Abstract

Pressenpartie für eine Papiermaschine, mit wenigstens einer Preßeinheit, sowie mit einem der Preßeinheit nachgeschalteten Aggregat, z.B. einer zweiten Preßeinheit oder einer Trockenpartie. Die Preßeinheit umfaßt zwei Walzen (1; 2, 3), die von je einem Band umschlungen sind (z.B. oberes Filzband 4 und unteres Filzband 5). Eine Umlenkenkwalze (10), über die hinter der Preßeinheit eines der Bänder ("Übergabeband" 5) läuft, ist schwenkbar gelagert. Das Übergabeband (5) transportiert die Bahn vom Preßspalt zu einem "Abnahmeband" (14) des nachgeschalteten Aggregates, wobei das Abnahmeband an der Übergabestelle über eine Abnahmeeinrichtung (8) läuft, die ein nichtbesaugbares Leitelement (8a) und ein diesem nachgeschaltetes Saugelement (8b) umfaßt. Die Position der Umlenkwalze (10) ist derart veränderbar, daß das Übergabeband (5) entweder allein an dem nicht-besaugbaren Leitelement (8a) oder nacheinander am nicht-besaugbaren Leitelement (8a) und am Saugelement (8b) mit dem Abnahmeband (14) in Kontakt kommt.

A deflecting roller (10), over which one of the belts (“transfer belt” 5) runs behind the press unit, is pivotably mounted. The transfer belt (5) transports the web from the press nip to a "take-off belt" (14) of the downstream unit, the take-off belt running at the transfer point via a take-off device (8) which has a non-suction-guiding element (8a) and a suction element (8b ) includes. The position of the deflecting roller (10) can be changed such that the transfer belt (5) either alone on the non-suctionable guide element (8a) or in succession on the non-suctionable guide element (8a) and on the suction element (8b) with the removal belt (14) comes into contact.
