Description

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de conditionnement de joints circulaires. Ce dispositif s'applique plus particulièrement au conditionnement de joints sanitaires. Les joints sanitaires sont des articles de faible valeur unitaire, représentant une gamme large en nombre de produits du fait d'une déclinaison par nature, par diamètre et par forme. Les joints sont souvent vendus sur une carte blister ou dans un emballage de type "skin-pack" par cinq ou dix unités d'un même type, ou en petit coffret comprenant un assortiment de joints de différents types.
Il doit être rappelé qu'un emballage de type blister comprend une coque thermoformée obturée par un film ou une carte, tandis qu'un emballage de type "skin-pack" comprend une carte enduite de matière synthétique, sur laquelle sont déposés les produits à conditionner, qui sont eux-mêmes recouverts d'un film de matière thermoplastique qui est portée en température, après quoi une dépression est exercée à travers la plaque en carton. La matière synthétique vient donc adhérer sur la plaque en épousant de façon étroite les produits qui sont déposés sur celle-ci.
Dans de nombreux cas, l'acquisition de joints sanitaires se fait dans le cadre d'un remplacement de ceux-ci. Il est usuel que le consommateur valide son achat en magasin en comparant un ancien joint avec le nouveau par superposition physique des deux joints. Ceci n'est pas toujours facile dans le cas d'un conditionnement sous blister ou dans un ''skin-pack". En outre, les emballages de type "skin-pack" ou blister ne sont pas faciles à ouvrir, ne peuvent pas être réutilisés pour le conditionnement des produits restants, dans la mesure où ils sont détruits après première ouverture. Enfin, l'emballage de type "skin-pack" a tendance à laisser totalement s'échapper les joints lors de la première ouverture. GB-A-1 015 749 décrit un example d'un emballage pour boutons. Il comporte un couvercle avec un logement sur sa face extérieure dans lequel est positionné un bouton témoin.
Le but de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif de conditionnement de joints circulaires, qui soit d'une utilisation pratique, qui permette à l'utilisateur de comparer un joint usé à un joint à acquérir, et qui assure également le stockage des joints non utilisés après ouverture de l'emballage.
A cet effet, le dispositif de conditionnement qu'elle concerne comporte une boíte destinée à contenir les joints, dont le couvercle présente, sur sa face extérieure, un logement circulaire en creux dont le fond est parallèle au couvercle caractérisé en ce que dans ce logement est déposé et positionné un joint témoin, représentatif des joints contenus dans la boíte, ce logement étant fermé de façon inviolable par une feuille de matière synthétique transparente.
Le joint témoin est parfaitement positionné et visible, de telle sorte qu'un consommateur peut présenter un joint déjà existant et le superposer au joint contenu dans le logement pour vérifier que la boíte concernée contient bien les joints souhaités.
Suivant une forme d'exécution avantageuse de ce dispositif, la boíte est de forme parallélépipédique, et posée sur une plaque de carton enduite de matière synthétique, l'ensemble plaque de carton et boíte étant recouvert d'un film de matière synthétique qui fixe la boíte sur la plaque en obturant le logement ménagé dans le couvercle, en formant un emballage de type "skin-pack".
Cette technique est intéressante, car permettant de bénéficier de l'avantage de disposer d'une boíte de conditionnement, et de disposer de l'inviolabilité des emballages de type "skin-pack". En pratique, il est plus facile pour le conditionneur de remplir une boíte avec des joints, puis de former à partir de cette boíte un emballage de type "skin-pack", plutôt que de déposer directement les joints sur une plaque de carton où ils seront retenus par un film. En outre, après utilisation d'un premier joint, le consommateur peut utiliser la boíte pour conserver les autres joints jusqu'à une future utilisation.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, la boíte est réalisée en matière synthétique, telle qu'en polychlorure de vinyle transparent, et est de type double coque comprenant un fond et un couvercle. Cette boíte permet donc non seulement la vision du joint témoin à travers le film de protection, mais également la vision des autres joints qui sont conditionnés en vrac dans la boíte.
De toute façon l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant à titre d'exemple non limitatif une forme d'exécution de ce dispositif de conditionnement.

