- la figure 4 est une coupe analogue à celle de la figure 1, montrant l'organe d'avancement en position avant,
- la figure 5 est une section partielle selon la ligne V-V de la figure 1, et
- la figure 6 est une section partielle, analogue à celle de la figure 5, selon la ligne VI-VI de la figure 4.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de vérin pneumatique comprenant un corps de vérin (10), des moyens d'amenée de fluide sous pression à l'intérieur de ce corps, un premier piston (18) mobile dans une première chambre axiale (12) située à l'arrière du corps de vérin et, au moins, un deuxième piston mobile (20) dans une deuxième chambre axiale (14) située en avant de ladite première chambre axiale, le dispositif comprenant, en outre, une paroi de séparation (28) des deux chambres axiales présentant un alésage axial (30) et une tige de liaison (24) des pistons (18, 20) apte à coulisser de manière étanche dans cet alésage, cette tige présentant un perçage (60) qui débouche, d'une part, dans la première chambre axiale (12) à l'arrière du premier piston (18) et, d'autre part, dans la deuxième chambre axiale (14) à l'arrière du deuxième piston (20), les pistons étant raccordés à un organe d'avancement (40) situé à l'avant du corps de vérin (10), les moyens d'amenée de fluide sous pression comprenant une vanne à tiroir (70, 72) commandée par des moyens de commande entre une première position dans laquelle le fluide est dirigé dans au moins une chambre axiale, à l'arrière du piston contenu dans cette chambre, pour solliciter l'organe d'avancement vers l'avant et une deuxième position dans laquelle le fluide est dirigé dans au moins une chambre axiale, à l'avant du piston contenu dans cette chambre, pour solliciter l'organe d'avancement vers l'arrière,
caractérisé en ce que la paroi de séparation (28) présente un alésage transversal (72) dans lequel est situé le tiroir de la vanne à tiroir (70), un premier conduit (74, 76) qui relie l'alésage transversal (72) à une arrivée de fluide sous pression (67, 68), un deuxième conduit (82) qui raccorde l'alésage transversal (72) à la partie arrière de la deuxième chambre axiale (14), en arrière du deuxième piston (20) et un troisième conduit (84) qui raccorde l'alésage transversal (72) à la partie avant de la première chambre axiale (12), en avant du premier piston (18), les premier et deuxième conduits (74, 76 ; 82) étant mis en communication et isolés du troisième conduit (84) dans la première position du tiroir (70) de la vanne à tiroir, tandis que, dans la deuxième position de ce tiroir, les premier et troisième conduits (74, 76 ; 84) sont mis en communication et isolés du deuxième conduit (82). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande de la vanne à tiroir (70, 72) comprennent un levier de commande (102) disposé sensiblement transversalement, ce levier ayant une première extrémité (102a), raccordée au corps de vérin (10) dans la région de la paroi de séparation (28) et montée pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (104) dirigé sensiblement axialement, et une deuxième extrémité (102b) apte à coopérer avec une extrémité libre (99) du tiroir (70) de la vanne à tiroir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens élastiques (99) pour solliciter naturellement le tiroir (70) de la vanne à tiroir dans sa deuxième position.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage transversal (72) comporte un fond (72b) et une ouverture (72a) opposée à ce fond, en dehors de laquelle l'extrémité libre du tiroir (70) de la vanne à tiroir est susceptible de dépasser et en ce que les troisième, premier et deuxième conduits (84, 76, 82) sont successivement raccordés audit alésage transversal (72) dans le sens allant de l'ouverture (72a) au fond (72b) de cet alésage (72).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (108) pour amortir le mouvement d'au moins l'un des pistons en fin de course de déplacement, dans au moins l'un des sens de déplacement de l'organe d'avancement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des premiers moyens de butée (46b) disposés dans l'une (16) des chambres axiales (12, 14, 16), au voisinage de l'extrémité avant de cette dernière, et des deuxièmes moyens de butée (22a) disposés sur le piston (22) situé dans cette chambre, au voisinage de la face avant de ce dernier, les premiers et deuxième moyens de butée étant susceptibles de coopérer entre eux pour définir la position d'extrême avancement de l'organe d'avancement (40).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un coussinet (110) annulaire disposé dans l'alésage axial (30), réalisé dans un matériau à faible coefficient de frottement et coopérant avec la tige de liaison (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un troisième piston (22) mobile dans une troisième chambre axiale (16) située en avant de la deuxième chambre axiale, une paroi de séparation supplémentaire (34), séparant les deuxième et troisième chambres axiales (14, 16) et présentant un alésage axial (36), et une tige de liaison supplémentaire (26), raccordant les deuxième et troisième pistons (20, 22) et apte à coulisser de manière étanche dans cet alésage axial, cette tige de liaison supplémentaire présentant un perçage (64), relié au perçage (60) de la tige de liaison (24) des premier et deuxième pistons (18, 20) et débouchant dans la troisième chambre axiale (16) à l'arrière du troisième piston.
