Nach dem neuen Verfahren wird somit ein rundes Material zu Ringen geformt, deren Enden stumpf miteinander verschweißt werden. Diese Ringe werden dann einer Prägevorrichtung zugeführt und zu Blechringen geprägt. Die Seiten eines solchen Blechrings sind einwandfrei parallel zueinander und eine Gratbildung tritt nicht auf. wird im Bereich seiner Enden 6, 7 stumpf verschweißt. Hierfür wird der Ring 5
in eine Schweißeinrichtung eingelegt und seine Enden 6, 7 aneinandergefügt.
Nach dem Stumpfverschweißen wird der Ring 5 in eine Prägeeinrichtung 8 eingeführt
und dort plastisch verformt. Der fertige Blechring 1 hat die in der Figur
gezeigte Form mit den sich parallel zueinander erstreckenden Oberflächen 9,
