Claims (17)
- Schleifscheibe zur Bearbeitung von Metallkreissägeblättern, die zumindest in ihrem radial äußeren Bereich beabstandet zu einer Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung einen mit einem Schleifbelag versehenen Bearbeitungsbereich aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper der Schleifscheibe (1) zumindest einseitig, radial beabstandet zur Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4), für den formschlüssigen Eingriff eines Zentrierelementes (6), das mit seiner Außenkontur der Innenkontur der Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) angepaßt ist, eine zusätzliche Kontur (2, 2', 3, 3', 7) aufweist. - Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) zumindest einseitig in ihrem Innendurchmesser erweiternd, ausgebildet ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur (2, 2', 3, 3', 7) beidseitig an der Schleifscheibe (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur (7) eine flanschartige Erweiterung über die Dicke des Schleifscheibengrundkörpers ist, die zumindest eine radial äußere Anlagefläche (8) für ein Zentrierelement (6) hat.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagefläche(n) (8) gegenüber der Drehachse (A) der Schleifscheibe (1) abgeschrägt ist/sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der/den Anlagefläche(n) (8) und Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) plane orthogonal zur Drehachse (A) ausgerichtete Stützflächen (9) vorhanden sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur eine kreisförmig im Schleifscheibengrundkörper ausgebildete Nut (3, 3') ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur ein kreisförmig umlaufender Steg (2, 2') ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial äußeren Anlageflächen des Steges (2') und die radial inneren Anlageflächen der Nut (3') gegenüber der Drehachse (A) abgeschrägt sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flanschartige Erweiterung (7), die Nut (3') oder der Steg (2') zumindest einseitig eine ballige Anlagefläche aufweist, an der sich das/die Zentrierelement(e) (6) abstützt/abstützen.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Grundkörper der Schleifscheibe (1) mindestens zwei sich auf einer Achse in radialer Richtung symmetrisch gegenüberliegende Durchbrechungen oder Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen oder Durchbrechungen sich nach außen konisch erweiternd ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) ausgehend von einer Seite der Schleifscheibe (1) sich im Durchmesser konisch verjüngend und der andere Teil der Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der konisch verjüngende Teil der Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) zumindest bis zur Mitte des Schleifscheibengrundkörpers ausgebildet ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der sich konisch verjüngende Teil der Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) beidseitig von zylindrischen Teilen mit unterschiedlichem Innendurchmesser eingeschlossen ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der konische Teil der Werkzeugaufnahmebohrung (4) und des Zentrierelementes (6) in einem Winkel von 90° ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (8) in einem Winkel von 15° gegenüber der Drehachse (A) der Schleifscheibe (1) geneigt sind.
