Description

The invention relates to a cylinder lock with a cylinder core and Cylinder housing, the cylinder core being a key channel has on one side to the plane of rotation between the cylinder core and cylinder housing is open, the one in the cylinder core Key channel bridging locking bracket is arranged in a Recess of the cylinder core can be moved in the direction of the cylinder housing is. The invention further relates to a flat key for this cylinder lock, which prefers profile ribs on the flat sides and profile grooves and closing notches on the key face, the flat key on the back of the key at least one Has locking recess.

For cylinder locks and the associated flat keys especially when training larger locking systems Problem that even a not fully inserted key twisting of the cylinder core can allow false locks and, depending on the lock construction, also a malfunction of the castle as a whole. How about the misclosure can come is explained below with reference to FIG. 1.

The present invention has for its object to ensure that a Turning the key with the cylinder core is only possible when the key is fully inserted up to the key stop is. The construction should be insensitive to faults and if possible to be cheap.

The key manufacturer always faces another task Increasing the possible variations within a system for elaboration of locking systems. It is an advantage to do this earlier used combinations of longitudinal profiles and locking notches again to use and these keys from each other through additional features to distinguish. Furthermore, the use is said to be abusive counterfeit keys and their production are difficult. moreover the new cylinder lock and the one that works with it Flat key with regard to stability and functional reliability high requirements.

A 1 835 725 shows a locking bracket that can be moved in the cylinder core, which interacts with a locking recess of the key. However, the locking bracket is not in the disadvantageous Area near the key tip but at the easily accessible Area near the key cereal. This security element can therefore easily scanned and easily designed.

The CH-A 311 741 shows a depression at the tip of the key but only a stop for inserting the key forms. The task of ensuring that the key is complete is not solved.

The cylinder lock according to the invention is characterized in that the locking bracket in the inner area of the cylinder core close to Key tip of the inserted key is arranged, and that the cylinder housing in the outer region of the cylinder core has an annular groove open to the plane of rotation in which a locking extension of the Key is rotatable, and that in the area of the ring groove in Cylinder core at least one movable catch pin is provided, a catch edge at the end facing the back of the key has that strikes the housing pin or over which the Housing pin is pushed away from the locking extension, causing the lock can be operated.

The flat key for the aforementioned cylinder lock, which prefers on the flat sides of profile ribs and profile grooves and on the Keychain has locking notches, the flat key on Key back has at least one locking recess is characterized in that the locking recess in the area to the key tip is provided and that on the back of the key in one area a locking extension is arranged away from the tip of the key, and that the key back between the key tip and the recess is lowered.

Further advantageous features of the invention are the following Description and the drawings as well as the claims remove.

In the following the invention with reference to the drawings, for example described in more detail.

FIG. 11 and 12 show a detail of the lock in associated Cracks.

Anhand der Fig. 1 soll eines der Probleme erläutert werden, das mit der vorliegenden Erfindung gelöst wird.1, one of the problems is to be explained, that is solved with the present invention.

The cylinder core 2 is rotatably supported in the cylinder housing 1. The key 3 can be inserted into the key channel 4. The castle includes in the illustrated embodiment multi-divided tumbler pins 5, through the locking notches 6 of the correct key in one Be able to bring the divisions 7 of the tumbler 5 in the plane of rotation 8 between the cylinder core and Cylinder housing come to rest, causing the twisting of the Cylinder core is enabled.

As can further be seen from FIG. 1, the key is 3 not fully inserted, but only so far that the first four tumbler pins from closing notches the force of the springs 9 are pressed down. The last, innermost tumbler pin is by the edge 10 of the Key tip pressed down, so that this tumbler pin with one of its divisions 7 in the rotary plane 8 comes to rest. In the arrangement shown results thus, that all tumbler pins each have a division have in the plane of rotation 8, so that the block is lifted and the cylinder core can be turned, although the key is not fully inserted. That state can be especially with larger and more complicated ones Locking systems result because with such systems every tumbler pin is divided several times and several divisions per tumbler pin are available, as from the Drawing can be seen. It may malfunction then come when the key tip also has a control function has and for example with the clutch Coupling elements, not shown here, causes which the rotational movement of the cylinder core on the subsequent Key mechanism works. This engagement is missing because the key is not fully inserted, the Cylinder core can be rotated without the coupling elements be twisted. The lock can be so unusable become.

