- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe à travers un dispositif de distribution équipé d'une bague de fixation selon la présente invention, la moitié gauche représentant le dispositif de distribution au repos, et la moitié droite représentant le dispositif de distribution en actionnement, et
- la figure 4 est une représentation éclatée du dispositif de distribution de la figure 3 pour illustrer le procédé de montage d'un tel organe de fixation sur un dispositif de distribution.
Claims (9)
- Organe de fixation (1, 2) d'un dispositif de distribution (4) sur le col d'un réservoir, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bague (1) en matière plastique pourvue de moyens de fixation (12, 13) sur le col du réservoir et une coupelle métallique (2) reçue dans la bague et pourvue de moyens de maintien (22, 23) du dispositif de distribution (4).
- Organe de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la bague (1) est pourvue de moyens de réception par encliquetage (120, 140) pour la coupelle (2).
- Organe de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les moyens de maintien (22, 23) de la coupelle sont des moyens de maintien par sertissage du dispositif de distribution (4).
- Organe de fixation selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel les moyens de fixation de la bague sur le col du réservoir sont des moyens de fixation par encliquetage (12, 13) ou par vissage.
- Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant un dispositif de distribution de produit fluide (4), tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, et un réservoir pourvu d'un col, ledit dispositif de distribution étant monté sur ledit col au moyen d'un organe de fixation (1, 2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes
- Procédé de montage d'un dispositif de distribution (4) sur un col du réservoir, comprenant les étapes suivantes :monter une coupelle métallique (2) sur le dispositif de distribution (4),engager ladite coupelle (2) avec son dispositif de distribution (4) dans une bague (1) en matière plastique,fixer la bague (1) sur le col du réservoir.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'étape de montage de la coupelle est réalisée par sertissage.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel l'étape d'engagement de la coupelle est réalisée par encliquetage.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'étape de fixation de la bague et réalisée par encliquetage ou vissage.
