Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum pyrotechnischen Trennen, mit einem pyrotechnischen Expansionsrohr (16), das in einem zwischen zwei Teilen (10,18) angeordneten und von mindestens einem diese beiden Teile verbindenden Zwischenstück (20) begrenzten Raum (28) derart angebracht ist, dass mindestens eines der Teile an mindestens einer Trennlinie (12) getrennt wird, wenn das Rohr betätigt wird, wobei ein Gegenstück (40) an diesem entgegengesetzt zum Zwischenstück (20) und gegenüber diesem derart befestigt ist, dass sich ein Rand (42) des Gegenstücks längs der Trennlinie (12) erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gegenstück (40) im Wesentlichen unverformbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gegenstück (40) aus einem verformbaren Material gefertigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein aus einem verformbaren Material gefertigtes Halteelement (44) an jedem zu trennenden Teil (10) entgegengesetzt zum pyrotechnischen Expansionsrohr (16) und gegenüber diesem befestigt ist, wobei das Halteelement (44) einen Rand (46) aufweist, der sich längs der Trennlinie (12) und über diesen Rand hinaus erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 in Kombination, wobei das Gegenstück (40) und das Halteelement (44) aus dem gleichen Material gefertigt sind wie das loszutrennende Teil (10), und dieses Material ein Verbundmaterial ist, das aus in eine Härzmatrix eingebetteten Schichten langer Fasern gebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Teile (10,18) und das Zwischenstück (20) aus dem gleichen, nicht-metallischen Material in monolithischer Form gefertigt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Zwischenstück (20) zwischen den Teilen (10,18) mittels diese durchsetzenden Befestigungsmitteln (30) befestigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei ein einziges (10) der beiden Teile zu trennen ist und das andere Teil ein im Wesentlichen unverformbares Stützteil (18) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die beiden Teile (10) zu trennen sind, der Raum (28) durch zwei Zwischenstücke (20, 36) begrenzt ist und ein Gegenstück (40) an jedem der Teile (10) gegenüber einem ersten (20) der Zwischenstücke angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 kombiniert, wobei die beiden Teile (10) Außenschichten einer ersten Sandwich-Struktur (50) bilden und die beiden Gegenstücke (40) Schichten einer zweiten Sandwich-Struktur (51) bilden, in welche Endabschnitte der Teile (10) eindringen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei das zweite Zwischenstück (36) zwischen den Teilen (10) an einer von dem pyrotechnischen Expansionsrohr (16) entfernten Stelle befestigt ist.