The maximum insertion depth of the key 3 is by Key stop 11 limited to the collar 12 of the lock cylinder can strike.

Fig. 2 shows the view of a partially broken Part of the housing of a double cylinder lock. The Bore 21 serves to receive the cylinder core and the upper and lower limits of the rotary plane 8 are shown. A longitudinal groove 22 is provided in the top of the cylinder housing, which the insertion of the described below Barrier extension 19 allowed with the key until it in the Ring groove 23 comes to rest. It is therefore a prerequisite for turning the key with the cylinder core that the Locking extension 19 lies in this annular groove and rotated can be. This ensures that the key must be fully inserted to prevent incorrect locking 1 to prevent. In another situation, the Keys are not turned.

Furthermore, the locking extension 19 gives in a rotated position also increased security against withdrawal. In Fig. 2 are further also two holes 24 for receiving the tumbler pins located. The longitudinal groove 22 is very simple cleared over the entire length of the cylinder housing. It is but sufficient, the longitudinal groove 22 only from the end face 25 of the cylinder housing up to the annular groove 23 to lead.

Starting from the bore 21 is one in the cylinder housing arcuate locking recess 41 arranged to engage of a locking bracket described later.

Fig. 4 shows a key according to the invention with the Key handle 42 and the key shaft 13, both of which Flat sides 14, 15 by longitudinal profile ribs and Profile grooves can be profiled. On the key chest 16 five locking notches 6 are arranged, the positions the associated pin tumblers of the cylinder lock are indicated by lines 17.

The key back 18 has according to the present invention a locking extension 19 and a locking recess 20. The Locking extension 19 extends over the back of the key 18 out and the locking recess 20 extends from Key back 18 in the direction of the key flat sides 14 and 15.

As can also be seen in Fig. 1, the key back lies 18 in the plane of rotation 8 of the cylinder core when inserted Status. Thus, the locking extension 19 protrudes over the plane of rotation 8 out into the cylinder housing. The barrier extension is along the longitudinal extension of the key shaft 13 in this way arranged that he has a longitudinal region of the key back bridged that between two side by side Locking notches 6 is located.

The sectional views in Fig. 4 b and c can be seen that the locking extension 19 itself from the key back 18 tapering upwards, especially conical. Furthermore, 4 that the locking extension 18th on the back of the key is closer to the key ring than that Locking recess 20. The locking extension is preferably as shown, between the first and second Closing notch 6.

The key back is slightly opposite in section 43 the other course of the key back 18 lowered and this lowered part extends from the locking recess 20 to the tip of the key. In this embodiment of the The lowering is less than the depth of the key Lockout 20.

Der der Sperrausnehmung entsprechende Bereich ist mit 20 bezeichnet.5 shows another preferred embodiment of the invention Key with the associated lock construction. The difference from the embodiment according to FIG. 4 is that the lowered portion 43 of the The back of the key runs through at the same height until it is over the level 44 rises to the level of the key back 18. In the cylinder core 2 is a bridging the key channel Locking bracket 45 provided. By lowering the section 43 of the key back by the amount y is reached, that the key with this lowered section under the locking bracket 45 can be pushed under it at the level of rotation 8 between the cylinder core and the cylinder housing at most, but no clamping effect between Cylinder housing and cylinder core causes. A key, that does not have the lowered portion 43 or its Insufficient length would not be fully inserted can be. The key would slant with the top Flank 46 of the key tip get caught on the locking bracket 45. The area corresponding to the locking recess is with Designated 20.

Furthermore, it can be seen from FIG. 5 how the blocking extension 19 lies in the annular groove 23 and in this with the cylinder core 2 can be rotated.

Of the five pin tumblers is for simpler reasons Representation of only one pair of tumbler pins 5 shown, only the others are Holes shown.

In a modification of the key according to the invention the lowered portion 50 of the key back in one flat angle to the rest of the back of the key 18 run, with the lowered portion 50 to the key tip falls off. This measure allows the insertion of the key. An angle between 1 ° and 2 ° is preferred.

In Nullstellung des Zylinderkerns fluchten diese Bohrungen 26 mit den Bohrungen 24 des Zylindergehäuses (Fig. 2).The key channel 4 is open up to the rotary plane 8. The holes 26 for receiving the pin tumblers are only indicated by dashed lines. In the zero position of the cylinder core align these holes 26 with the holes 24 of the Cylinder housing (Fig. 2).

