Abstract

L'invention concerne un conditionnement en un matériau semi-rigide tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, pour une pluralité de bouteilles ou similaires, alignées suivant une rangée ou plusieurs rangées parallèles et reposant sur le fond de l'emballage, ce conditionnement comprenant une partie de fond (1), des parois latérales (2, 3, 4) perpendiculaires au fond (1), dont deux au moins sont solidaires du fond, une partie supérieure formant couvercle (6) parallèle au fond et rigidement solidaire d'au moins l'une des parois latérales et un élément de préhension. Selon l'invention, ce conditionnement comprend deux parois (2, 3) parallèles entre elles et à l'axe des bouteilles et attenantes chacune à la partie de fond (1) par des lignes de pliage confondues avec deux côtés rectilignes parallèles de cette partie de fond. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un conditionnement portable, en un matériau semi-rigide, tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, notamment pour des bouteilles ou similaires.
On a déjà proposé dans la technique de nombreux conditionnement portables pour bouteilles.
La présente invention vise à accroítre la sécurité du transport des bouteilles ou autres produits logés dans de tels conditionnements, en rendant le fond du conditionnement attenant suivant deux lignes de pliage à deux parois parallèles entre elles et à l'axe des bouteilles.
On évite ainsi tout risque de désolidarisation accidentelle du fond et des parois attenantes, sous le poids des bouteilles, au cours du transport.
La présente invention a, par conséquent, pour objet un conditionnement en un matériau semi-rigide tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, pour une pluralité de bouteilles ou similaires, alignées suivant une rangée ou plusieurs rangées parallèles et reposant sur le fond de l'emballage, ce conditionnement comprenant une partie de fond, des parois latérales perpendiculaires au fond, dont deux au moins sont solidaires du fond, une partie supérieure formant couvercle parallèle au fond et éventuellement un élément de préhension, cet emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux parois parallèles entre elles et à l'axe des bouteilles et attenantes chacune à la partie de fond par des lignes de pliage confondues avec deux côtés rectilignes parallèles de cette partie de fond.
Avantageusement, en fonction des caractéristiques techniques et de l'effet esthétique recherchés, cette partie de fond pourra avoir la forme d'un polygone comportant un nombre pair de côtés parallèles deux à deux, par exemple rectangulaire, hexagonal ou octogonal.
La partie de fond étant attenante par de simples lignes de pliage à deux parois parallèles du conditionnement, celui-ci assurera au transport une sécurité bien supérieure à celle des conditionnements dont la partie de fond est solidaire par collage ou encliquetage d'une ou plusieurs parties latérales.
Les parois du conditionnement autres que celles parallèles à l'axe des bouteilles n'ont pas à être attenantes au fond et peuvent être solidaires des parois parallèles à l'axe des bouteilles.
Le conditionnement sera issu de préférence d'un unique flan de carton ou de carton ondulé, convenablement découpé et refoulé (préplié) et, comme on le verra ci-après, les différentes parois pourront avantageusement être articulées entre elles par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires au fond, de manière à pouvoir replier à plat l'emballage monté et à le livrer sous cette forme à l'utilisateur, qui n'aura plus qu'à le mettre en forme avant d'y loger les bouteilles ou autres articles à conditionner.
Avantageusement, dans au moins l'une des parois sera ménagée une ouverture laissant apparaítre les bouteilles conditionnées, et un volet sera de préférence attenant à cette paroi à la base de l'ouverture par une ligne de pliage parallèle au fond, ce volet étant divisé par une seconde ligne de pliage parallèle à la précédente en deux parties aptes à être repliées vers l'intérieur du conditionnement pour venir s'appliquer respectivement contre la partie inférieure de la paroi associée et contre le fond. La partie appliquée contre le fond aura de préférence, perpendiculairement à la paroi associée, une dimension égale à la distance séparant cette paroi de la paroi parallèle, de manière à renforcer le fond et à assurer un contreventement des parois parallèles, après mise en forme du conditionnement.
