Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flush-mounted connector for at least one water valve, in particular water mixing valve and / or water distribution valve, with at least one Inflow opening and at least one outflow opening, with a connection surface for a water valve is trained.
Such a flush-mounted connector is by obvious Prior use became known. Here is on a mixing valve cartridge with clamping screws sealed attached, the pad is arranged parallel to the building wall surface. In approximately horizontal level is one on each side Connection for the incoming cold and warm water and approximately vertically one above the other a connection for the supply of mixed water is provided. Between both connections for the discharge of mixed water is the flush-mounted connector a water distribution valve in a separate hole with which the in the Mixing valve cartridge optionally produces mixed water upper or lower connection can be fed wherein the water distribution valve is designed so that it after shutting off the outflowing mixed water a preferred outlet position returns automatically. If with these flush-mounted fittings Hand shower with a hose and / or the mixed water outlet is placed in a bathtub, it is necessary to provide separate pipe aerators, which prevent a negative pressure in the supply network Dirty water in the mains is sucked back. The installation of each Pipe ventilation devices in the outlet pipes relatively complex.
The invention is based, in which
Preamble of
This object is achieved in that, starting from the connection surface, a bore is formed for the drain, in which a ventilation device is arranged in the form of a multi-way valve, which is axially flowed by the outflowing water, the valve being provided with two annular valve seats between which a valve closure member is movably arranged, and the discharge takes place radially between the two valve seats in the wall, while the end region of the bore is connected to the atmosphere behind the downstream valve seat.
Further refinements of the invention are specified in
Hierbei
kann zweckmäßig das Mehrwegeventil mit einem weiteren
zweiten Ventil hintereinander angeordnet werden. Die
Belüftungseinrichtung kann vorteilhaft in einer waagerecht
angeordneten Bohrung in dem Unterputz-Anschlußstück
angeordnet werden, wobei die Verschlußglieder
beider Ventile zweckmäßig als Kugeln ausgebildet
sind.
Selbstverständlich kann die Belüftungseinrichtung auch
in einer anderen, beliebigen Einbaulage angeordnet werden.
Wenn die Belüftungseinrichtung jedoch eine mehr
lotrechte Einbaulage einnimmt, dann sollten die Ventilverschlußglieder
aus einem im Wasser schwimmbaren Werkstoff
hergestellt und/oder wenigstens das stromabwärts
gelegene Ventilverschlußglied mit einer Feder in
Schließrichtung gedrückt sein. The advantages which can be achieved with the invention consist in particular in the fact that a special installation of tube aerators is no longer necessary. In addition, a special pipe aerator housing is no longer required for the individual pipe aerators, since the ventilation device is integrated in the flush-mounted connector.
The ventilation device can advantageously be designed as a structural unit which can be used as a unit in the bore of the flush-mounted connecting piece. In this case, the multi-way valve can advantageously be arranged one behind the other with a further second valve. The ventilation device can advantageously be arranged in a horizontally arranged bore in the flush-mounted connection piece, the closure members of both valves advantageously being designed as balls.
Of course, the ventilation device can also be arranged in any other desired installation position. However, if the ventilation device assumes a more vertical installation position, then the valve closure members should be made of a material that is floatable in the water and / or at least the valve closure member located downstream should be pressed in the closing direction with a spring.
Hiernach
gelangt das Leckwasser über die Tropfwasserleitung aus
der Gebäudewand heraus zur Rückseite der Abdeckrosette. In a further embodiment of the invention, a snap ring can be provided for securely holding the ventilation device in the plug-in position in the bore or a plate can be fastened in a sealed manner to the connection surface of the flush-mounted connection piece with screws and round cord rings. In addition, threaded holes can be provided on the plate, into which clamping screws can be screwed for fastening a mixing valve cartridge, so that a secure and tight attachment of the mixing valve cartridge is ensured. After the cartridge has been dismantled, the ventilation device is easily accessible for maintenance purposes. The arrangement of the ventilation device upstream in front of a water distribution valve also ensures that both mixed water connections are secured by one ventilation device.
Finally, a drip water drain channel can advantageously be formed in the flush-mounted connector, which opens into a drip water pipe. A transverse bore led out laterally from the flush-mounted connecting piece is arranged so as to rise from the bore for receiving the ventilation device, so that if there are leaks in the ventilation device during operation of the fitting, these are inevitably taken up by the drip water drainage channel. The leakage water then flows through the drip water pipe out of the building wall to the rear of the cover rosette.
From here, the leakage water can be provided by a Drain the opening at the bottom edge of the rosette.

die Zuströmöffnung 203 und den ringförmigen Ventilsitz
201 in das Gehäuse 23 eines Mehrwegeventils 20. Hierbei
ist zwischen den beiden Ventilsitzen 201 und 202 ein
kugelförmiges Ventilverschlußglied 21 axial beweglich
angeordnet. Radial in der Wandung des Gehäuses 23 sind
hierbei zwischen den Ventilsitzen 201 und 202 Abströmöffnungen
204 ausgebildet. In dem Gehäuse 23 ist stromabwärts
hinter dem Mehrwegeventil 20 ein weiteres Ventil
25 angeordnet, dessen kugelförmiges Verschlußglied
21 mit einem ebenfalls ringförmig ausgebildeten Ventilsitz
22 zusammenwirkt.

The cold and
Hot water enters through the
After a long period of operation, the
In the embodiment described above, the

Bei dieser Anordnung erfährt insbesondere das Ventilverschlußglied
21 in dem Mehrwegeventil 20 von dem
durchströmenden Wasser einen Auftrieb und wird hierdurch
gegen den Ventilsitz 202 gedrückt. Tritt dagegen
In this arrangement, the valve closure member experiences in particular
