Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Austragen eines in einer Flüssigkeit gelösten oder fein verteilten Stoffes an einen vom Austragort entfernt liegenden Ort, mit einem ersten zylindrischen Reservoir (14) fiir die Flüssigkeit, einem zweiten zylindrischen Reservoir (12) fiir Gas unter Druck, das das erste Reservoir (14) im radialen Abstand konzentrisch umgibt, einem zwischen zwei Positionen bewegbaren Ventilkolben (20), der in einer Schließposition dichtend am Ende des ersten zylindrischen Reservoirs (14) anliegt und den Ringraum (18) zwischen den zylindrischen Reservoirs (14, 12) dichtend abschließt und in seiner Öffnungsposition einen Ringspalt zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Reservoir (14, 12) freigibt, einer pneumatischen Steuervorrichtung für den Ventilkoben (20) derart, daß der Ventilkolben (20) durch den auf eine erste Wirkfläche (62) wirkenden Druck des zweiten Reservoirs (12) in der Schließposition gehalten ist entgegen dem auf die den Ringraum (18) begrenzende ringförmige Wirkfläche (64) des Kolbens (20) wirkenden Druck des zweiten Reservoirs (12) und der Kolben (20) in die Öffnungsstellung bewegt wird, wenn der der ersten Wirkfläche (62) zugekehrte Raum (48) entlüftet wird, und einer Lochdüse (54) am Ausgang des ersten Reservoirs (14) derart, daß der in seiner Länge begrenzte Strahl in feiner Verteilung austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckgasquelle (48a) über ein Rückschlagventil (52) ständig mit dem zweiten Reservoir (12) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkolben (20) einen ersten zylindrischen Dichtabschnitt (22) aufweist, dessen Stirnseite mit dem ersten Reservoir (14) zusammenwirkt und der in einem ersten Bohrungsabschnitt gleitend und dichtend bewegbar ist, einen zweiten zylindrischen Dichtabschnitt (26) mit kleinerem Durchmesser, der in einem zweiten Bohrungsabschnitt (30) gleitend und dichtend bewegbar ist sowie einen dritten zylindrischen zapfenartigen Dichtabschnitt (32), der passend in eine Bohrung (34) eintaucht, wenn der Ventilkolben (20) sich in der Öffnungsposition befindet, in der Schließstellung jedoch in einem Raum (48) angeordnet ist, der vom zweiten Dichtabschnitt (26) gegenüber einem zweiten Raum (38) getrennt ist, der zwischen dem Ventilkolben (20) und einem Gehäuse gebildet ist, wobei dieser Raum (38) ständig über eine radiale Bohrung (40) mit Atmosphäre verbunden ist, mit einem Entlüftungsventil (50), das mit dem ersten Raum (48) verbunden ist, einer Druckquelle (48) für Gas, die mit der Bohrung (34) verbunden ist und einer Verbindungsleitung zwischen der Bohrung (34) und dem zweiten Reservoir (12) über ein Rückschlagventil (52).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochdüse (54) ein mittiges Loch (56) und einen konzentrischen Kranz von Löchern (58) in radialem Abstand zum mittigen Loch (56) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Stirnfläche des Ventilkolbens (20) eine Scheibe (26a) aus dichtendem Material eingesetzt ist.