Avantageusement, un ou des volets découpés, dans l'une des deux parois parallèles et attenants à celle-ci par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire au fond, seront aptes à être repliés vers l'intérieur du conditionnement, perpendiculairement à la paroi associée, pour vent s'interposer entre les bouteilles contiguës et former ainsi un ou des éléments de séparation.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description détaillée qui va suivre d'une forme de réalisation du conditionnement. Dans cette description, on se réfèrera aux dessins annexés, qui n'ont pas de caractère limitatif et dans lesquels :
  • La figure 1 est une vue en plan du flan de carton ondulé, prédécoupé et refoulé, dont est issu le conditionnement ;
  • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective du conditionnement, après mise en forme, suivant l'une de ses faces, avec la partie supérieure formant couvercle redressée ;
  • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective du conditionnement, après mise en forme, suivant une face parallèle à celle de la figure 2 et avec la partie supérieure fermée ;
  • La figure 4 est une vue en perspective du conditionnement avec deux bouteilles logées dans celui-ci ;
    • Les figures 5 et 6 sont deux vues, de part et d'autre, du conditionnement replié à plat.
    Cette forme de réalisation du conditionnement conforme à l'invention est destinée à l'exposition en vente et au transport de deux bouteilles, mais la transposition à un nombre différent de bouteilles ou d'autres articles oblongs similaires, alignés suivant une rangée ou plusieurs rangées parallèles, sera évidente pour l'homme de l'art. La forme de ces articles peut naturellement être absolument quelconque.
    Ce conditionnement comporte une partie de fond 1, de forme hexagonale, aux côtés parallèles deux à deux, qui présente une symétrie par rapport a une ligne de pliage diagonale 10, réunissant deux sommets opposés de l'hexagone.
    Sur cette partie de fond 1 sont articulées par des lignes de pliage confondues avec les côtés parallèles au plan de symétrie de la partie 1 deux parois latérales 2 et 3, dressées perpendiculairement à la partie de fond.
    A la partie 2 sont attenantes latéralement, par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire au fond, deux autres parois latérales 4, divisées chacune en deux paries égales, 4a-4b, par une ligne de pliage 11, également perpendiculaire au fond.
    A la partie 3 sont attenants latéralement, par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire au fond, deux volets de forme et de dimensions sensiblement identiques aux parties 4b, collées contre la face de ces parties 4b tournée vers l'intérieur du conditionnement.
    A la partie supérieure de la paroi 2 est attenante par une ligne de pliage parallèle au fond 1 une partie 6 formant couvercle, de forme et de dimensions analogues à celles du fond, tandis qu'à la partie supérieure de la paroi 3 est attenant un volet 7, destiné à être engagé au-dessus de la partie 6. Une languette 8, attenante à la partie 6 par une ligne de pliage, peut être engagée dans une encoche 9, ménagée entre le volet 7 et la paroi 3 attenante, pour verrouiller la partie 6 du couvercle en position de fermeture.
    On notera que les parties 4a, 4b et 5 ne sont pas attenantes au fond 1, mais qu'après mise en forme et assemblage, leur base épouse fidèlement la forme de ce fond. Celui-ci étant directement attenant aux deux parois parallèles 2 et 3, il présente une très grande résistance au poids des objets conditionnés, des bouteilles 12 par exemple, et aux contraintes subies en cours de manutention. Le conditionnement présente par conséquent une très grande sécurité d'emploi.
    Du fait de la ligne de pliage 10, divisant le fond en deux parties égales, et des lignes 11, divisant également les parois latérales en deux parties égales, il est possible de replier à plat le conditionnement préassemblé, comme on le voit sur les figures 5 et 6, et de le livrer sous cette forme aux utilisateurs, qui le mettent aisément en forme.
    Une fenêtre 13, ménagée dans la paroi 2, permet aux acheteurs de voir les objets conditionnés.
