Abstract
Eine Mischeinrichtung für Gas- und Ölbrenner mit einem Brennerrohr (1) mit einer stirnseitigen Durchlaßöffnung und einem darin befindlichen im vorderen Bereich kegelstumpfförmigen Innenrohr (2). Das Innenrohr (2) weist hintere Luftzufuhröffnungen (12) und einer vorderen Auslaßöffnung (3) auf. In dem Innenrohr (2) ist eine Druckzerstäuberdüse angeordnet. Stromabwärts von der Druckzerstäuberdüse (5) befindet sich eine Zündelektrode (11). Zwischen der Druckzerstäuberdüse (5) und dem Innenrohr (2) ist ein koaxiales Düsenrohr (7) mit einer vorderen Auslaßöffnung (9) und mindestens einer hinteren Luftzufuhröffnung (13) angeordnet. Sowohl im Innenrohr (2) als auch im Düsenrohr (7) befindet sich ein Drallerzeuger. Die Drallstörmungen in beiden Rohren (2, 7) verlaufen in der gleichen Drehrichtung. Der Luftstrom zwischen dem Brennerrohr (1) und dem Innenrohr (2) ist unverdrallt. A mixing device for gas and oil burners with a burner tube (1) with a front passage opening and an inner tube (2) which is frustoconical in the front area. The inner tube (2) has rear air supply openings (12) and a front outlet opening (3). A pressure atomizing nozzle is arranged in the inner tube (2). An ignition electrode (11) is located downstream of the pressure atomizing nozzle (5). A coaxial nozzle tube (7) with a front outlet opening (9) and at least one rear air supply opening (13) is arranged between the pressure atomizing nozzle (5) and the inner tube (2). There is a swirl generator both in the inner tube (2) and in the nozzle tube (7). The swirl disturbances in both tubes (2, 7) run in the same direction of rotation. The air flow between the burner tube (1) and the inner tube (2) is not swirled.