    • Le dispositif de conditionnement selon l'invention comprend une boíte parallélépipédique comprenant un fond 2 et un couvercle 3, cette boíte étant de type double coque et réalisée par exemple en polychlorure de vinyle transparent. Cette boíte est destinée à contenir des joints circulaires 4, par exemple des joints sanitaires. Le couvercle 3 comporte, ménagé dans sa paroi supérieure, un logement 5 dont le fond 6 est parallèle au couvercle. Ce logement 5, de profondeur au moins égale à la profondeur d'un joint, est destiné au logement et au positionnement d'un joint témoin 7 identique aux joints 4 conditionnés dans la boíte.
    Une étiquette d'identification 8 peut être déposée sur le couvercle, à côté du logement 5.
    Le dispositif de conditionnement comprend également une plaque 9 de carton, enduite de matière synthétique et comportant des micro-perforations. Le dispositif de conditionnement comprend enfin un film 10 de matière thermoplastique et thermorétractable. Après que les joints 4 aient été disposés dans le fond 2 de la boíte, celle-ci est fermée par la mise en place du couvercle, un joint témoin 7 étant disposé dans le logement 5. L'ensemble est déposé et positionné sur la plaque 9, après quoi un film 10 est déposé sur l'ensemble, le film 10 étant porté en température en même temps qu'est exercée une dépression à travers la plaque 9. Le film épouse de façon étroite la boíte et la fixe solidement contre la plaque en carton pour fournir l'emballage représenté aux figures 1 et 3. Le film 10 étant transparent, le joint témoin 7 est parfaitement visible, et un utilisateur peut comparer un joint usé à ce joint témoin pour s'assurer qu'il achète le bon type de joints. La plaque en carton comprend de façon connue en soi une ouverture 12 permettant la suspension du dispositif sur une tige d'un présentoir d'offre à la vente.
    Comme il ressort de ce qui précède, l'invention apporte une grande amélioration par rapport à la technique existante en fournissant un dispositif de structure simple, offrant de grandes facilités de mise en oeuvre tant pour le conditionnement des joints que pour le consommateur, d'une part au niveau du choix du joint par le consommateur et d'autre part lors du stockage des joints qui n'ont pas été utilisés après première ouverture de la boíte.
    Comme il va de soi l'invention ne se limite pas à la seule forme d'exécution de ce dispositif, décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple, elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes dans le cadre des revendications. C'est ainsi notamment que ce dispositif pourrait ne pas comporter une plaque de carton et un film de type "skin-pack", mais simplement une boíte dans laquelle le logement 5 serait obturé par un film spécifique à cette fonction, ou encore que la boíte pourrait posséder une structure différente sans que l'on sorte pour autant du cadre de l'invention définie par les revendications.

    Claims (3)

    1. Dispositif de conditionnement de joints circulaires, comportant une boíte destinée à contenir les joints, dont le couvercle (3) présente, sur sa face extérieure, un logement circulaire en creux (5) dont le fond est parallèle au couvercle caractérisé en ce que, dans ce logement est déposé et positionné un joint témoin (7) représentatif des joints (4) contenus dans la boíte, ce logement étant fermé de façon inviolable par une feuille (10) de matière synthétique transparente.
    2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la boíte (2, 3) est de forme parallélépipédique, et posée sur une plaque de carton (9) enduite de matière synthétique, l'ensemble plaque de carton (9) et boíte (2, 3) étant recouvert d'un film (10), de matière synthétique qui fixe la boíte sur la plaque en obturant le logement (5) ménagé dans le couvercle, en formant un emballage de type "skin-pack".
    3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la boíte (2, 3) est réalisée en matière synthétique, telle qu'en polychlorure de vinyle transparent, et est de type double coque comprenant un fond (2) et un couvercle (3).
