- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe axiale, partielle, d'une première forme de l'appareil, quasiment en fin de mise en appui, préalable à la mise à feu;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe axiale, en position d'ouverture, de l'appareil de la figure 1;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la bague de freinage de l'appareil de la figure 1;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du guide-tampon, avec sa bague de guidage, de l'appareil de la figure 1;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe axiale partielle, d'une deuxième forme de l'appareil, en position d'ouverture;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe axiale partielle, d'une troisième forme de l'appareil, en position d'ouverture et
- la figure 7 est une vue en coupe de la bague de freinage et du guide-tampon de l'appareil de la figure 6.
Claims (14)
- Appareil de scellement de tampons de fixation (1), à masselotte (13) destinée à être propulsée vers l'avant dans un canon (6, 6') et à coulisser dans une partie avant (11) de l'appareil faisant fonction de guide-tampon, pour entrainer un tampon (1) et le sceller, puis à être rappelée vers l'arrière en position de tir, avec des moyens de freinage qui sont agencés pour ne freiner la masselotte (13) que lors de son coulissement dans une direction et comprenant au moins une bille de freinage montée dans un évidement (24) du guide-tampon (11) et agencée pour, par coopération avec la masselotte (13), être poussée radialement vers celle-ci dans son coulissement dans ladite direction, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de freinage (17) sont agencés pour pousser la bille (18) radialement vers la masselotte (13) et solidariser le guide-tampon et la masselotte lors de la mise en appui de l'appareil et du coulissement vers l'arrière du guide-tampon (11).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de freinage sont agencés pour solidariser en coulissement le guide-tampon (11) et la masselotte (13) sous l'action d'un ressort (8) d'ouverture de l'appareil.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les moyens de freinage (8, 12, 17, 18) sont agencés pour solidariser en coulissement le guide-tampon (11) et la masselotte (13) avant l'ouverture complète de l'appareil (3).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les moyens de freinage (8, 12, 17, 18) sont agencés pour désolidariser la masselotte (13) du guide-tampon (11) en fin de mise en appui de l'appareil.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel les moyens de freinage comprennent le ressort d'ouverture (8), en appui contre un épaulement (9) du porte-canon (7) et contre une bague de guidage (10) solidaire en coulissement du guide-tampon (11) et montée pour coulisser dans une rainure (12) du canon (6').
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens de freinage comprennent une bague de freinage (17), agencée pour venir en butée contre le fond avant (27) de la rainure (12) du canon (6') et solidariser le guide-tampon (11) et la masselotte (13) lors du coulissement final vers l'avant du guide-tampon (11).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, dans lequel la bague de guidage (10) est vissée sur le guide-tampon (11).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel la bague de freinage (17) comporte une portion arrière (20) de section intérieure élargie empêchant toute coopération avec la bille de freinage (18).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel le guide-tampon (11), la bague de freinage (17) et la bille de freinage (18) sont agencés pour que lors de l'ouverture de l'appareil sous l'action du ressort d'ouverture (8), la bague de freinage (17) soit entrainée vers l'avant avec le guide-tampon (11) par la bille de freinage (18).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le guide-tampon porte un jonc (40) de solidarisation des moyens de freinage (17) et du guide-tampon (11) et de liaison entre les moyens de freinage (17) et la masselotte (13).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel la masselotte (13) comporte une portion de tige (131) de section rétrécie.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, dans lequel la bague de guidage (10) et le guide-tampon (11) sont réalisées d'une seule pièce.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les moyens de freinage comprennent une bague de freinage (17) montée rotative sur le guide-tampon (11), avec un évidement (217) de réception de la bille (18), et la masselotte (13) comporte une portion de tige (131) de section rétrécie.
- L'appareil selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la bague de freinage (17) possède une surface de came extérieure (317) agencée pour coopérer avec un doigt, fixe en rotation, du canon (6) et être entrainée en rotation contre l'action d'un ressort de torsion (117).
