  • the invention relates to a method for the rehabilitation of railway track systems, in particular multi-track track systems, whereby clearing the track substructure of the old track an in its progressive trench with trench side wall protection in which the material for the creation is created of the track bed of the new track. Furthermore, the Invention on a useful device for implementation of the procedure.
  • the knife can be installed consist of a leading knife shield, its jacking knife provided with articulated trailing knives are who are supported and guided on a trailing frame and secure the trench in the pipe laying area.
  • the trailer frame can also be connected to the support frame of the flow knife shield Pull cylinder in the direction of advance of the trench be moved forward.
