Definitions
- the invention relates to a cabinet furniture built-in, arranged on a waste collector trolley Waste collector with a waste collector lid and one Waste receptacle that is in a use position is movable outside the cabinet, the Waste collector lid is preferably fixed, further moving over to the garbage collector cart acting, from the opening movement of a door the cabinet furniture operated, as a pull and push rod trained control rod is applied.
- a cabinet unit with a linearly movable waste collector trolley this type is known from DE-GM 7 405 438.
- the corresponding shift is achieved depending on the door actuation via a control rod.
- This both train thrust control rod is one end articulated on the door of the cupboard furniture and elsewhere guided on the waste collector wagon.
- the the corresponding displaceability is transverse to the linear Extending direction of the waste collector car, the front has a corresponding elongated hole.
- This solution is mainly the retraction of the car effective, but sometimes obtuse-angled Alignment of the control rod to the guideway. This dull one The angle changes when the waste collector wagon is in the retracted position thereby even in the opposite direction, and shortly before reaching the retracted position of the Waste collector carriage. The tensile and compressive forces go like this to a large extent stressful on the rail guide.
- EP 808 781 A1 is a built-in cabinet unit a waste collector arranged in a waste collector wagon, with a waste container, the one described Use position movable outside cabinet furniture is.
- the movement is via one on the waste collector cart acting, from the opening movement of a door of the Cabinet furniture operated, as a pull and push rod trained control rod applied.
- the control rod acts by means of an intermediate transmission gear on the waste collector wagon.
- the object of the present invention is one in Actuator geometry cheaper actuator to create without the proven, from the To abandon door movement derived handling.
- the full ancestor position becomes more powerful and also in a less stressful way for the mechanics, especially those that bring about the linear extension movement Leadership reached.
- the translating effect allows it even to reduce the tax routes and also closer to the control rod on the door side to move the hinge axis of the door.
- the actuation force introduction becomes cheaper.
- the transmission is designed as a gear transmission educated.
- the control rod is designed as a rack and by means of Gear transmission translates to the waste collector wagon acts. It is also advantageous if the waste collector cart a rack is formed with which meshes a gear of the gear transmission.
- the way direct meshing between gear and the Object to be driven can be structurally advantageous Realize if there is a line arcing on the waste collector trolley is trained. It doesn't need that Fixation of a separate, classic rack on Waste collector cars.
- the invention further brings in Proposal that the gear transmission at least two coaxial and non-rotatably arranged gears different Has diameter, with a smaller diameter Gear with the rack and a larger diameter Output gear cooperates with the waste collector cart. Taking into account the opening movement The door can thus be used for the contactlessness of waste collector cars and ensure the inside of the door.
- Another proposed solution in this regard is that in the course of an extension movement of the waste collector wagon a switch to a higher gear ratio given is.
- the one used Transmission gears can be particularly squat be designed, this in that the driven gears arranged coaxially one above the other and that the racks of the waste collector wagon corresponding to a tier are arranged one above the other.
- the change of tooth mesh happens in clearly separated zones.
- the gearbox area remains quite squat, because the racks of the garbage collector car essentially are arranged linearly one behind the other.
- the Control rod on the gear transmission angularly movable is tied up.
- The can be done without any construction effort appropriate restraint by means of an on the axis of the gears coaxially superimposed Form swivel guide.
- the control rod has a toothless section has according to a forward opening movement the door. This also ensures the sufficient Initial distance from the inside of the door to the corresponding one The front of the waste collector cart, wherein the drive-neutralized section of the actuation path fully compensated by the translation effect, i.e. is made up for.
- the invention further proposes that the parts of the rack in the area of the hinge axis are comprehensively trained. That can about one half the vertical thickness of the rack parts happen.
- An even more independent design Meaning is also achieved by that the waste receptacle in a receptacle with separate compartments for each waste receptacle are included. It can be a form fitting Act connector.
- each waste receptacle holder one has essentially circumferential mounting wall, the in the height direction of a waste receptacle substantial coverage of the corresponding side wall of the waste receptacle.
- a coverage of about 5 to 20% of the The height of the waste receptacle is sufficient.
- the receptacle can be kept quite flat.
