Description
Claims (7)
- Bandhaspel mit mindestens einer geben einen Haspeldorn (1) mittels einer Stelleinrichtung (6) anstellbaren Andrückrolle (2) zum Anpressen von bandförmigem Wickelgut (9) an den Haspeldorn (1), wobei die Andrückrolle (2) an einem Haltearm (3) drehbar sowie gegenüber dem Haspeldorn (1) in etwa radialer Richtung beweglich gelagert ist, der Haltearm (3) mittels der Stelleinrichtung (6) gegen den Haspeldorn (1) bewegbar und preßbar ist und die Andrückrolle (2) bei Annähern des Bandanfanges (14) um mindestens die Banddicke (16) vom Haspeldorn (1) mittels einer von einer Steuereinrichtung (15) angesteuerten Stelleinrichtung (12) wegbewegbar ist, und wobei die Andrückrolle (2) gegenüber dem Haltearm (3) mittels einer weiteren Stelleinrichtung (12) bewegbar ist und die weitere Stelleinrichtung (12) mit der das Wegbewegen der Andrückrolle (2) bei Annähern des Bandanfanges (14) verursachenden Steuereinrichtung (15) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lager (11) der Andrückrolle (2) in einer Führung (10) des Haltearmes (3) in etwa zum Haspeldorn (1) radialer Richtung geführt ist und die weitere Stelleinrichtung (12) an dem Lager (11) direkt angreift.
- Bandhaspel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Andrückrolle (2) mit jeweils einem an ihren Enden angeordneten Lager (11) in Führungen (10) des Haltearmes (3) geführt ist, wobei an jedem der Lager (11) eine weitere Stelleinrichtung (12) direkt angreift.
- Bandhaspel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltearm (3) eine Führung (10) für ein Führungsstück (11) der Andrückrolle (3) zum Bewegen derselben in etwa radialer Richtung zum Haspeldorn (1) aufweist, wobei die Länge der Führung (10) sowie die weitere Stelleinrichtung (12) zum Bewegen der Andrückrolle (2) um ein Mehrfaches der Dicke (16) des aufzuwickelnden Bandes (9) bemessen sind.
- Bandhaspel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltearm (3) eine Führung (10) für ein Führungsstück (11) der Andrückrolle (2) zum Bewegen derselben in etwa radialer Richtung zum Haspeldorn (1) aufweist, wobei die Länge der Führung (10) sowie die weitere Stelleinrichtung (12) zum Bewegen der Andrückrolle (2) in einem Bereich entsprechend etwa der Dicke (16) des aufzuwickelnden Bandes (9) bemessen sind.
- Verfahren zum Haspeln mit einer Bandhaspel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückrolle (2) bei jedem Vorbeibewegen des Bandanfanges (14) des aufzuwickelnden Bandes (9) um mindestens einen der Banddicke (16) entsprechenden Betrag vom Bundwickel wegbewegt wird, wobei der Haltearm (3) etwa stillsteht.
- Verfahren zum Haspeln mit einer Bandhaspel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückrolle (2) bei jedem Vorbeibewegen des Bandanfanges (14) des aufzuwickelnden Bandes (9) um mindestens einen der Banddicke (16) entsprechenden Betrag vom Bundwickel wegbewegt wird, wobei der Haltearm (3) stillsteht, die Andrückrolle (2) nach Vorbeilauf des Bandanfanges (14) jedoch wieder in die vor dem Vorbeibewegen des Bandanfanges (14) gegenüber dem Haltearm (3) eingenommene Position zurückbewegt wird und der Haltearm (3) während dieser Zurückbewegung vom Bundwickel um das Maß dieser Zurückbewegung wegbewegt wird.
- Verfahren zum Haspeln mit einer Bandhaspel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Abweichen des Bandverlaufes von der Mittenlage über die beiden weiteren Stelleinrichtungen (12) unterschiedliche Anpreßdrücke aufgebracht werden, wobei der Anpreßdruck an der Seite, an der das Band (9) nach außen auslenkt, größer gehalten wird, u.zw. so lange, bis das Band (9) wieder in die Mittenlage zurückgeführt ist.
