Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Dateneingabe in eine Frankiermaschine. Nach einem Aufruf (201) gespeicherter Einstelldaten wird eine Routine (209) ausgelöst, die eine manuelle Eingaberoutine (erster Subschritt 209-1) einschließt. Die Anordnung weist spezielle Betätigungsmittel zur Dateneingabe für eine Positionierung auf. Nach Abfrage der getätigten Eingaben werden im Falle von nicht verfügbaren Datensätzen in einem neunzehnten Subschritt (209-19) Anforderungsdaten gebildet. Vorgenannte Bildung erfolgt ebenfalls, wenn im ersten Schritt (201) aufgerufene aber durch Zeitablauf geänderte Daten des Uhr/Datummoduls (8) vom Mikroprozessor (6) festgestellt werden (dritter Subschritt 209-3). Dann wird eine Kommunikation durchgeführt, wobei von der Datenzentrale aufgrund der übermittelten Anforderungsdaten Teilbilddateien (Schritt 900) und gegebenenfalls weitere Dateien (Schritt 1000) zur Frankiermaschine übertragen werden. Aufgrund der Betätigung ausgewählter Betätigungsmittel wird eine entsprechende Teilbilderpositionierungsroutine ausgelöst, wobei im Subschritt (209-21) festgestellte zulässige Änderungsdaten im folgenden Subschritt (209-22) zur Änderung einer Steuerdatei führen und wobei die Änderung mittels der zweiten Subroutine (209-2) als Klardarstellung des Druckbildes angezeigt wird. The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for data input into a franking machine. After a call (201) of stored setting data, a routine (209) is triggered, which includes a manual input routine (first sub-step 209-1). The arrangement has special actuating means for data entry for positioning. After querying the entries made, in the case of unavailable data records, request data are formed in a nineteenth sub-step (209-19). The aforementioned formation also takes place when the microprocessor (6) ascertains data of the clock / date module (8) that was called up in the first step (201) but changed due to the passage of time (third sub-step 209-3). Communication is then carried out, partial data files (step 900) and possibly further files (step 1000) being transmitted from the data center to the franking machine on the basis of the transmitted request data. A corresponding partial image positioning routine is triggered on the basis of the actuation of selected actuation means, permissible change data determined in the sub-step (209-21) leading to the change of a control file in the following sub-step (209-22) and the change using the second subroutine (209-2) as a clear representation of the printed image is displayed.
