Abstract

Die durch das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren herstellbaren Behälter (1) bestehen aus einem flexiblen Folienmaterial und besitzen zwei Wände (5, 6) und eine einen Auslass aufweisende Stirnseite (3). Die Herstellung eines solchen Behälters (1) zeichnet sich im wesentlichen durch folgende Verfahrensschritte aus:

  • Ein Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück wird entlang einer Achse gefalten.
  • Anschliessend wird aus dem den Falz aufweisenden und die Stirnseite (3) zu bilden bestimmten Querabschnitt des gefaltenen Werkstückes eine Auslassöffnung ausgestanzt und es werden die beiden aneinander anliegenden Werkstückabschnitte entlang zweier einander zugekehrten Seitenränder (5a, 6a) miteinander verschweisst.
  • Beim darauffolgenden Auffalten des so hergestellten Schlauchkörpers (2) bilden sich aus dem den Falz aufweisenden Querabschnitt zwei Stirnkanten (9a), die ihrerseits die die Auslassöffnung aufweisende Stirnseite (3) begrenzen.
  • Nach dem Auffalten wird unterhalb der im Herstellungsprozess nach unten gekehrten Auslassöffnung ein Verschlusskörper (4) bestehend aus einem Auslass-Stutzen und einem Verschlussdeckel auf den Schlauchkörper (2) gesteckt.
  • Gleichzeitig oder kurz darauf wird durch eine der Stirnseite (3) gegenüberliegende Öffnung ein Befestigungs-Stutzen durch den Schlauchkörper (3) hindurchgeführt und in den Auslass-Stutzen eingeschraubt, dann das pastöse Produkt durch die genannte Öffnung in den Schlauchkörper (2) eingefüllt und diese Öffnung verschweisst.

  • After unfolding, a closure body (4) consisting of an outlet socket and a closure cover is placed on the hose body (2) below the outlet opening which is turned down in the manufacturing process.
  • Simultaneously or shortly thereafter, an attachment socket is passed through the hose body (3) through an opening opposite the end face (3) and screwed into the outlet socket, then the pasty product is filled into the hose body (2) through said opening and the latter Welded opening.