    Une partie 14, venue de la découpe de la fenêtre 13 dans la paroi 2, est attenante à la base de cette fenêtre par une ligne de pliage 15 parallèle au fond. La partie 14 est elle-même divisée par une ligne de pliage 16 parallèle à la ligne 15 en deux parties 14a et 14b, dont les dimensions sont telles que la partie 14a peut être rabattue vers l'intérieur du conditionnement contre la face interne de la base de la paroi 2, tandis que la partie 14b vient s'appliquer contre le fond, en vue de le renforcer et de s'interposer entre les parois parallèles 2 et 3, pour contreventer celles-ci.
    Dans la paroi 3 est ménagée une ouverture 17, à un côté vertical de laquelle est attenant un volet 18, venu de la découpe, qui peut être replié vers l'intérieur du conditionnement, pour former une séparation entre des bouteilles contiguë. Le conditionnement représenté a été conçu pour le transport de deux bouteilles, mais, pour un nombre supérieur de bouteilles, il suffirait naturellement de prévoir en des emplacements judicieux un nombre approprié d'ouvertures 17 et de volets 18.
    Dans cette réalisation, une simple ouverture 20, ménagée à la partie supérieure de la paroi 3, constitue de façon connue en soi l'organe de préhension.
    L'invention apporte donc, dans la technique, un conditionnement d'une très grande simplicité, livrable préassemblé et replié aux utilisateurs et qui présente des qualités inégalées de sécurité pour le transport des objets conditionnés. Ce conditionnement est en outre peu coûteux à réaliser et présente un aspect agréable au regard.

    Claims (10)

    1. Conditionnement en un matériau semi-rigide tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, pour une pluralité de bouteilles ou similaires, alignées suivant une rangée ou plusieurs rangées parallèles et reposant sur le fond de l'emballage, ce conditionnement comprenant une partie de fond (1), des parois latérales (2, 3, 4) perpendiculaires au fond (1), dont deux au moins sont solidaires du fond, une partie supérieure formant couvercle (6) parallèle au fond et éventuellement un élément de préhension, cet emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux parois (2, 3) parallèles entre elles et à l'axe des bouteilles et attenantes chacune à la partie de fond (1) par des lignes de pliage confondues avec deux côtés rectilignes parallèles de cette partie de fond.
    2. Conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales autres que les parois (2, 3) ne sont pas attenantes au fond (1).
    3. Conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (1) a la forme d'un polygone comportant un nombre pair de côtés parallèles deux à deux.
    4. Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le fond est divisé en deux parties égales par une ligne de pliage (10) réunissant deux sommets opposés du polygone et parallèle aux parois (2, 3).
    5. Conditionnement selon la revendication 4, dont le fond a la forme d'un hexagone, caractérisé en ce qu'aux parois (2, 3) sont attenantes latéralement deux parois (4) divisées en deux parties égales (4a, 4b) par une ligne de pliage (11) perpendiculaire au fond.
    6. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans au moins l'une des parois (2, 3), est ménagée une ouverture (13) apte à laisser apparaítre les articles conditionnés.
    7. Conditionnement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, à la partie inférieure de l'ouverture (13), un volet (14) est articulé sur la paroi (2) associée par une ligne de pliage (15) parallèle au fond, ce volet (14) étant divisé en deux parties (14a, 14b) par une ligne de pliage (16) parallèle au fond, les parties (14a, 14b) étant aptes à être repliées vers l'intérieur du conditionnement, respectivement contre la face interne de la paroi (2) attenante et contre le fond (1).
    8. Conditionnement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie (14b) du volet (14) repliée contre le fond a, perpendiculairement à la paroi (2) associée, une dimension sensiblement égale à la distance séparant les parois (2, 3), de manière à assurer leur contreventement après mise en forme du conditionnement.
    9. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou des volets (18), découpés dans l'une des parois (2, 3) et attenants à celles-ci par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire au fond, sont aptes à être repliées vers l'intérieur du conditionnement, perpendiculairement à la paroi attenante, pour former des organes de séparation entre bouteilles contiguës.
    10. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de préhension est constitué de façon connue en soi par une découpe (20) ménagée dans l'une des parois (2, 3).
