Description
- un filtre assemblé à un tronçon tabac par une manchette d'assemblage comprenant une zone de ventilation, et présentant, côté bouche, un tronçon de filtre à faible résistance au tirage et, côté tabac, un tronçon de forte résistance au tirage, ces deux tronçons étant assemblés bout à bout sans intervalle, par l'intermédiaire d'un gainage d'assemblage, et
- un gainage poreux épais chargé de substances aromatiques qui entoure au moins la partie du filtre située au droit ou en aval de la zone de ventilation,
- le gainage d'assemblage et la manchette d'assemblage étant perméables à l'air au moins sur une partie de leur surface qui n'est pas en contact avec la bouche du fumeur.
Le gainage G1 est réalisé en matière poreuse préalablement chargée de substances aromatiques (par exemple par héliogravure), de préférence sur la face interne du filtre. Ce gainage G1 peut consister en un gainage poreux épais, référence "Stiff 200" de la Société "De Mauduit" imprégné par héliogravure d'une composition aromatique à raison de 0,4 à 1,1 g/m2 sous forme d'une solution ou suspension. Ce gainage poreux G1 pourrait consister en tout autre papier ou matière poreuse végétale ou synthétique de caractéristique équivalente.
- un courant de ventilation annulaire VA dont l'intensité décroít en direction de l'axe central X, X', et
- un courant de fumée VF provenant de la combustion du tabac et qui passe au travers du tronçon de filtre T2.
Claims (21)
- Cigarette à filtre ventilé à double tronçon de filtrage, aromatisée par le gainage,
caractérisée en ce que le filtre qui est assemblé à un tronçon tabac (T1) par une manchette d'assemblage (M1) comportant une zone de ventilation comprend, côté bouche, un tronçon de filtre (T3) à faible résistance au tirage et, côté tabac, un tronçon (T2) de forte résistance au tirage, ces deux tronçons (T2, T3) étant assemblés bout à bout sans intervalle par l'intermédiaire d'un gainage d'assemblage (G2), au moins la partie (T3 ) du filtre située au droit ou en aval de la zone de ventilation étant entourée par un gainage poreux épais (G1, G'1) chargé de substances aromatiques, tandis que le gainage d'assemblage (G2) et la manchette d'assemblage (M1) sont perméables à l'air au moins sur une partie de leur surface qui n'est pas en contact avec la bouche du fumeur. - Cigarette selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le tronçon T3 situé côté bouche est entouré par un gainage poreux épais (G1) chargé de substances aromatiques, tandis que la gaine d'assemblage (G2) et la manchette d'assemblage (M1) sont perméables à l'air au moins sensiblement au niveau de la jonction entre les deux tronçons (T2, T3). - Cigarette selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon (T2) situé côté tabac est gainé par un gainage poreux épais aromatisé (G'1) qui s'étend sous la zone de ventilation de manière à être léché par le courant d'air de ventilation provenant des orifices de ventilation. - Cigarette selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que le gainage (G1) du tronçon (T1) n'est pas aromatisé. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon tabac (T1) comprend un mélange de tabac et de tabac expansé dans une proportion de 40 à 100% et présente une vitesse de combustion de l'ordre de 7 à 10 mm/mn de façon à délivrer de 5 à 7 bouffées normalisées. - Cigarette selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que le nombre de bouffées normalisées est compris entre 5,5 et 6. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon tabac (T1) est entouré par une enveloppe (E1) de porosite comprise entre 40 et 120 pers. - Cigarette selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que la porosité de la susdite enveloppe est de 40 à 80 pers. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de filtre (T3) situé côté bouche présente une résistance au tirage de l'ordre de 0,15 à 0,29 kPa (15 à 30 mm de CE) et une rétention de goudron négligeable. - Cigarette selon la revendication 9,
caractérisée en ce que la susdite résistance au tirage est de l'ordre de 0,15 à 0,20 kPa (15 à 20mm de CE). - Cigarette selon la revendication 9,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de filtre (T3) situé côté bouche est en une matière telle que l'acétate de cellulose. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de filtre (T2) situé côté tabac présente une résistance au tirage de l'ordre de 1,08 à 1,76 kPa (110 à 180 mm de CE) et est fortement rétentif en goudron. - Cigarette selon la revendication 12,
caractérisée en ce que la susdite résistance au tirage est de 150 pour une cigarette de 0,5 mg et de 130 pour une cigarette de 1 mg. - Cigarette selon la revendication 13,
caractérisée en ce que la rétention goudron est de l'ordre de 65% pour une cigarette de 1 mg et est supérieure à 80% pour une cigarette de 0,5 mg. - Cigarette selon la revendication 12,
caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de filtre (T2) situé côté tabac est en papier. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le gainage poreux (G1) est imprégné par héliogravure de 0,4 à 1,1 g/m2 d'une composition aromatique. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que les deux tronçons de filtre (T2, T3) sont assemblés par un gainage d'assemblage (G2) de même nature que le susdit gainage (G1) également aromatisé. - Cigarette selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le susdit filtre est assemblé au tronçon tabac (T1) par l'intermédiaire d'une manchette d'assemblage (M1) perforée ou poreuse donnant une ventilation de la cigarette de l'ordre de 60 à 80%. - Cigarette selon la revendication 18,
caractérisée en ce que la susdite ventilation est de l'ordre de 72% pour une cigarette de 0,5 mg et de 65% pour une cigarette de 1 mg. - Cigarette selon la revendication 15,
caractérisée en ce que des adsorbants tels que du charbon actif sont incorporés au tronçon de filtre (T2) situé côté tabac. - Cigarette selon la revendication 20,
caractérisée en ce que le susdit adsorbant est incorporé dans la matrice papier, ou même par soupoudrage ou collage au cours de la fabrication du susdit tronçon (T2).
