Definitions
- the present invention relates to a textile covering according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Cleaning devices are particularly useful for cleaning floors known in which a textile covering mostly is releasably attached to a tenter.
- the stenter is connected to a handle so that the user or the user hold the cleaning device on a stick and the Can clean the floor in an upright position.
- the textile covering surpasses the in the known embodiments Tension frame on all sides, so that they attach themselves when pressed raises the baseboards and this in the cleaning process involves.
- known embodiment will be about 5cm wide edges by turning the textile covering upwards and inwards stiffened on the one hand and by sewing or gluing on the other.
- a disadvantage of this embodiment is that the Textile covering, which mostly consists of natural fibers, undergoes a shrinking process after washing, and after a few washing procedures, which are hygienic Reasons with high temperatures hardly have to be done can be clamped on the stenter. This often results to tear the tissue in different places, so that the durability of the textile covering is only limited is guaranteed.
- the textile covering is usually on the side Pockets in which fasteners of the stenter can be introduced.
- the bags are in the well-known Embodiments, such as in the described patent, by separately attached Fabric parts formed. If used for a long time, tend the outer edge zones of these bags to the Tear seams.
- Embodiments of textile coverings are also known, where above another material with a different cleaning function than is used on the bottom page, so that with a double-sided textile covering two different ones Cleaning operations can be carried out.
- the disadvantage is that the first cleaning process must be completed before the other initiated can be.
- Another disadvantage of such double-sided Textile fabrics that they are very difficult to wring out are. Even when using a so-called “Wring-Eimers", a mechanical device for squeezing the moisture from the fibers, it is hardly possible to achieve the desired level of moisture.
- the tape with the cleaning tissue connecting seam that runs along the long sides the covering extends over its entire length.
- the inner edge of the stabilizing band forms together with the continuous seam a preferred crease line, see above that a neat bend in the edges of the fabric covering is guaranteed upwards and by buckling the part of the textile covering abutting the baseboard the baseboard is also cleaned.
- the stabilization band is preferably made of non-shrinking material, so that a frequent washing of the textile covering also high temperatures required for sterility is possible without the textile covering as a whole significant shrinkage.
- the pockets for the fasteners of the Tenter frames are advantageously by turning the Back fabric formed, which makes it more robust and Tear resistance of these bags is achieved as if this with an additional attached fabric part be formed.
- the cleaning fabric can consist of flat parts of different materials with different cleaning functions be set up so that in one operation different cleaning processes in labor-saving Way can be made.
- Figure 1 shows a plan view of the upper part of a textile covering according to the invention, which in its entirety is designated with the transfer number 1. From a downward-facing cleaning fabric 2 are only the pile threads are visible. A stabilizing band is dotted 4 drawn, which is the back fabric 3, the is shown hatched on the cleaning fabric 2 fixed. The back fabric 3 is turned over on the broad sides, so that pockets 32 are formed. The not The part that has been turned over is designated with the transfer number 31.
- the cleaning fabric 2 is against the cleaning process surface to be cleaned and can be made of fibers Cotton or plastics, such as polyester, polyamide, Acrylic, viscose etc. exist and pile threads or - in the case of plastics - have microfibers that absorb dirt and - in the case of wet cleaning devices - also the intake of cleaning fluid can serve.
- plastic fibers which or the dirt particles during the cleaning process charge electrically so that they adhere to the cleaning fabric stay.
- polyester fibers come in Question.
- On the back of the cleaning fabric 2 is a Back fabric 3 attached, which the cleaning fabric 2nd protects against stress from the stenter and thus making the cleaning fabric 2 more durable and whose lifespan is extended. It also has a springy Effect that makes work more pleasant.
- a durable synthetic Material such as polyester, acrylic, polyamide or another Polymer or from a blend with the above synthetic materials and / or cotton.
- microfibers which are absorbent but are usually not as hard-wearing between Back fabric 3 and cleaning fabric 2 another one in the Drawings not shown layer of foam be inserted.
- the backing fabric 3 is on the cleaning fabric 2 attached by means of a stabilizing tape 4 and can also be glued.
- the Stabilizing tape is at least 5 mm wide. Depending on If necessary, the width can also be 4 cm or more. It consists preferably of only a slightly shrinking Synthetic fiber tape, preferably made of polyester, acrylic, Polyamide or other polymer.
- the stabilizing band 4 is in that the textile covering 1 on the inner edge of the Stabilizing tape 4 is well foldable, so that a uniform, clean upward bending guaranteed is. This is particularly important, if one The baseboards should be cleaned. By buckling up of the part of the Textile covering 1 also cleans the skirting board. Especially in the case of cleaning fabrics for dry cleaning the back fabric can also be dispensed with.
- the edges of the back fabric 3 on the Bags 32 are formed on the broad side of the textile covering, into which fasteners of a stenter are inserted can be.
- Figure 2a is a section through a lateral longitudinal edge the textile covering 1 after sewing together cleaning fabrics 2, back fabric 3 and stabilizing tape 4 for a folded seam is shown.
- the parts mentioned 2,3,4 are put together in parallel and by means of a Seam 5 fastened together.
- the stabilization band 4 will pivoted away from the cleaning fabric 2 and back fabric 3.
- Figure 2b shows a section through a lateral longitudinal edge the textile covering 1 after sewing and Turning the stabilizing band 4.
- the inner edge of the Stabilizing tape 4 is 5b by means of another seam attached to cleaning fabric 1 and back fabric 3.
- Figure 2c is a variant of the lateral attachment of the stabilizing band 4 on cleaning fabric 2 and back fabric 3 shown.
- the cleaning fabric 2, the back fabric 2 and the stabilizing band 4 are by means of a simple Seam 5c fastened to one another without the latter turning over becomes.
- a Cover band 6 shown in black line be, which is preferably made of polyester, acrylic, polyamide or another polymer.
- Figure 3 is a longitudinal section through an inventive Textile covering 1 shown. It's their width here) edges shown.
- the stabilization band 4 also the backing fabric 3 folded over so that there are pockets 32 forms, which - as already said - very stable and tearproof are.
- FIG 4 is a plan view of the lower part of a Textile covering 1 shown.
- the cleaning fabric 2 can also be made of different materials, which have a different cleaning effect.
- outer longitudinal strips 2a dirt-absorbing Have function while an inner longitudinal stripe 2b more has an abrasive effect.
- material for the outer vertical stripes 2a for example, comes a cotton fabric or plastics, such as polyester, polyamide, acrylic, viscose in question and can pile threads or - in the case of plastics - Have microfibers while for the inside Vertical strips of plastics preferably made of a robust synthetic material such as polyester, acrylic, polyamide or another polymer or a blend with the mentioned synthetic materials and cotton used can be.
- a robust synthetic material such as polyester, acrylic, polyamide or another polymer or a blend with the mentioned synthetic materials and cotton used can be.
- the fibers of the cleaning fabric are advantageously impregnated with an antibacterial liquid, so that bacterial infection is prevented for a long time or is at least greatly reduced. On the one hand, this is advantageous for purely hygienic reasons, on the other hand this also prevents unpleasant odors.
- Such liquids are for example in the Novartis available.
