Description
Claims (5)
- Gefäß zur Aufnahme von flüssigem Stahl bzw. Gußeisen, das im wesentlichen aus einem Stahlmantel und einer Zustellung aus Feuerfest-Material besteht, wobei an einer definierten Stelle eine für den Abstich vorgesehene Öffnung vorhanden ist, wobei um die für den Abstich vorgesehene Öffnung (5) mehrere gasdurchlässige Spülsteinevorgesehen sind, mit deren Hilfe ein Hohl-Wirbel verhinderndes Gas beim Abstich des Stahls bzw. Gußeisens entgegen der Fließrichtung (3) des Stahls bzw. Gußeisens in das Stahlbad bzw. Gußeisenbad (4) einblasbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spülsteine (2) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Verjüngungsrichtung der kegelstumpfförmigen Spülsteine (2) auf die Innenseite des Gefäßes zu gerichtet ist.
- Gefäß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die für den Abstich vorgesehene Öffnung (5) durch einen Lochstein (1) gebildet wird.
- Gefäß nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gasdurchlässigen Spülsteine (2) um den Lochstein (1) herum angeordnet sind.
- Gefäß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lochstein (1) vier um 90° gegeneinander versetzte Spülsteine (2) aufweist.
- Gefäß zur Aufnahme von flüssigem Stahl bzw. Gußeisen, das im wesentlichen aus einem Stahlmantel und einer Zustellung aus Feuerfest-Material besteht, wobei an einer definierten Stelle eine für den Abstich vorgesehene Öffnung vorhanden ist, wobei um die für den Abstich vorgesehene Öffnung (5) mehrere gasdurchlässige Spülsteine vorgesehen sind, mit deren Hilfe ein Hohf-Wirbel verhinderndes Gas beim Abstich des Stahls bzw. Gußeisens entgegen der Fließrichtung (3) des Stahls bzw. Gußeisens in das Stahlbad bzw. Gußeisenbad (4) einblasbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spülsteine (2) im eingebauten Zustand in ihrer Längsrichtung so orientiert sind, dass diese Längsrichtung die Mittelachse der Öffnung (5) oberhalb dieser Öffnung schneidet.