Are laterally between the first and second bore 26 the key channel 4 recesses 27 for receiving Catch pins 29 arranged. Project through the recesses 27 the cylinder core and are asymmetrical in cross-section, so that twisting of the catch pins is prevented which is easily displaceable within the recesses 27 are.

It also extends to both sides of the key channel 4 a recess 28 in which the locking bracket 45 is displaceable can be arranged. Fig. 6 c shows a section through this cross-sectional area and FIG. 8 the same cross-section with inserted locking bracket.

5 is the right key in the cylinder core inserted, the locking extension 19 comes between the two catch pins located in the recesses 27 lie.

The mode of operation is illustrated in the following FIGS. 7 to 10 described. 7 and 8 show cross sections through the lock according to the invention analogous to lines b-b and c-c in Fig. 6, wherein the key according to FIG. 5 is inserted.

The cylinder core 2 is in the zero position, ie in that position in which the key 3 is pushed in and out can be. The plane of rotation 8 is through the cylindrical Outer surface of the cylinder core 2 and the inner surface of the cylinder housing 1 is formed. The key back 18 lies on most of its length in the rotating plane 8. The locking extension 19, however, projects beyond the parting plane 8 in the annular groove 23, so that turning the key and of the cylinder core only in this fully inserted position is possible.

The catch pins 29 are slidably seated in the recesses 27. They are preferably made of hard metal or ceramic and are at a distance from each other that is less than the diameter of the tumbler pins 5 Catch pins also as drilling protection and protection against the so-called Corkscrew method.

The catch pins 29 are gravity into each below position and protrude into the ring groove below 23 in. When turning the cylinder core around the The zero positions cause the ramp surfaces 30, 31 to raise of the catch pin in question over the in the rotary plane 8th lying division 7 between the housing pin 32 and the core pin 33 lying above it.

If the key according to the variant Fig. 5 is inserted, the lowered section comes 43 of the key back below the locking bracket 45 to lie and can be inserted entirely.

Wenn in einer anderen Schloßvariante die Rastausnehmung 41 nicht vorgesehen wird, kann der Schlüssel nach Fig. 4 nicht eingeschoben werden.4 is in the cylinder housing the locking recess 41 is provided which the locking bracket 45 when the cylinder core is in the 0 position, there is freedom of movement up there. The key according to FIG. 4 can thus be inserted with its less depressed section 43 until the locking bracket is in the locking recess 20 engages, which likewise causes the position according to FIG. 8 is achieved. The lock variant shown in Fig. 8 with the recess 41 can also by the key 5 are locked. If in a different lock variant the recess 41 is not provided, can the key of Fig. 4 can not be inserted.

When turning the cylinder core (Fig. 7) follows a rotation of 180 ° the locking extension 19 to the sprung Housing pin 32 and pushes it so far below that the catch pins 29 with the help of the ramp surfaces 30, 31 slide over the housing pin 32, so that the cylinder core can be rotated through 360 °.

A further annular groove is shown in broken lines in FIG. 8 and in FIG. 5 47 drawn as an alternative additional feature. she starts from the recess 41, but has a smaller one Depth x. This makes it possible to make the locking bracket 45 thicker form so that it over the cylinder surface of the cylinder core protrudes.

Fig. 9 shows a section according to b-b in Fig. 6, wherein however a key is inserted at this point has no locking extension 19 and thus the Key spine straight at this point is like this also with the keys of the same profiling is the case that is not the subject invention correspond. Since the missing locking extension 19 is not presses the housing pin 32 down, the catch edge strikes 35 when the cylinder core is turned clockwise on the housing pin 32 and blocks the twisting.

Fig. 10 shows the section according to c-c in Fig. 6, wherein the However, keys do not have a lowered section 43 or none Has locking recess 20. So this would correspond to one conventional key with straight back of the key. The locking bracket 45 remains in the raised position within the recess 41 of the cylinder housing, so that the cylinder core 2 cannot be rotated.

The Has body 37 extending over the entire length circular cross section. The approach part 38 runs however only over a small part of the height of the body 37 and forms a step 39. Through appropriate holes for Formation of the associated recesses in the cylinder core can limited the axial mobility of the catch pin to make assembly easier. Furthermore, the Level 39 can also be used, a suspension of the Catch pin if the changed installation positions Gravity is not sufficient to move the catch pins.

Fig. 12 shows the view of the catch pin from above.
