Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Verstellen eines als Kette ausgebildeten Umschlingungstriebs, durch den eine erste Nockenwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine eine zweite Nockenwelle antreibt, wobeidie Kette quer zu ihrer Bewegungsrichtung gespannt wird, indem der Abstand zwischen ihrem Lasttrum und ihrem Lostrum dadurch vergrößert wird, daß ein erster äußerer Hydraulikkolben und ein zweiter innerer Hydraulikkolben gegeneinander verschoben werden, unddie Kette quer zu ihrer Bewegungsrichtung verstellt wird, indem ihr Lostrum dadurch verkürzt oder verlängert und ihr Lasttrum dadurch verlängert oder verkürzt wird, daß der erste äußere Hydraulikkolben innerhalb eines feststehenden Gehäuses verschoben wird,
eine schaltbare Rastvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist, welche den ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolben (8) innerhalb des Gehäuses (6) festlegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schaltbare Rastvorrichtung (14) zwischen dem ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolben (8) und einem diesen umgebenden Führungskörper (7), der innerhalb des Gehäuses (6) festgelegt ist, vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung (14) hydraulisch schaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung (14) eine Anzahl von Rastelementen (18) aufweist, die innerhalb des ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolbens (8) gelagert sind und die mittels eines weiteren inneren Hydraulikkolbens (15), der gegen die Kraft einer Feder (16) wirkt, durch Öffnungen (19) in der Außenhaut des ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolbens (8) in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen (20) im Führungskörper (7) hineinpreßbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste äußere Hydraulikkolben (8) für den weiteren inneren Hydraulikkolben (15) an der von der Feder (16) abgewandten Seite eine Verbindungsbohrung (21) zur Hydraulikversorgung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste äußere Hydraulikkolben (8) für den weiteren inneren Hydraulikkolben (15) auf der zu der Feder (16) zugewandten Seite eine Be- bzw. Entlüftungsbohrung (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (17) des weiteren inneren Hydraulikkolbens (15) teilweise konisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung (14) eine Anzahl von Rastelementen (18) aufweist, die außerhalb des ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolbens (8) im Führungskörper (7) gelagert sind und die in Öffnungen (19) in der Außenhaut des ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolbens (8) hineinpreßbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (18) kugelförmig oder kolbenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (18) und die für die Rastelemente (18) vorgesehenen Öffnungen (19) in der Außenhaut des ersten äußeren Hydraulikkolbens (8) in jeweils gleichen Abständen auf einer Kreisbahn verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung (14) elektrisch schaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung (14) dann betätigt wird, wenn der Druck der Hydraulikversorgung stark abfällt oder ansteigt.
