Description
- La figure 1 est une vue schématique de principe illustrant un métier à tisser de type Jacquard incorporant l'invention et destiné à la commande de deux lisses ;
- La figure 2 est une vue à plus grande échelle du dispositif de formation de la foule utilisé avec le métier à tisser de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une vue de détail à plus grande échelle du dispositif de sélection des lisses appartenant au mécanisme de formation de la foule de la figure 2 dans une première position de travail ;
- La figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 3 alors que le dispositif est dans une seconde position de travail ;
- la figure 5 est un schéma à plus grande échelle de la répartition des forces agissant sur le crochet dans la position de la figure 4 et
- La figure 6 est une vue analogue à la figure 4 pour un dispositif de sélection conforme à un second mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (10)
- Procédé de sélection des crochets mobiles d'un mécanisme de formation de la foule (7) d'un métier à tisser de type Jacquard comprenant au moins un crochet (9) déplacé par un couteau (10) entre une position de point mort haut, dans ou à proximité de laquelle ledit crochet peut être immobilisé par un dispositif de sélection (15, 16), et une position de point mort bas, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à exercer sur ledit crochet, lors de chaque passage dudit crochet dans sa position de point mort haut ou à proximité de celle-ci, un effort (F3) tendant à ramener ledit crochet vers sa position de point mort bas, ledit effort étant exercé sur ledit crochet uniquement au voisinage de sa position de point mort haut.
- Procédé de sélection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit effort (F3) est destiné à compenser la résultante des forces de frottement (F1, F2) exercées par son environnement (15, 24) sur ledit crochet (9) et des forces d'inertie.
- Dispositif de sélection des crochets mobiles d'un mécanisme de formation de la foule (7) d'un métier à tisser de type Jacquard comprenant au moins un crochet (9) déplacé par un couteau (10) entre une position de point mort haut, dans ou à proximité de laquelle ledit crochet peut être immobilisé par un dispositif de sélection (15, 16), et une position de point mort bas, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de butée élastique (20-23, 40, 41) dudit crochet dans sa position de point mort haut, lesdits moyens étant aptes à exercer sur ledit crochet, lors de chaque passage dudit crochet dans sa position de point mort haut ou à proximité de celle-ci, un effort (F3) tendant à pousser ledit crochet vers sa position de point mort bas.
- Dispositif de sélection selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux crochets (9) déplacés alternativement par deux couteaux (10) animés de mouvements alternatifs en opposition de phase, lesdits moyens de butée élastique (20-23, 40, 41) étant aptes à coopérer avec lesdits deux crochets.
- Dispositif de sélection selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de butée élastique (20-23) comprennent un levier (20) apte à être déplacé, contre la force d'un ressort (23), par ledit crochet (9) lorsque celui-ci atteint sa position de point mort haut.
- Dispositif de sélection selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) est muni de deux extensions (20a, 20b) aptes à être en appui contre lesdits deux crochets (9) lorsque ceux ci atteignent leur position de point mort haut.
- Dispositif de sélection selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (20) est en appui simple, sous l'effet de la force dudit ressort (23), sur deux axes (21, 22) autour desquels il est apte à pivoter, ledit levier étant apte à pivoter autour d'un axe situé à l'opposé d'un crochet (9) qui le déplace.
- Dispositif de sélection selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de butée élastique comprennent un ressort de torsion (40).
- Dispositif de sélection selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité de crochets aptes à être sélectionnés par une pluralité de dispositifs de sélection disposés côte à côte sous forme de module, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de butée élastique (20-23, 40, 41) sont communs auxdits crochets dudit module.
- Métier à tisser du type Jacquard comprenant un dispositif de sélection selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9.
