Claims (10)
- Treibstangenverschluß für Tür, Fenstertür od. dgl., mit einem in einem Gehäuse (2) untergebrachten Betätigungsmechanismus (3), der einerseits Mittel (4) zur manuellen und/oder automatischen Betätigung mindestens einer Treibstange (5, 5A) aufweist, die auf eine oder mehrere Riegelorgane einwirkt, die mit einem oder mehreren Schließblechen zusammenwirken, und andererseits ein schlüsselbetätigtes Element (12) für die Betätigung von Blockiermitteln (13) zum Blockieren der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) in der Verriegelungsposition,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiermittel für die Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) aus einer Sperrklinke (14) bestehen, die unter der Einwirkung des schlüsselbetätigten Elementes (12) in der Verriegelungsposition mit einer Zahnstange (15) zusammenwirken kann, die der oder den Treibstangen (5, 5A) direkt oder indirekt zugeordnet ist, um die Treibstange oder Treibstangen lediglich in der Entriegelungsrichtung zu sperren. - Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (15) einem Schieber (6) zugeordnet ist, der in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist und die vom Betätigungsmechanismus (3) ausgeübte Bewegung auf die Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) überträgt. - Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (14) einem Träger (16) zugeordnet ist, der in dem Gehäuse (2) verschiebbar gelagert ist und zwar in Querrichtung oder rechtwinklig zur Verschiebungsrichtung der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) bzw. eines mit diesen verbundenen Schiebers (6), wobei die Verschiebung des Trägers (16) durch einen vom schlüsselbetätigten Element (12) betätigten Mitnahmefinger (17) bewirkt wird. - Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (16) der Sperrklinke (14) von dem Körper (18) eines Riegels (19) gebildet wird, der in der Verriegelungsstellung über die Vorderkante des Flügels der Tür, des Fensters od. dgl. vorspringt für das Zusammenwirken mit einem am Festrahmen korrespondierend angeordneten Schließblech. - Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (14) eine Verzahnung (20) für das Zusammenwirken mit der Verzahnung (21) der Zahnstange (15) aufweist, wobei die Verzahnungen (20, 21) eine unsymmetrische Form haben derart, daß:wenn den Treibstangen (5, 5A) mittels der Betätigungsmittel (4) eine Verschiebung in der Verriegelungsrichtung erteilt wird, die Verzahnungen (20, 21) als Nocken gegeneinander wirken und ein Ausweichen der Verzahnung (20) der Sperrklinke (14) gegen die Wirkung von Rückstellfedern (22) ermöglichen;während ein Versuch, die Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) in Entriegelungsrichtung zu verschieben dazu führt, daß die Verzahnungen (20, 21) mit ihrem Profil als Anschläge wirken, die eine Bewegung der Treibstange oder Treibstangen in der Entriegelungsrichtung verhindern. - Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (23) der Zahnstange (15) so bemessen ist, daß die Sperrklinke (14) mit der Zahnstange (15) unter der Einwirkung des schlüsselbetätigten Elementes (12) bei beliebiger Position der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) zusammenwirken kann. - Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel (24) aufweist, die das Zusammenwirken zwischen der Sperrklinke(14) und der Zahnstange (15) über eine Bewegungsstrecke (25) verhindern, die maximal dem Spiel entspricht, welches existiert zwischen der Stelle, an der normalerweise das oder die Verriegelungsorgane mit dem oder den Schließblechen zum Zusammenwirken kommen, und derjenigen, in der sich diese in der entriegelten Stellung der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) befinden. - Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (24) bestehen aus einem Anschlag (26), der sich bei in entriegelter Stellung befindlichen Treibstangen (5, 5A) vor die Sperrklinke (14) legt und dadurch die Blockierung derselben durch die Sperrklinke (14) verhindert, wobei die Höhe des Anschlags (26) von dem Bewegungshub (25) abhängt. - Treibstangenverschluß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
mit einer Falle (27), die elastisch in ihre Verriegelungsstellung rückstellbar ist und durch eine Nuß (8) betätigt wird, die von einer Klinke oder einem Betätigungshandgriff betätigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (30) zum Festhalten der Nuß (8) gegen Drehung mindestens in der Richtung (31) aufweist, die einer Betätigung zur Entriegelung, insbesondere der Falle (27), entspricht, wobei die Mittel (30) durch das schlüsselbetätigte Element (12) gleichzeitig mit den Mitteln (13) zur Blockierung der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) in der Verriegelungsstellung aktiviert werden. - Treibstangenverschluß nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Falle (27) wirkende Nuß (8) im wesentlichen die Mittel (4) zur manuellen Betätigung der Treibstange oder Treibstangen (5, 5A) darstellt.
