- d'une partie arrière, de forme pyramidale à base rectangulaire, articulée avec le pied de flèche, au niveau des membrures inférieures, suivant un axe horizontal transversal, et reliée à son sommet, par un vérin, à la membrure supérieure du pied de flèche,
- d'une partie avant, de forme pyramidale à base rectangulaire, articulée avec le deuxième élément de flèche, au niveau des membrures inférieures, suivant un axe horizontal transversal, est reliée à son sommet, par un vérin, à la membrure supérieure du deuxième élément de flèche,
- d'une charnière reliant la partie arrière de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage de la flèche à la partie avant de cet élément intermédiaire, la charnière étant déportée latéralement pour déterminer un axe d'articulation vertical, situé sur l'un des côtés de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage, et
- de moyens de liaison non permanente, prévus pour solidariser la partie arrière de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage de la flèche avec la partie avant de cet élément intermédiaire, en position de travail de la grue.

- à la base et à l'arrière de la partie avant 16, sur la traverse 27, deux chapes 47 dont les positions correspondent aux trous 45 et, sur la pièce supérieure 33 de cette partie avant 16, un tenon perforé 48 en correspondance avec la chape supérieure 46 ;
- des axes de liaison amovibles 49 et 50, qui permettent de solidariser les deux chapes inférieures 47 avec la traverse 18 faisant office de tenon au niveau des trous 45, ainsi que la chape supérieure 46 avec le tenon 48.
- la désolidarisation des parties arrière 15 et avant 16 de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage de flèche 10 ;
- puis le repliage de cet élément intermédiaire 10, ramenant sa partie avant 16 sur le côté de sa partie arrière 15.
- en modifiant les détails de structure de deux parties 15 et 16 de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage de flèche 10, ainsi que de la charnière 38 reliant ces deux parties 15 et 16 ;
- en adaptant le même dispositif à une grue dont la flèche serait composée de plus de trois éléments, notamment une flèche en quatre éléments, que celle-ci soit pliable "en spirale" ou en "accordéon".
Claims (4)
- Grue à tour à montage automatisé, avec une flèche pliable (6) composée d'au moins trois éléments de flèche (7,8,9), un élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche reliant le pied de flèche (7) avec le deuxième élément de flèche (8), et une partie (8,9) de la flèche repliée prenant place sur le côté du mât (5) de la grue, en position de transport, caractérisé en ce que l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche est essentiellement composé :d'une partie arrière (15), de forme pyramidale à base rectangulaire, articulée avec le pied de flèche (7), au niveau des membrures inférieures (17,21), suivant un axe horizontal transversal (20), et reliée à son sommet (23), par un vérin (24), à la membrure supérieure (25) du pied de flèche (7),d'une partie avant (16), de forme pyramidale à base rectangulaire, articulée avec le deuxième élément de flèche (8), au niveau des membrures inférieures (26,31), suivant un axe horizontal transversal (30), et relié à son sommet (33), par un vérin (35), à la membrure supérieure (36) du deuxième élément de flèche (8),d'une charnière (38) reliant la partie arrière (15) de l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche à la partie avant (16) de cet élément intermédiaire (10), la charnière (38) étant déportée latéralement pour déterminer un axe d'articulation vertical (37), situé sur l'un des côtés de l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage, etde moyens (45 à 50) de liaison non permanente, prévus pour solidariser la partie arrière (15) de l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche avec la partie avant (16) de cet élément intermédiaire (10), en position de travail de la grue.
- Grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la charnière (38), reliant de façon articulée les deux parties (15,16) de l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche, est réalisée en deux parties, soit une partie de charnière inférieure (41,42) située à faible hauteur au-dessus des bases rectangulaires des parties arrière (15) et avant (16) de forme pyramidale, et une partie de charnière supérieure (43,44), située sensiblement au niveau des sommets (23,33) desdites parties arrière (15) et avant (16) de forme pyramidale.
- Grue selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de liaison non permanente entre les parties arrière (15) et avant (16) de l'élément intermédiaire (10) de pliage de la flèche sont réalisés par des chapes (46,47) et tenons (18,48), placés en correspondance au niveau des bases rectangulaires et des sommets (23,33) des deux parties (15,16) précitées, et par des axes amovibles (49,50) prévus pour lier chaque chape (46,47) avec le tenon (18,48) correspondant.
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les membrures inférieures (17) de l'une des deux parties (15,16) de l'élément intermédiaire de pliage (10), notamment de la partie arrière (15) de cet élément intermédiaire (10), sont prévues pour le stockage du chariot (12) de la flèche (6), en position repliée de transport.
