Claims (17)
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application (1, 301, 401, 501) d'un produit (P) pulvérulent, liquide ou pâteux, comportant un réservoir (4, 304, 404, 504) pour le produit, un organe d'application (3, 303) amovible muni d'un élément d'application (48, 348, 448, 548) destiné à être mis en appui élastique sur le produit, des moyens d'appui élastique (44, 344, 444, 544), exerçant une force d'appui dudit élément d'application sur le produit, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de compensation (30,34 ; 330,334 ; 441,434 ; 537,545) sont prévus pour ajuster la force d'appui à une valeur déterminée et sensiblement constante au fur et à mesure que le niveau de produit dans le réservoir descend.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de compensation (30,34; 330,334 ; 441,434 ; 537,545) comprennent un mécanisme d'embrayage/débrayage dynamométrique apte à comprimer lesdits moyens d'appui élastiques (44, 344, 444, 544) tant que ladite force d'appui sur le piston est en-dessous d'un seuil déterminé, et à devenir inopérant lorsque la force d'appui sur le piston dépasse ledit seuil.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de compensation sont constitués par une tige filetée (36, 336, 536) ou une tige à crémaillère (436) portant l'organe d'application et actionnable par l'utilisateur par un moyen de manoeuvre (22, 326, 426, 526), des moyens de liaison élastique (30, 340, 441, 545) étant prévus, pour en réponse à un actionnement des moyens de manoeuvre, coopérer avec la tige filetée ou la crémaillère lorsque la force d'appui sur le piston est en dessous dudit seuil, de manière à rétablir la force d'appui initiale après le prélèvement d'une dose de produit, ces moyens de liaison élastique devenant inopérants lorsque la force d'appui sur le piston atteint ledit seuil.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'appui élastique sont constitués par un ressort (44, 344, 444, 544) agencée de manière à maintenir l'élément d'application (48, 348, 448, 548), en position assemblée de l'ensemble, en appui élastique sur le produit (P).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (3) comporte un manche de préhension creux (22, 322, 422, 524), dans lequel sont logés les moyens de compensation (30,34 ; 330,334 ; 441,434 ; 537,545) et les moyens d'appui élastique (44, 344, 444, 544), le manche de préhension étant constitué de deux portions, mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre, l'une desdites portions constituant ledit moyen de manoeuvre.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (4, 304, 404, 504) est muni d'un premier piston (8, 308, 408, 508), mobile axialement dans le réservoir, interposé entre le produit (P) et l'élément d'application (48, 348, 448, 548), au moins une ouverture de passage (12, 312, 412, 512) pour le produit étant prévue dans ledit piston pour assurer le chargement en produit de l'élément d'application.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le premier piston (8) comporte une cavité (11) dont les parois sont aptes à épouser au moins une partie du contour de l'élément d'application (48), ladite (lesdites) ouverture(s) de passage (12) constituant un (des) canal (canaux) d'alimentation de l'élément d'application (48).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison élastique sont constitués par un manchon cylindrique (30) entourant la tige filetée (36), une première extrémité libre du manchon, en appui élastique contre ladite tige filetée (36), comportant des fentes longitudinales (32a-32c) délimitant une pluralité de pattes élastiquement déformables (30a-30c) selon une direction radiale audit manchon.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison élastique (34, 130) sont constitués par un manchon cylindrique (128) entourant la tige (36), une première extrémité libre (130) du manchon (128) étant en appui élastique contre ladite tige (36), le manchon (128) étant réalisé en un matériau élastomérique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la première extrémité du manchon comporte un filetage interne (30d, 30c ; 230), complémentaire du filetage (34) de la tige filetée (36).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'appui élastique comprennent un ressort hélicoïdal (44, 344, 444, 544), chaque extrémité (44a, 44b) du ressort étant en appui élastique, respectivement, sur des second (40, 340, 440, 540), et troisième (42, 342, 442, 542) pistons.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le second piston (40) est solidaire de la tige filetée (36), le troisième piston (42) étant solidaire d'une première extrémité (46a) d'une tige (46) dont la seconde extrémité (46b) porte l'élément d'application (48).
- Ensemble selon les revendications 7 et 12, caractérisé en ce que la seconde extrémité (46b) de la tige (46) comporte une portée annulaire tronconique (50), s'appuyant de manière étanche contre une extrémité ouverte (10b) de la cavité (11).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'application (48, 348, 448, 548) est constitué d'un embout en élastomère ou en mousse, ou d'une brosse de mascara.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (48, 348, 448, 548) est pourvu d'un revêtement de flocage.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (4) rempli de produit et muni dudit premier piston (8), constitue une recharge, apte à être assemblée avec ledit organe d'application (3).
- Utilisation de l'ensemble (1, 301, 401, 501) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, pour appliquer sur la peau ou ses phanères le produit (P) contenu dans le réservoir (4, 304, 404, 504) à l'aide d'un élément d'application (48, 348, 448, 548).
