Abstract
Ein pneumatisch angetriebener Bohrhammer (10) hat eine Anschlußkappe (11) für eine Druckluftquelle und ein Außenrohr (15), das mit einer Gewindebüchse (50) fest verbunden ist. Gestützt mit einer Zwischenhülse (51) sitzt auf einem Büchsenaufsatz-Oberteil (55), ein Steuerzapfen (40), der unten ein verjüngtes Endstück hat und berührungslos in eine Zentralbohrung (82) eines Schlagkolbens (75) ragt. Dieser hat zwei außen offene Ringnuten (76, 76'), die mittels nach oben und unten verlaufender Axialbohrungen (78, 78') mit einem Kompressionsvolumen (82) bzw. einem den Bohrkronenkopf (91) umgebenden Ringraum (94) strömungsverbunden sind. Der Schlagkolben (75) gleitet in einer Zylinderbüchse (70), die mit dem ebenfalls außengerippten Büchsenaufsatz-Oberteil (55) und dem Außenrohr (15) zumindest teilweise formschlüssig zu einer Einheit fest verbunden, z.B. aufgeschrumpft ist. Der Schlagkolben (75) hat eine Zentralbohrung (82), die unten mit einer Ventilfläche (79) auf ein Fußventil (97) und oben mit einer weiteren Ventilfläche (110) auf einen Schaft (44) des Steuerzapfens (40) aufgleitet. Dieser ist hierzu mit einer Durchmesserstufe (46) versehen, die gerundete Übergänge aufweisen kann. A pneumatically driven hammer drill (10) has a connection cap (11) for a compressed air source and an outer tube (15) which is firmly connected to a threaded bush (50). Supported with an intermediate sleeve (51), a control pin (40) sits on an upper bush part (55), which has a tapered end piece at the bottom and projects into a central bore (82) of a percussion piston (75) without contact. This has two externally open annular grooves (76, 76 '), which are flow-connected by means of upward and downward axial bores (78, 78') with a compression volume (82) or an annular space (94) surrounding the drill bit head (91). The percussion piston (75) slides in a cylinder liner (70), which is at least partially positively connected, for example shrink-fit, to the unit with the outer cap (55) and the outer tube (15), which is also ribbed. The percussion piston (75) has a central bore (82) which slides on the bottom with a valve surface (79) on a foot valve (97) and on the top with a further valve surface (110) on a stem (44) of the control pin (40). For this purpose, this is provided with a diameter step (46) which can have rounded transitions.