- a also having independent meaning Solution arises from the fact that the bracket wall at least on the front of the waste collector wagon in overlap to the waste collector car down to one Screen wall is extended. The latter can also spread over extend the long sides of the car going.
- the lid still has an advantageous solution, which is that the waste collector lid on an essentially U-shaped, bottom side angled bracket is hinged. On such component is little material and also easy to fix. This can be done by assignment even be done so that the waste collector lid can be placed on the bracket from above. In this If it turns out to be structurally advantageous that the bracket in the area of its upper connecting leg has a separate crimp. This one too The proposed solution is interesting in itself.
- the waste collector labeled A in its entirety is housed in a cabinet 1.
- the waste collector A carries one or more removable Waste receptacle 2.
- the latter are in line arranged one behind the other.
- the waste receptacles 2 hang in accordance with Figure 1 in a beam 3.
- the latter forms the superstructure of a Waste collector wagon 4.
- This sledge-like guided in a use position II outside the cabinet furniture 1 movable carriage 4 is a stop plate 5 as Assigned substructure.
- the latter is on a floor 6 of the Cabinet furniture 1 attached.
- the waste collector wagon 4 stands over paired, parallel guide rails 7 in displacement connection to the stop plate 5 of an installation unit E of the Waste collector A.
- the guide rails 7 extend horizontally, in the underfloor area 8 of the waste collector A (see Figure 8). These are telescopic rails. They allow the waste collector cart to be moved linearly 4 compared to the even stationary stop plate 5th
- An inner rail piece 9 of each guide rail 7 sits firmly connected to one of a frame-shaped Carriage chassis 10 downward support bar 11th thereof.
- the inner rail piece 9 is ball-guided over or encompassed by an intermediate rail piece 12.
- Inner rail piece 9 and intermediate rail piece 12 have a C-shaped cross section. These C profiles reach under the top and bottom layer of Balls 13 guided into each other. The C profiles point appropriate guide channels.
- the intermediate rail piece 12 is then overlapped by an outer rail piece 14, which as the peripheral portion of the so trained three-part telescopic guide rails 7 on an upwardly angled longitudinal leg 15 of the in Cross section so fixed U-profiled stop plate 5 is.
- the intermediate rail section 12 itself receives its linear guide to the outer rail section 14 by engagement one of these sliding block 16 in a cross-sectional longitudinal groove 17 of the intermediate rail piece 12th
- each telescopic guide rail 7 elements is in both directions of arrow x stroke-limited (not shown).
- the telescopic guide rails 7 are like this dimension that, starting from a retracted position I, the waste collector wagon 4 in the freely accessible, that is, the forward use position II is movable is.
- the waste receptacles 2 are thus freely accessible accessible and at a designated destination be brought.
- said waste receptacles are 2 accordingly from the area of an odor-occluding Waste collector cover 18 kicked.
- the itself remains inside the installation unit E, respectively the cabinet furniture 1.
- the waste collector lid 18 is a kind of swing lid realized. It swings around a horizontal one Axis 19.
- the waste collector cover 18 is mounted so that he on the one rear wall 20 of the cabinet 1 facing side is slightly overweight, so has a slightly rising orientation on the front.
- the inner end of the waste collector lid 18 carries a control bar 21. It acts with a stop surface 22 of the waste collector car 4 together.
- the waste collector cover 18 is retracted in this way Position I of the waste collector A in the olfactory ver closing position to the waste receptacles 2 tilted.
- the appropriate facility allows at Extending movement a free underrun of the swing-like Cover 18.
- the submission of the waste container 2 or the waste collector wagon carrying him or her 4 in position II and returning to the retracted position I is dependent from an opening movement of the frontal opening 23 of the cabinet furniture 1 closing door 24.
- the latter pivots about a vertical axis 25 two above one another arranged hinges 26. They are one on the inside left-hand side wall 27 of the cabinet furniture 1 struck.
- the pivoting movement of the door 24 becomes a linear movement of the waste collector car 4 implemented.
- This serves a control rod 28. Its end facing the door 24 sits on a vertically aligned pivot pin 29.
