Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung für die Anpflanzung von Bäumen und dergleichen, insbesondere in Verkehrsbereichen, bestehend aus einem im Boden versenkbaren Unterbau (1) mit im wesentlichen senkrechter Wandung und einer Abdeckeinheit (2) mit einer Aussparung für den Baumstamm, die auf dem Unterbau (1) aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterbau aus modularen Bausteinen (4, 5, 6, 7, 17) aufgebaut ist, die an der Ober- und Unterseite jeweils passend ineinandergreifende Erhebungen (9) und Vertiefungen (10) aufweisen, so daß auch ohne zusätzliche Bindemittel die Bausteine (4, 5, 6, 7, 17) verschiebesicher zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberste Lage von modularen Bausteinen (7, 17) des Unterbaus (1) Mittel (12, 14, 18) zur sicheren Positionierung der Abdeckeinheit umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel wenigstens eine an der Oberseite eines Bausteins angordnete zapfen- oder kegelstumpfartige Erhebung (14) umfassen, an die eine Außenkante (15) der Abdeckeinheit (2) anschlägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel wenigstens eine an der Oberseite eines Bausteins angeordnete zapfen- oder kegelstumpfartige Erhebung (12) umfassen, die in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung der Abdeckeinheit 2 eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel wenigstens einen an der Oberseite eines Bausteins ausgebildeten Absatz (18) umfassen, an den eine Außenkante (15) der Abdeckeinheit anschlägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wandung des Unterbaus (1) wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Abstützung der Wandung des Unterbaus (1) wenigstens eine im wesentlichen senkrecht von der Wandung ins Innere des Unterbaus abstehende Querstütze (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Baustein der Querstütze (22) in die Wandung des Unterbaus (1) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Querstützen (22) vorhanden sind, die unterschiedliche Breiten und/oder Höhen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterbau (1) in der Draufsicht rechteckig, quadratisch oder rund ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem Baustein (4, 5, 6) wenigstens zwei Erhebungen (9) und Vertiefungen (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Oberseite der Modulbaustein angeordneten Erhebungen (9) zapfen- und/oder kegelstumpfartig sind und in dazu passende Löcher (10) auf der Unterseite der Bausteine eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckeinheit (2) ein Rost aus mehreren aneinanderfügbaren Rostabschnitten aus Gußeisen oder kombiniertem Beton-Gußeisen-Werkstoff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abmessung der modularen Bausteine (4, 5, 6, 7, 17) und die Abmessung verschiedener Roste (2) aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Fertigteilsatz zur variablen Gestaltung in Höhe/Tiefe/Breite/Länge/Querschnitt von Auflagen- und/oder Trennvorrichtungen im Bauwesen, z. B. zur variabel gestaltbaren Fundamentierung für Baumroste (2), bestehend aus bogenförmigen, in ihren Radien aufeinander abgestimmten Verbindungselementen (320; 321; 322; 323;) und geraden, in ihrer Länge abgestimmten Verbindungselementen (330; 331; 332; 333) für eine konzentrische oder konzentrisch/rechteckförmige Verlegung, Abstandshaltern (360) für Durchwachsöffnungen (380) entsprechend den Bedürfnissen vor Ort, anzuordnen zwischen den Teilen, Abschlußelementen (350) bei nicht vollständiger kreisförmiger und/oder rechteckförmiger Verlegung zur Bildung eines bündigen Abschlusses, Bodenplatten (311) sowie Zusatzteilen (370; 371), welche gegebenenfalls über der oberen Reihe der Verbindungselemente (320 - 323; 330 - 333; 350) an den Nahtstellen mit der Möglichkeit der Arretierung angebracht werden können, mit einer Anschlußseite (373) zum Rost (2) und einer Anschlußseite (374) zur Flächenbefestigung (33), wobei die Bauteile zur verschiebesicheren Verbindung untereinander als Formteile für eine unmittelbar lösbare, formschlüssige Verbindung ausgeführt sind, wahlweise nach den Erfordernissen daraus ein Elementtyp oder mehrere oder alle vorgenannten Elementtypen in unterschiedlicher Stückzahl aneinanderanschließend kombinierbar.
- Fertigteilsatz nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für beliebige Baumrostgrößen und -formen die Fundamentierung in der Flächenausdehnung durch 4 bogenförmige Verbindungselementtypen (320; 321; 322; 323) mit unterschiedlichem Krümmungsradius, bei einem Rastermaß zwischen Rostverschlüssen von z. B. 16 cm: 48 cm, 96 cm, 160 cm und 224 cm, und 4 gerade Verbindungselementtypen (330; 331; 332; 333) unterschiedlicher Länge, bei einem Rastermaß von z. B. 16 cm: 32 cm, 48 cm, 64 cm und 96 cm von Lochmitte zu Lochmitte gebildet wird.
- Fertigteilsatz nach Anspruch 15 und/oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Formenschluß solche geometrischen Formen vorgesehen sind, welche zu herstellungstechnisch kostengünstig zu fertigenden und einfach zu installierenden Elementen (320 - 323, 330 - 333; 360; 350; 311, 370; 371) führen.
- Fertigteilsatz nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckverbindung für den Formenschluß pyramidenförmig oder kegelstumpfförmig oder noppenförmig oder kugelig ist.
- Fertigteilsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 16 - 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Elemente (320 - 323, 330 - 333; 360; 350; 311; 370, 371), d. h. einschließlich der Zusatzteile, aus Beton bestehen.
- Fertigteilsatz nach einem oderer mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 15 - 19 in Verbindung mit Baumrosten nach der Patentanmeldung P 30 29 590.0-23 als funktionelle Einheit zum Schutz von Bäumen.
