Description
Claims (17)
- Procédé par lequel un objet plat (20) disposé à une extrémité d'un empilage desdits objets (2) est prélevé dudit empilage pour être délivré à un utilisateur, une pression étant exercée sur ledit objet (20) par l'empilage afin qu'une surface de l'objet soit en contact avec des moyens d'entraínement (3) aptes à entraíner l'objet selon un trajet perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'empilage afin de le distribuer sur demande à un utilisateur, des moyens de retenue (4) étant prévus pour retenir le ou les objets (21) de l'empilage adjacents à l'objet à prélever, les moyens de retenue (41,41A) agissant premièrement afin de limiter le nombre d'objets (21) de l'empilage entraínés avec l'objet à prélever (20),
caractérisé en ce quelesdits objets de l'empilage entraínés avec l'objet à prélever sont ensuite bloqués par un dispositif mobile (44) que seul l'objet à prélever (20) est apte à écarter, constitué d'un volet mobile (44), monté de manière coulissante (45) sur la face intérieure d'une paroi extérieure (11) d'un dispositif de distribution, afin de cacher ou découvrir une fente (16) aménagée dans ladite paroi extérieure, la partie arrière dudit volet étant arquée et coopérant avec une portion de surface oblique (15) d'une portion inférieure de la paroi extérieure (11) formant une bordure inférieure de ladite fente (16), le volet (44) pouvant coulisser sous l'action d'une pression exercée par l'objet à prélever (20), la partie arquée dudit volet étant apte à bloquer le ou les objets adjacents (21) entraínés avec ledit objet à prélever. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un ou plusieurs des objets (21) de l'empilage entraínés avec l'objet à prélever sont retenus par un moyen de retenue supplémentaire (42,43) disposé entre le premier moyen de retenue (41A) limitant le nombre d'objets entraínés et le dispositif mobile de blocage (44).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif mobile de blocage (44) sert aussi de dispositif antivol.
- Dispositif de distribution d'un objet plat, comportant une partie de stockage (12) d'un empilage d'objets (2), des moyens d'entraínement (3) d'un objet à prélever (20) disposé à une extrémité de l'empilage, selon un trajet perpendiculaire à l'axe dudit empilage, et des moyens de retenue (4) du ou des objets (21) de l'empilage adjacents audit objet à prélever, lesdits moyens de retenue étant constitués d'un premier dispositif de retenue (41,41A) apte à limiter le nombre d'objets (21) de l'empilage entraínés avec l'objet à prélever (20),
caractérisé en ce quelesdits moyens de retenue comprennent ensuite un dispositif de blocage mobile (44) ne pouvant être actionné que par l'objet à prélever (20), et apte à bloquer le ou les objets adjacents (21) entraínés avec ledit objet à prélever, constitué d'un volet mobile (44), monté de manière coulissante (45) sur la face intérieure d'une paroi extérieure (11) dudit dispositif de distribution, afin de cacher ou découvrir une fente (16) aménagée dans ladite paroi extérieure, la partie arrière dudit volet étant arquée et coopérant avec une portion de surface oblique (15) d'une portion inférieure de la paroi extérieure (11) formant une bordure inférieure de ladite fente (16), le volet (44) pouvant coulisser sous l'action d'une pression exercée par l'objet à prélever (20), la partie arquée dudit volet étant apte à bloquer le ou les objets adjacents (21) entraínés avec ledit objet à prélever. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de retenue est constitué d'une portion de paroi verticale (41) limitant au moins une portion d'une face de l'empilage d'objets (2), une bordure horizontale (41A) de ladite paroi étant disposée à une distance de l'extrémité de l'empilage légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur de l'objet à prélever (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le volet mobile (44) comprend en outre des moyens à ressort (46) appuyant ledit volet en position fermée et/ou des moyens de verrouillage (47) en position fermée afin de bloquer l'accès au dispositif depuis l'extérieur par la fente (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un autre dispositif de retenue, constitué d'une surface d'appui (42) opposée à une lame flexible (43), l'objet à prélever (20) passant entre ladite surface d'appui (42) et la lame flexible (43), le ou les objets adjacents (21) entraínés avec l'objet à prélever (20) étant retenus par la lame flexible (43).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont constitués d'au moins un rouleau (30) dont au moins une portion de la surface périphérique (34) est munie d'un revêtement d'entraínement à friction.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont constitués d'au moins une bande sans fin (35) en matériau possédant un revêtement d'entraínement à friction, ladite bande circulant sur au moins deux rouleaux (36) dont un au moins est entraíné.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont constitués d'un poussoir (37) entraíné agissant selon un mouvement transversal à l'axe de l'empilage sur une face arrière de l'objet à prélever (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement sont mécaniques, comportant en particulier un levier ou poussoir accessible depuis l'extérieur dudit dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement sont motorisés (32;38) et sont commandés par une unité de commande (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de détection (17) d'un nombre d'objets (2) minimum dans l'empilage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de détection (18) de la position à laquelle le prochain objet à prélever (21) a été bloqué par les moyens de retenue (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de l'empilage de laquelle l'objet à prélever (20) est prélevé correspond à l'extrémité inférieure dudit empilage, la pression exercée sur ledit objet à prélever étant causée par les objets (2) contenus dans l'empilage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un bloc de pression (22) est disposé sur l'extrémité supérieure de l'empilage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de l'empilage de laquelle l'objet à prélever (20) est prélevé correspond à l'extrémité supérieure dudit empilage, la pression exercée sur ledit objet à prélever étant causée par des moyens de pression (22) disposés à l'extrémité inférieure de l'empilage.
