Claims (10)
- Bohrhammer mit einem Drehmotor (10) und einem Schlagwerk (11) mit einem Schlagwerkventil (17), wobei der Drehmotor (10) über ein erstes Ventil (39) und das Schlagwerkventil (17) über ein zweites Ventil (46) in einem Steuerstand (34) mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbar sind, wobei die Schlagfrequenz des Schlagwerks (11) mit der Drehzahl des Drehmotors (10) derart verknüpft ist, dass bei stillstehendem Drehmotor das Schlagwerk stoppt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verknüpfung mit druckmedienbetriebenen Mitteln ohne mechanische Kupplung zwischen Drehmotor (10) und Schlagwerkventil (17) erfolgt.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 1, wobei in der Rücklaufleitung vom ersten Ventil (39) eine vorzugsweise einstellbare Drossel (42) eingebaut ist, und wobei der Druck stromaufwärts dieser Drossel (42) als Steuerdruck auf ein pilotgesteuertes drittes Ventil (47) aufgeschaltet ist, welches in einer der beiden Leitungen (32, 33) zum Schlagwerkventil (17) angeordnet ist, um diese Leitung (32, 33) zu sperren, wenn der Druck stromaufwärts der Drossel (42) einen vorgegebenen Minimalwert unterschreitet.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 2, wobei das dritte Ventil (47) ein Proportionalventil ist.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei in beiden Leitungen (30, 31) zum Drehmotor (10) je eine vorzugsweise einstellbare weitere Drossel (40) mit einem parallel geschalteten Rückschaltventil (41) angeordnet ist, welches in Rücklaufrichtung öffnet.
- Hammer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei parallel zum dritten Ventil (47) ein manuell direkt oder fernbetätigtes viertes Ventil (48) geschaltet ist.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Teilstrom in einer der Leitungen (31) zum Drehmotor (10) über einen Taktermotor (55) geführt ist, welcher ein Takterventil (57) betätigt, das seinerseits das Schlagwerkventil (17) steuert.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 6, wobei in einer der Leitungen zum Taktermotor (55) ein vorzugsweise einstellbares Überdruckventil (54) angeordnet ist.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der Taktermotor (55) bei einem Drehmoment des Drehmotors (10) entgegen der Bohr-Drehrichtung zusätzlich mittels eines manuell direkt oder fernbetätigten dritten Ventils (59) über eine einstellbare Drossel (58) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Teilstrom der einen Leitung (31) zum Drehmotor (10) über einen Schlagwerkventilmotor (55) geführt ist, welcher das Schlagwerkventil (17) antreibt, und wobei bei einem Drehmoment des Drehmotors (10) entgegen der Bohr-Drehrichtung der Schlagwerkventilmotor (55) über ein drittes Ventil (59) und eine vorzugsweise einstellbare Drossel (58) betätigbar ist.
- Hammer nach Anspruch 9, wobei in der einen Leitung zum Schlagwerkventilmotor (55) ein vorzugsweise einstellbares Überdruckventil (54) angeordnet ist, so dass der Schlagwerkventilmotor stoppt, bevor der Drehmotor (10) stillsteht.
