzelement (26) mit geringem Spiel oder Pressung im Ventilsitzträger (21) fixiert sind.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar stromaufwärts des Drallelements (47) ein Führungsabschnitt (35') eines Ventilsitzträgers (21) mit einer inneren Führungsöffnung (55) zur Führung der die Führungsöffnung (55) durchdringenden Ventilnadel (20) angeordnet ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drallelement (47) und das Ventilsitzelement (26) zusammen mit einem Führungselement (35) in einer Durchgangsöffnung (24) eines Ventilsitzträgers (21) angeordnet und somit vom Ventilsitzträger (21) in Umfangsrichtung vollständig umgeben sind.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drallelement (47) an einer unteren abspritzseitigen Stirnseite (82) eines Ventilsitzträgers (21) anliegt und somit einen größeren Außendurchmesser aufweist als eine innere Durchgangsöffnung (24) des Ventilsitzträgers (21).
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am äußeren Umfang des stromabwärtigen Endes (25) des Ventilsitzträgers (21) ein rohrförmiges Befestigungsteil (70) angeordnet ist, das am Ventilsitzträger (21) und am Ventilsitzelement (26) mit jeweils einer Schweißnaht (61, 71) befestigt ist.
