Claims (18)
- Dispositif d'admission d'air pour moteur à combustion interne multicylindre comprenant un filtre à air (1) comportant un boítier (10, 11) définissant un logement pour une cartouche filtrante et un collecteur d'admission (2) comportant un corps (20) présentant une chambre de distribution (22) munie d'une pluralité de piquages (5,7;8;9) coopérant notamment avec un capteur de pression (3) pour fournir la valeur de la pression de l'air dans le collecteur (2) et des tubulures (23) destinées à mettre en communication ladite chambre de distribution (22) et les conduits d'admission correspondants ménagés dans la culasse du moteur, caractérisé en ce que lesdits piquages sont portés par une unique pièce (24) rapportée venant se fixer sur ledit corps (20) au droit d'au moins une ouverture correspondante (26,27) débouchant dans ladite chambre de distribution (22).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits piquages (5,7;8,9) sont destinés à la connexion de tubulures destinées à ajouter à l'air comburant des substances combustibles ou non combustibles telles que des vapeurs de carburant ou des gaz de carter, et/ou à la connexion de prises de dépression.
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits piquages (5,7;8,9) font corps avec ladite pièce (24).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les piquages (5,7;8,9) sont regroupés sur la pièce (24) suivant leur fonction et en ce qu'à chaque groupe de piquages correspond une ouverture adaptée (26,27) ménagée à travers le corps (20) pour déboucher dans ladite chambre de distribution (22).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce est formée par une plaquette (24) de forme générale rectangulaire et en ce que les piquages (5,7;8,9) sont alignés selon l'axe longitudinal médian de ladite plaquette (24).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites ouvertures (26,27) comprend un orifice oblong (123) entouré d'une paroi (116) s'étendant en saillie à l'extérieur dudit corps (20) et en ce que le bord libre formant plan de joint de ladite paroi (116) présente une rainure (29) servant de logement à un bossage (64) correspondant porté par ladite pièce (24).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits piquages (5,7,8) intègrent des embouts de raccordement adaptés (60).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que tout ou partie desdits piquages (406) portent des embouts de raccordement adaptés (9), lesdits embouts (9) venant se clipser sur lesdits piquages (406).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (20) et ladite pièce (24) sont réalisés en matière plastique moulé.
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (24) est fixée sur ledit corps (20) par soudure par ultra-sons.
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (10,11) du filtre à air comporte un support (6) adapté pour recevoir ledit capteur de pression (3).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (6) intègre des moyens de clipsage (17) permettant un montage et un démontage aisé du capteur de pression (3).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (6) fait corps avec ledit boítier (10,11) du filtre à air (1).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (10,11) du filtre à air (1) repose sur le moteur par l'entremise de moyens amortisseurs élastiques.
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier du filtre à air (1) est formé de deux demi-corps cylindriques (10,11) réunis axialement par un système de fermeture approprié, le premier demi-corps (10) définissant une cavité résonatrice et le second demi-corps (11) définissant le logement de la cartouche filtrante et intégrant les orifices d'entrée (13) et de sortie (12) de l'air, ledit second demi-corps (11) destiné à être fixé au moteur présentant ledit support (6) adapté pour recevoir ledit capteur de pression (3).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le support (6) comporte une paroi de fond (18) et des parois latérales (15) agencées de façon à former un logement ouvert sur le dessus pour ledit capteur (3), ladite paroi de fond (18) s'étendant en surplomb en direction du collecteur d'admission (2) en étant portée par des nervures (16) adaptées et comportant une large ouverture (19) débouchant sur le bord libre faisant face audit collecteur d'admission (2) pour permettre le passage de la prise de pression (4) reliant ledit capteur de pression (3) audit collecteur d'admission (2).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en que lesdites parois latérales (15) destinées à faire face aux deux extrémités transversales du capteur (3) sont munies d'ergots (17) aptes à venir appuyer sur la face supérieure du capteur (3) et donc immobiliser ce dernier sur le support (6).
- Dispositif d'admission d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la prise de pression s'étendant entre ledit capteur (3) et le piquage (5) correspondant porté par ledit collecteur d'admission (2), est constituée par une conduite souple thermoformée (4) présentant un nombre de coudes (14) au moins égal à quatre.