- the free end of the control rod 28 extends into the Interior 30 of the cabinet furniture 1 and works with one there, interposed to the waste collector wagon 4 Gearbox G together. That sits spatially just behind the closed door 24.
- the rack toothing 31 lies on the hinge 26 facing side of the realized as a flat bar Control rod 28.
- the toothing 31 engages on the hinges 26 facing away from a small diameter Gear 32 as driving gear tangent.
- The is closest to floor 6. Extend over it two more gears 33.34. They act as output gears together with the waste collector car 4, the provided with a corresponding, identical toothing is.
- the second gear, designated 33 has one significantly larger diameter than that as the drive gear acting first gear 32.
- the third, overhead Gear 34 is the largest diameter gear.
- the correspondingly graduated structure of the gear package is Figure 8 removable. All gears 32 to 34 are seated there coaxially lined up vertically on a geometric Axis y-y of the transmission gear G and are assigned to each other in a rotationally fixed manner, but the configuration so that the gears 32 to 34 is a limited one Have rotational play to each other. Whose Meaning will be explained further below.
- the physical axis of the gearbox G is Figure 9 can be removed and designated 35 there. she is in a suitable manner with a base part of the installation unit E representing stop plate 5 connected.
- the axial hold of the gears 32 to 34 happens with each other by being drawn in parallel to axis 35 Retaining bolts 36. These extend in a diametral of the gear package.
- Their heads 37 are on top and dive as much as possible over the entire axial length a recess 38 of the third gear 34 to which followed by a bore 39 of smaller cross-section, so that the head 37 finds a shoulder 40 on the underside, that carries him.
- the middle diameter having, second gear 33 has a slightly larger cross-section Hole 41 on than the clear diameter the bore 39 of the largest cross-section gear 34 is.
- the lowest gear 32 is with a threaded bore 42 into which a corresponding External thread of the retaining bolt 36 engages.
- the first larger diameter gear 33, the first Output gearwheel therefore engages in the toothing of a rack 43 of the waste collector wagon 4. That about lying diameter-largest gear 34, the second driven gear so, works with the teeth of another Rack 44 together.
- the racks 43 and 44 are formed on a step Bracket 45 supported. It's on the thighs 46 and 47 of the frame-shaped carriage chassis 10 attached, its parallel to the direction of travel (double arrow x) Waste collector wagon 4 longitudinal legs of the described support strips 11 are formed. The of Flat bars formed racks 43 and 44 are in the classic way on the multiple angled Bracket 45 supported.
- the tooth engagement takes place on the hinges 26 opposite side of the gear package instead.
- control rod 28 is on the toothed gear tied up at an angle.
- a shoe-type is used for this Bracket. This is the enlargement of Figure 3, for example removable. Is part of the bondage a the maximum width of the control rod 28 or their Tooth 31-taking guide 49. The extends at the level of the smallest-diameter gear 33, tangentially to it, and goes in the direction of physical axis 35 in a bearing eye 50 over.
- the Bearing eye 50 has a vertically aligned bearing bore 51 through which the axis 35 or forming a bearing.
- the disk-shaped Bearing eye 50 lies between the bottom of the as Drive pinion acting smallest gear 32 and the base plate 5 and supports the transmission G over a large area from.
- the realized as a box or open U-profile Guide 49 has a greater leading length than the diameter of the smallest-diameter gear Is 32.
- the box resp. U-profile is on both sides equally long and leaves a gear side Window 52 for reaching through the toothing of the gear 32nd
- Control rod 28 has a toothless section 53 has. This is a forward opening movement the door 24 reached. In other words, it prevents that right at the beginning of the opening movement of the door 24 the waste collector car 4 is already extended. Rather, this only arises from around one 45 ° swivel opening of door 24 (see dash-dotted lines Representation in Figure 4).
- the overall rack length corresponds here essentially the depth of the furniture. Actuating forces across Rail guidance does not occur.
- the side walls 54 shown in FIG. 1 with cross members 55 can be omitted if the bearings of horizontal axis 19 on the side walls of the cabinet furniture 1 are attached immediately.
- FIGS. 11 to 13 of the subject of the invention An advantageous further development is shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 of the subject of the invention, and both with regard to the waste collector wagon 4 moving control mechanism and the bracket of the Waste collector cover 18.
