Definitions
- the invention is concerned with a compartment as Packaging part for packaging purposes, for example as Use in containers, containers, crates for the individual Packaging items.
- Containers with compartments for the individual insertion of articles are widely needed in industry to Manufacturing processes the required product parts quickly and easy to have available and cumbersome in and out Unpack including any disposable packaging material to avoid.
- the containers are designed with compartments can be used as reusable packaging.
- compartments are made of strips of cardboard or corrugated cardboard produced, each comb-like one-sided incisions with which they are directed against each other be put together.
- these compartments are not captive, i.e. you can easily at any time are pulled apart or fall apart on their own.
- Compartments made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard are also suitable not as a reusable compartment for multiple use and for Saving of packaging material, as they are often already at damaged, wet or even when they are used for the first time Bending edges or break edges experience, which increases their stability is reduced.
- compartments made of solid materials namely wood or compact plastic that can be made into plates or Hollow wall panels is extruded.
- These solid and compact Compartments made of plastic or wood are also included unilateral incisions formed like a comb and directed against each other, which also creates a connection that cannot be lost, i.e. these compartments can also fall apart on their own.
- the compartment side bars are sharp Have edges and are in no way shock absorbing, so that delicate items to be transported on the surface scratch.
- the invention has for its object a multipath to create the shock absorbing properties like Corrugated cardboard or better and that is built captive, i.e. not by itself can fall apart.
- This object is achieved according to the invention with a compartment for Multi-way use with captive (captive) assembled longitudinal side bars and transverse side bars a flexible, shock-absorbing foam.
- a compartment is made of flexible elastic Materials proposed for the first time, with which it is possible a compartment captive from long sides and To produce transverse side bars.
- the Longitudinal webs slot-like insertion holes for insertion the crossbars on.
- the Longitudinal webs slot-like insertion holes for insertion the crossbars on.
- the transverse side webs between opposite one another Edges lying opposite one another are formed are, between which an insertion web of a length for Insert into an insertion hole in the long side bars is trained.
- the compartments from the long side bars and short side bars can thus be simply squeezed or Spread the parts together by passing a part through the other is put through.
- the long side bars and transverse side bars are off Foam made self-supporting, so that always a stable Divisions arise.
- thickness and Raw weight of the foam will be the desired shock-absorbing properties achieved.
- the compartment according to the invention has the advantage that the compartment compartments also the dimensions of the products be produced accordingly at least in some areas can, so that corresponding to be transported Products when inserted into the compartments of the compartments easily can be clamped elastically and do not rattle.
- compartments of a compartment as well as the height are can be made as required. Both compartments can be used square as well as rectangular floor plans as well be made with Romben or the like.
- compartments according to the invention can be made from foam sheets simply by punching out or cutting out Example using water jet technology in each desired dimensions and the products to be transported be made to fit.
- the insertion holes have a length which are the same size or slightly larger than the length of the Insertion bars of the transverse side bars is dimensioned.
- the longitudinal side webs and the Transverse side webs have the same wall thickness. Furthermore it is preferred that all longitudinal side webs with each other and all transverse side webs are designed identically to one another. This allows compartments with a square or rectangular layout of the compartments in a simple manner getting produced.
- the compartments usually have the long side webs and the Crossbars of the same height. But it is also possible here by appropriate arrangement of the insertion slots Long side bars and transverse side bars with different Combine heights to form a compartment, provided this is desired.
- Suitable foams to make the multi-way compartments according to the invention are non-networked or at least partially cross-linked foam based on Polyolefins, such as homo- and copolymers of ethylene, propylene, Ethylene-propylene and optionally mixtures thereof.
- Suitable foams are cross-linked Polyolefin foams, such as chemically cross-linked Polyolefin foams based on polyethylene and / or Polypropylene, optionally with additional additives compatible thermoplastic or thermoelastic Plastics that have excellent shock absorbing properties and because of their closed cells are moisture and liquid repellent.
- Such cross-linked polyolefin foams also have high Elasticity, elasticity, deformability and strength that make them particularly suitable, on the one hand, for Making the compartments necessary to allow deformation and at the same time have sufficient restoring forces as well as the necessary strengths and tear resistance for to deploy as a packaging part.
- Furthermore assign the foams when, for example, as Foam sheets are made, a smooth or soft yielding surface, so that even sensitive Surfaces of products to be packaged are not damaged become.
- Foams with an elongation at break are preferred, lengthways / crossways, of at least 80%, preferably at least 90%, according to DIN 53571.
- the for Reusable foam used according to the invention a water absorption of less than 3% by volume after 28 days according to DIN 53433.
- All elastic foams which are flexible are suitable for use in the production of the reusable compartments according to the invention, foams with a bulk density from 50 kg / m 3 , preferably from 70 to 100 kg / m 3 , being suitable here, wall thicknesses from 6 to 2 mm can be realized. Other dimensions are also possible depending on the size and requirements of the compartments.
- the invention enables a functional and economical Adaptation of the reusable compartments to the to be transported Products.
- compartments according to the invention are self-supporting, elastic, flexible, permanently inserted, durable, can be fold up and easily produce. You are for one multiple reusable use with high demands on the Packaging regarding scratch resistance of the products, shock-elastic storage excellently suitable and adjust completely new compartments.
- Compartments 1a and 2a are the two parts from which the Compartments are shown in plan view, namely the long side web 10 and transverse side web 20 Compartments are thus made up of two different designs Parts made that allow the compartments to be captively connected, i.e. the compartments can not by alone, for example during transportation by shaking movements or pulled apart by wrong handling, like that in comb-like compartments made of cardboard or wood was previously possible.
- the compartments namely the Longitudinal webs 10 and the transverse side webs 20 from one elastic pliable foam made, for example from foam sheets of appropriate thickness by punching out or cut, for example by means of the Water jet technology manufactured.
- the longitudinal side webs 10 according to FIG. 1a have here slot-like insertion holes 11 which are transverse to Longitudinal extension of the longitudinal web evenly from each other are spaced apart with the distance a, for example also symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal web.
- the slot-like insertion holes 11 each end with a Distance al or a2 from the long edges of the Longitudinal web 10, these distances a1 and a2 being equal or can be different.
- the insertion slots 11 themselves have a length S1 and a width b1.
- the slot-like insertion holes 11 are used for insertion and Pushing through the transverse side webs 20 according to FIG. 2a for Form the compartment.
- the transverse side webs 20 are transverse to the longitudinal extension of the Cross-side web 20 from the longitudinal side edges of the Transverse sidebar and opposite insert grooves 21, 22 arranged in pairs, the pairs of insertion grooves 21, 22 in uniform Distance c from one another over the length of the transverse side web 20 are arranged. Between the two insertion grooves 21, 22 A so-called insertion web 23 with a length S2 remains.
- the insertion grooves 21, 22 have an insertion depth a3 or a4 at a width b2.
- FIG. 5 shows schematically how the Transverse web 20 made of the elastic, flexible foam by compressing in the direction of the arrow P3, P4 in height h2 is reduced and in the direction of arrow P5 by the Insert slot 11 of the longitudinal side web 10 through until an insertion web 23 is in the slot-like
- the insertion hole 11 is located and the insertion grooves 21 and 22, respectively remaining webs 12, 13 on both sides of the insertion hole 11 of the longitudinal web 10 include.
- FIG. 3a and FIG. 3b A fully assembled compartment is in plan view in FIG. 3a and FIG. 3b in a side view according to arrow direction A in Fig. 3a shown.
