Claims (7)
- Emballage du type de ceux présentant deux coques articulées (1a) (1b), aptes à être rabattues en superposition et fixées dans cette position, pour constituer un volume fermé, pour le rangement et la présentation de produits, caractérisé en ce que :les deux coques (1a) (1b) sont accouplées d'une manière articulée par leurs côtés de plus grande dimension (1a2) (1b2) pour être ouvertes latéralement,l'une des coques (1a) présente en débordement de son petit côté (1a3), situé perpendiculairement aux côtés de plus grande dimension (1a2) (1b2), une partie rabattable débordante (1d),la partie rabattable débordante (1d) présente une section transversale de forme très sensiblement trapézoïdale ou triangulaire apte à coopérer en appui, après avoir rabattu en superposition les coques (1a) (1b), avec des agencements (1f) (1g) desdites coques (1a) (1b) sous forme de rebord d'appui incliné, afin de constituer un élément stabilisateur pour le maintien en position verticale de l'emballage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie rabattable (1d) présente en combinaison avec les agencements (1f) (1g) des parties correspondantes des coques (1a)(1b), des moyens complémentaires de verrouillage (1i) (1j).
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les agencements (1f) (1g) des coques (1a) (1b) recevant la partie rabattable, sont séparés au niveau de la partie d'articulation (1c) desdites coques, par une échancrure (1h).
- Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens complémentaires de verrouillage (1i) (1j) sont constitués par des empreintes en creux et en relief.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie rabattable présente une surface d'appui constituant un fond (1p) pour l'emballage et pour l'appui des produits.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux coques (1a) (1b) sont de forme générale quadrangulaire et sont réunies par leurs côtés de plus grande dimension, par une bande (1c) présentant une ligne faisant office d'articulation (1c1).
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les différentes parties constitutives de l'emballage sont réalisées en matière plastique thermoformée.
