Description
- la barrette est déformable élastiquement selon la direction radiale, et en ce qu'elle est serrée radialement entre le rotor et un bord latéral externe de chacune des paillettes ;
- la barrette comporte une série de bras élastiques qui agissent chacun sur une paillette ;
- à l'état libre, chaque bras est incliné par rapport à la direction transversale de coulissement des paillettes pour venir, dans un état contraint, en appui par une extrémité libre contre le bord latéral externe de la paillette correspondante ;
- la barrette comporte un corps principal de section sensiblement rectangulaire, et chaque bras s'étend selon une direction sensiblement transversale depuis un bord axial du corps principal ;
- chaque bras est relié au bord axial du corps principal de la barrette par un tronçon de liaison qui s'étend radialement depuis le bord axial, dans le prolongement d'une face latérale du corps principal ;
- le bord latéral externe de chaque paillette comporte une encoche au travers de laquelle s'étend la barrette, l'encoche délimite deux décrochements transversaux dont l'un au moins forme la surface de butée destinée à coopérer avec la barrette pour déterminer une position extrême de la paillette, et le bras élastique correspondant de la barrette est en appui contre la paillette au niveau de l'encoche ;
- l'extrémité libre de chaque bras qui est en appui contre la paillette correspondante est destinée à coopérer avec l'autre des décrochements transversaux pour déterminer une seconde position extrême de la paillette ;
- les tronçons de liaison de l'ensemble des paillettes forment une bande de liaison continue qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du bord axial du corps principal ;
- la barrette est engagée axialement dans le rotor du verrou après le montage de paillettes, et chaque bras est délimité par deux bords d'orientation sensiblement transversale qui sont chanfreinés pour provoquer, lors de l'engagement de la barrette, une déflexion du bras selon la direction radiale vers un état contraint ;
- la barrette est engagée axialement dans un logement du rotor du verrou, et la barrette comporte un ergot qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la direction axiale de la barrette et qui est reçu dans un creux aménagé dans une paroi latérale du logement pour assurer la fixation axiale de la barrette dans le verrou ;
- l'ergot est agencé axialement sensiblement au centre de la barrette.
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective illustrant les moyens de retenue des paillettes dans le rotor d'un verrou réalisé conformément aux enseignements de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe axiale du rotor du verrou de la figure 1 ;

Claims (12)
- Verrou de véhicule automobile, du type comportant un rotor (10) monté à rotation autour de son axe (A1) dans une douille (15), du type dans lequel des paillettes (12) sont montées à coulissement dans le rotor (10), selon une direction transversale, entre au moins une position extrême saillante dans laquelle elles immobilisent en rotation le rotor (10) par rapport à la douille (15), et une position escamotée dans laquelle elles sont reçues à l'intérieur du rotor (10) et vers laquelle elles sont forcées par l'introduction dans le rotor (10) d'une clé conforme (16), et du type dans lequel la position extrême saillante des paillettes (12) est déterminée par une barrette (32) en matériau plastique qui s'étend axialement dans le rotor (10) et contre laquelle vient s'appuyer une surface de butée (38) de chaque paillette (12),
caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) est en appui élastiquement sur les paillettes (12) selon une direction radiale perpendiculaire à la direction transversale de coulissement des paillettes (12). - Verrou selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) est déformable élastiquement selon la direction radiale, et en ce qu'elle est serrée radialement entre le rotor (10) et un bord latéral externe (36) de chacune des paillettes (12).
- Verrou selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) comporte une série de bras élastiques (40) qui agissent chacun sur une paillette (12).
- Verrou selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état libre, chaque bras (40) est incliné par rapport à la direction transversale de coulissement des paillettes (12) pour venir, dans un état contraint, en appui par une extrémité libre (52) contre le bord latéral externe (36) de la paillette (12) correspondante.
- Verrou selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) comporte un corps principal (44) de section sensiblement rectangulaire, et en ce que chaque bras (40) s'étend selon une direction sensiblement transversale depuis un bord axial (48) du corps principal (44).
- Verrou selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque bras (40) est relié au bord axial (48) du corps principal (44) de la barrette (32) par un tronçon de liaison (46) qui s'étend radialement depuis le bord axial (48), dans le prolongement d'une face latérale (50) du corps principal (44).
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord latéral externe (34) de chaque paillette (12) comporte une encoche (36) au travers de laquelle s'étend la barrette (32), en ce que l'encoche (36) délimite deux décrochements transvers aux (38) dont l'un au moins forme la surface de butée destinée à coopérer avec la barrette (32) pour déterminer une position extrême de la paillette (12), et en ce que le bras élastique (40) correspondant de la barrette est en appui contre la paillette (12) au niveau de l'encoche (36).
- Verrou selon la revendication 7 prise en combinaison avec la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (52) de chaque bras (40) qui est en appui contre la paillette (12) correspondante est destinée à coopérer avec l'autre des décrochements transversaux (38) pour déterminer une seconde position extrême de la paillette.
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons de liaison (46) de l'ensemble des paillettes (12) forment une bande de liaison continue qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du bord axial (48) du corps principal (44).
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) est engagée axialement dans le rotor (10) du verrou après le montage de paillettes (12), et en ce que chaque bras (40) est délimité par deux bords (54) d'orientation sensiblement transversale qui sont chanfreinés pour provoquer, lors de l'engagement de la barrette (32), une déflexion du bras (40) selon la direction radiale vers un état contraint.
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (32) est engagée axialement dans un logement (33) du rotor (10) du verrou, et en ce que la barrette (32) comporte un ergot (62) qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la direction axiale de la barrette (32) et qui est reçu dans un creux (64) aménagé dans une paroi latérale du logement (33) pour assurer la fixation axiale de la barrette (32) dans le verrou.
- Verrou selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (62) est agencé axialement sensiblement au centre de la barrette (32).
