Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Übergabe einer Faserstoffbahn (1) bzw. eines Streifens (2) davon von einem feuchten Band (3) an ein luftdurchlässiges Band (4), wobei die Bänder (3, 4) zumindest im Übergabebereich (5) gemeinsam verlaufen, sich nach dem Übergabebereich (5) trennen und das übernemende, luftdurchlässige Band (4) auf der der Faserstoffbahn (1) abgewandten Seite besaugt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei der Überführung eines Streifens (2) der Faserstoffbahn (1) zumindest der Übergabebereich (5) besaugt ist und bei der nachfolgenden Überführung der gesamten Faserstoffbahn (1) zumindest überwiegend der sich an den Übergabebereich (5) anschließende Trennbereich (6) besaugt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
insbesondere bei Bändern (3, 4) die erst im Übergabebereich (5) zusammengeführt werden, das übernehmende Band (4) unmittelbar vor dem Übergabebereich (5) besaugt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) beim Überführen der gesamten Faserstoffbahn (1) im Übergabebereich (5) auf der der Faserstoffbahn (1) abgewandten Seite vorzugsweise mit Luft beblasen wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) zumindest an einer sich quer zur Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckenden Saugzone (7) vorbeigeführt ist, die zwischen dem Übergabebereich (5) und einem sich in Bahnlaufrichtung (8) anschließenden Trennbereich (6) bewegbar, vorzugsweise verschwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) im Übergabereich (5) und im sich in Bahnlaufrichtung (8) anschließenden Trennbereich (6) zumindest über je eine separat steuerbare und sich quer zur Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckenden Saugzone (9, 10) entlang geführt ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) über zumindest eine sich quer zur Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckende Saugzone (7) geführt ist und der Lauf des abgebenden Bandes (3) in einer die Lage des Übergabebereiches (5) verschiebenden Form veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) vor dem Übergabebereich (5) über eine sich quer zur Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckende Saugzone (11) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Saugzone (7, 9) im Übergabebereich (5) mit Druckluft versorgbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Saugzonen (7, 9, 10) in einer rotierenden Saugwalze (12) mit perforiertem Walzenmantel angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das übernehmende Band (4) direkt über die Saugzonen (7) läuft und die Abdichtung an den Rändern über Gleitflächen (13) erfolgt.
