Claims (7)
- Installation d'accumulation d'un produit en bande (B) comprenant des moyens de commande du défilement de la bande (B) suivant une direction longitudinale, un chariot de bouclage (1) déplaçable sur une voie (3) entre une première position de longueur d'accumulation minimale et une seconde position de longueur d'accumulation maximale, respectivement dans un sens aller d'augmentation de longueur et dans un sens retour de diminution, ladite bande passant sur au moins un organe de renvoi (2) monté sur ledit chariot (1) pour former au moins deux brins respectivement aller (B1) et retour (B4) sur au moins deux niveaux écartés, une pluralité d'organes de support intermédiaires (4) disposés le long de la voie (3) et comportant chacun au moins un bras séparateur (4) s'étendant horizontalement sur au moins un niveau intermédiaire entre deux niveaux de défilement de la bande et monté pivotant, autour d'un axe vertical (80), sur un bâti fixe (A), et des moyens (8) de commande du pivotement de chaque bras (4) entre une position ouverte (M1) pour le passage du chariot de bouclage (1) et une position fermée (M2) pour laquelle le bras séparateur (4) s'étend transversalement entre les deux niveaux de défilement de la bande, lesdits moyens de commande (8) étant actionnés, au passage du chariot de bouclage (1), par un dispositif suiveur (6) coopérant avec une surface active d'un dispositif à came (5) monté sur le chariot de bouclage (1),
le dispositif suiveur (6) étant décalé par rapport à l'axe (80) de pivotement du bras (4), en avant de celui-ci dans le sens aller de déplacement du chariot (1) déterminant la fermeture du bras (4) caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif suiveur (6) est relié aux moyens (8) de commande de la rotation du bras (4) par un mécanisme articulé déformable (7) ayant deux positions extrêmes stables, respectivement une première position (M3) correspondant à la position ouverte (M1) du bras (4) et une seconde position (M4) correspondant à la position fermée (M2) du bras, ledit mécanisme articulé (7) étant associé à des moyens de maintien amovible du mécanisme avec blocage, au moins dans la seconde position (M4) de fermeture du bras séparateur (4), lesdits moyens de maintien amovible (74) étant actionnés uniquement par le dispositif suiveur (6) coopérant avec le dispositif à came (5) au passage du chariot de bouclage (1), respectivement pour le blocage du mécanisme dans le sens aller du chariot (1) et pour le déblocage dans le sens retour. - Accumulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, chaque bras séparateur (4) étant fixé en rotation sur un arbre vertical (82) monté pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement (80), les moyens de commande (8) de la rotation du bras (4) comprennent un premier bras de levier (81) fixé en rotation sur l'arbre (82), transversalement à l'axe de pivotement (80) et ayant une extrémité reliée par un mécanisme articulé (7) à un deuxième bras de levier (62) monté pivotant sur le bâti fixe (A) autour d'un axe vertical (60) écarté longitudinalement de l'axe de pivotement (80) du bras (4) en avant de celui-ci et ayant une extrémité sur laquelle est monté un galet (61) constituant le dispositif suiveur coopérant avec le dispositif à came (5), ce dernier déterminant, par déplacement du chariot (1), une rotation simultanée des deux bras de levier (81, 62) reliés par le mécanisme articulé (7).
- Accumulateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme articulé de liaison (7) comprend un troisième bras de levier (72) solidaire en rotation du second bras de levier (62) autour de l'axe (60) de pivotement de celui-ci et ayant une extrémité reliée par une bielle (73) à une extrémité du premier bras de levier (81), l'un ou l'autre des deux bras de levier (62, 72) solidaires en rotation, étant relié par un ressort de rappel (74) à un point d'attache (9) placé sur le bâti fixe (A) dans une position diamétralement opposée à une position médiane du galet suiveur (61), de part et d'autre de laquelle le second bras de levier (72) est sollicité par le ressort de rappel (74) vers l'une ou l'autre de deux positions angulaires stables du mécanisme de liaison (7) qui déterminent, par l'intermédiaire de la bielle (73) et du troisième bras de levier (72), le maintien du bras (4), respectivement dans la position ouverte (M1) ou dans la position fermée (M2), tant que le galet (61) n'est pas sollicité, par le passage dans un sens ou dans l'autre de la surface active (51) du dispositif à came (5).
- Accumulateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la seconde position stable (M4) du mécanisme articulé (7), la bielle (73) est placée sensiblement dans le prolongement du troisième bras de levier (72), de façon qu'une action intempestive sur le bras séparateur (4) ayant tendance à faire pivoter ce dernier avec le premier bras de levier (81), détermine une poussée sur la bielle (73) dirigée sensiblement vers l'axe (60) du troisième bras de levier (72) avec effet d'auto-blocage du mécanisme articulé (7).
- Accumulateur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la seconde position stable (M4) du mécanisme articulé (7), l'un ou l'autre des deux bras du levier (62, 72) solidaires en rotation prend appui sur une butée fixe (64) dont la position est réglée de telle sorte que la bielle (73) et le troisième bras de levier (72) déterminent le blocage du mécanisme (7) par effet de genouillère.
- Accumulateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque organe de support (4) comprend deux parties placées respectivement de part et d'autre de la voie (3) de passage du chariot de bouclage (1) et comprenant chacune un arbre (82, 82') monté rotatif autour d'un axe vertical (80, 80') et portant au moins un demi-bras (41, 41'), chaque arbre (82, 82') étant relié par un mécanisme articulé (7, 7') à un dispositif suiveur (6, 6') coopérant avec un dispositif à came (51, 52) pour la commande du pivotement simultané des deux arbres (41, 41') entre une position ouverte pour laquelle les demi-bras (41, 41') sont, écartés parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal, et une position fermée pour laquelle les deux demi-bras (41, 41'), à chaque niveau intermédiaire, sont sensiblement alignés suivant une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal.
- Accumulateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot de bouclage (1) porte au moins deux rouleaux de renvoi (2) définissant chacun deux niveaux de défilement, en des sens opposés, de la bande.
