Um diese Schwankungen der Bahnspannung zu vermeiden, wurde gem. DE OS 35 071 42 vorgeschlagen, einen zusätzlichen Arm über einen Hebel zwischenzuschalten, der schwenkbar ausgebildet und durch eine Federkraft beaufschlagt ist. Nachteilig ist der relativ hohe technische Aufwand durch den zusätzlichen Arm und den Hebel. EP 0 510 251 A1 und US 3,540,641 beschreiben eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung, bei welcher zwei Schwingen zueinander schwenkbar angeordnet sind. Die Schwenkachsen liegen an sich gegenüberliegenden Enden der Schwingen. Die freien Enden der Schwingen sind ebenfalls sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen des ersten Patentanspruchs gelöst. Die Vorrichtung zum Ausgleich der Vorschubbewegung der Folienbahn, die zwischen einer ersten Gruppe und einer zweiten Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen in Schlaufen entlanggeführt wird, weist bekannter Weise eine erste Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen auf, die an einer in Richtung zur zweiten Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen bewegbaren ersten Schwinge angeordnet ist. Auch die zweite Gruppe von Umlenkwalzen an sind an einer zweiten Schwinge angeordnet, die sich bei einer Vorschubbewegung der Folienbahn in Richtung zur ersten Schwinge bewegt. Durch diesen Bewegungsablauf hat jede Schwinge nur den halben Weg des gesamten erforderlichen Abstandes zum Abzug einer bestimmten Folienlänge (Vorschub) zurückzulegen. Wird die Folienbahn 12 in Pfeilrichtung abgezogen, bewegen sich die Schwingen 1, 2 entgegen der Rückstellkraft der am Maschinengestell 13 angeordneten Rückstellelemente 10, 10' symmetrisch aufeinander zu, bis in eine im wesentlichen parallele Lage (Öffnungswinkel ca. 0°) in die Endposition. Der symmetrische Zwangslauf wird dabei über die nicht dargestellten Zahnräder zwischen den Wellen 5 und 5' realisiert.
Die abziehbare Folienlänge wird dabei bestimmt von der Längendifferenz der in der Vorrichtung gespeicherten Folie in Ausgangsposition und in Endposition.
Gemäß eines weiteren nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels besteht auch die Möglichkeit, beide Schwingen auf einer gemeinsamen Welle zu lagern. Dabei muß ebenfalls durch geeignete Elemente ein Zwangslauf zwischen den Schwingen zur Gewährleistung einer symmetrischen Bewegung vorgesehen werden.

Claims (10)

  1. An apparatus for compensating the forward feed motion of a film sheeting which is guided along a first group of deflection rollers (8) and a second group of deflection rollers (8') in loops, with the first group of deflection rollers (8) being arranged on a first rocker (1) and the second group of deflection rollers (8') on a second rocker (2) and both rockers (1, 2) comprising mutually parallel arms (3,4, 3', 4') and being swivelable relative to each other, characterized in that the rockers (1, 2) are swivelable in a mirror-inverted symmetrical fashion with respect to each other and vice-versa
    from an opened position in which the rockers (1, 2) are arranged with respect to each other in a V-shaped manner in an aperture angle (α > 0),
    to a closed position in which the rockers (1, 2) are disposed substantially parallel with respect to each other and the aperture angle (α) is approximately zero,
    with the free ends of the rockers facing in the closed position in the same direction.
  2. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that
    both rockers (1, 2) are held about a common swiveling axle or
    that the swiveling axles of both rockers (1, 2) are arranged at a small distance from each other.
  3. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rockers (1, 2) are held on a common shaft or on shafts (5, 5') which are situated at a small distance from each other.
  4. An apparatus as claimed in one or several of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the arms (3, 4, 3', 4') of the rockers (1, 2) face towards the floor in the manner of a suspended arrangement.
  5. An apparatus as claimed in one or several of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the swiveling axles are arranged such that the arms (3, 4, 3', 4') of the rockers (1, 2) face upwardly in the manner of a standing arrangement.
  6. An apparatus as claimed in one or several of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the first rocker (1) and the second rocker (2) are coupled directly with each other via at least one element which ensures a mirror-inverted symmetrical sequence of movements of the two rockers (1, 2) with respect to each other.
  7. An apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the element is arranged in the form of mutually engaging toothed wheels.
  8. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each rocker (1, 2) comprises at least one resetting element (10) which ensures the return to the initial position.
  9. An apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the resetting element (10) is arranged as a spring, hydraulic cylinder or as a pneumatic cylinder.
  10. An apparatus as claimed in claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the resetting element (10) is fastened to an arm (3, 3', 4, 4') of the rockers (1, 2) on the one hand and to the frame (13) on the other hand.
