Claims (12)
- Système d'étanchéité pour dispositif d'obturation d'un conduit de ventilation, comprenant un cadre (3, 23) scellé dans un mur coupe-feu ou fixé en applique contre ce dernier, et à l'intérieur duquel est montée pivotante au moins une lame (4, 25) susceptible de pivoter entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture dans laquelle elle est disposée dans le plan du cadre et restitue au mur son degré coupe-feu, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) flexible et résistante aux hautes températures fixée sur une partie de sa largeur sur le cadre (3, 23) ou sur la lame (4, 25) et destinée, sur l'autre partie de sa largeur, à venir prendre appui respectivement contre la lame (4, 25) ou le cadre (3, 23), ou contre une autre bande du même matériau fixée sur la lame ou le cadre.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) possède une épaisseur de l'ordre de 0,1 mm.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) est à base de mica.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) est à base de fibres de carbone.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) est à base de fibres de graphite.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28) est à base de silicone.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux séries de bandes d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 27, 28) décalées perpendiculairement au plan du cadre (3, 23) et de la lame (4, 25), lorsque le dispositif est fermé, les parties libres des bandes d'étanchéité (12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 27, 28) des deux séries étant montées en opposition.
- Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une série (12, 15, 18, 20, 27) de bandes d'étanchéité est fixée sur le cadre (3, 23) et l'autre série (13, 16, 17, 19, 28) est fixée sur la lame (4, 25).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'un dispositif d'obturation comportant un cadre (3), à l'intérieur duquel est montée pivotante une lame (4), autour d'un axe (5) disposé à mi-longueur de l'ouverture, et dans lequel le cadre (3), d'une part, et la lame (4), d'autre part, sont réalisés chacun à partir de deux éléments identiques (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) de même épaisseur et assemblés deux à deux, les deux éléments (4a, 4b) de la lame étant assemblés entre eux et les deux éléments (3a, 3b) du cadre étant également assemblés entre eux, des bandes d'étanchéité (12, 13) associées respectivement au cadre (3) et à la lame (4), sont destinées à venir en appui les unes contre les autres en position de fermeture de la lame, chaque bande (12, 13) comportant une partie fixée par pincement entre les deux éléments (4a, 4b, 3a, 3b) de la lame, respectivement du cadre, et une partie dépassant de l'un de ces deux éléments et destinée, en position de fermeture de la lame à venir prendre appui contre une bande associée au cadre, respectivement à la lame.
- Système selon les revendications 7 et 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande d'étanchéité (12, 13) est fixée de façon définitive sur la lame, respectivement sur le cadre, sur une partie de sa largeur, et est fixée sur la lame, respectivement sur le cadre sur l'autre partie de sa largeur, destinée à venir en appui contre une autre bande, par une colle fusible à une température de l'ordre de 80 à 100°C.
- Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux séries de bandes d'étanchéité sont fixées sur la lame.
- Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux séries de bandes d'étanchéité sont fixées sur le cadre.