- the movable part 44 ′′ of the further rack 44 acts when the carriage 4 is moved via a sliding pin 57 together with a backdrop 58 or vice versa.
- the backdrop 58 is a U-shaped rail posed.
- the U opening faces upwards, i.e. to the ceiling the cabinet furniture 1 directed.
- the establishment of the cabinet-proof backdrop 58 happens on the stop plate 5.
- the backdrop thus belongs to installation unit E Actuating device.
- FIG. 12 A look at Figures 12 and 13 shows that the backdrop 58 is practically the entire depth the length of the cabinet furniture 1 extends, the length half of the backdrop facing the door 24 58 colinear to the fixed part 44 'of the others Rack 44 runs, spatially below lying.
- the rest of the backdrop 58 is in an acute angle Direction of the vertical longitudinal center plane of the cabinet furniture 1 angled.
- the corresponding angle vertex bears the reference number 59.
- the acute angle is included approx. 15 °.
- the degree of angling and the location of the Fulissen pen 57 are coordinated so that in the retracted position I of the waste collector wagon 4 length of the movable part 44 '' of the rack 44 is given away in the direction of the arrow. This position is shown in Figure 12.
- the movable part 44 ' accordingly does not have the Rear of the waste collector cart 4 or the stop plate 5 protrudes, like the one described at the beginning Solution according to Figure 2 is the case.
- the control rod too 28 does not protrude backwards.
- the one behind the Waste collector car 4 lying section of the interior 30 can be used as a usable space or the The depth of the cupboard furniture can be reduced.
- the backdrop 58 sets at a distance to the front opening 23 of the cabinet furniture 1.
- the entrance of the backdrop 58 is to a catch opening 60 widened.
- the movable part 44 '' In the position of use shown in FIG. 13 II is the movable part 44 '' in Tooth engagement with gear 34.
- the movable part 44 '' In the area of the joint axis 56, the movable part 44 '' is supported in the back the vertical flank or shoulder 61 there console 45 also formed here. 44 'and 44' ' lie on a common straight line.
- the inner end of the backdrop 58 is essentially aligned with one another through the vertical Geometric axis y-y along the longitudinal plane of the cupboard.
- the catch opening 60 extends in a transverse plane of the transmission gear set through the same axis G.
- Thickness of the rack 44 is halved in each case. So the teeth of the rack 44 remain in one plane aligned.
- the largest diameter engaging in the toothing Gear 34 can be designed quite flat.
- the one shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is the waste collector wagon 4
- the receptacle 62 is the Waste collector trolley 4 assigned detachable. Here can grab a vertically oriented pin assignment, for example using dowel pins.
- the receiving trough 62 has separate compartments 63. The latter are used for tilt-free mounting of the individual Waste receptacle 2.
- the compartments 63 are on the outer contour close to the ground Waste receptacle 2 matched to the shape. holding fashion acts as a substantially circumferential bracket wall 64 of the receptacle 62.
- the bracket wall 64 can be realized by deep drawing and closes with a bottom off. But also just angling rag cut free from the edge of the Receiving tray 62 is conceivable. Here the floor can go over inwardly angled strips can be achieved.
- the vertical depth of the compartments 63 and the height of the Bracket wall 64 are sized so that an essential Cover to the inserting section of the side wall 65 of the waste receptacle 2 is present.
- the Overlap z in the vertical direction is approx. 5 up to 20% of the height of the waste receptacle 2.
- FIGS. 10 and 11 they are like Shoe-acting compartments 63 through a crosspiece 66 divided.
- the crosspiece 66 of the receiving trough 62 runs level with the tub rim 67.
- the mounting wall 64 can also be on the outside via the Longitudinal flanks of the waste collector wagon 4 respectively the guide rails 7 be drawn. This disguise can start at least via a front Part of the length of said guide rails go.
- the storage of the waste collector cover 18th can also be made using a one-piece support part, as shown in Figure 10.
- the waste collector lid 18 on a substantially U-shaped curved bracket 69, angled at the bottom realized. Its U-bridge is at the top, namely across the Direction of relocation of the waste collector wagon 4.
