Claims (24)
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung zur halbautomatischen Bestückung von Leitungen an einem Ende mit in Gehäusen (9) mit bestimmten Rasterabständen angeordneten Steckern, insbesondere Schneidklemmkontaktelementen, für die Herstellung von Leitungssätzen, welche eine Kontaktierstation (3) zur Kontaktierung der Leitungen mit den ausgehend von einem Magazin (1) über eine Artikelzuführung (2) zugeführten Gehäuse (9) aufweist, wobei die Artikelzuführung (2) eine Wendeeinrichtung (18) zum Umlenken der Gehäuse (9) in die Kontaktierlage sowie eine Artikelschiene (19) und eine Gehäusevorschubeinrichtung (20) zum Verschieben der Gehäuse (9) zur Kontaktierstation (3) umfaßt und wobei ferner in Transportrichtung der Gehäuse (9) hinter der Kontaktierstation (3) eine Prüfstation (4) zur Überprüfung der Kontaktierung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gehäuse (9) rechtwinklig zur Kontaktierlage hintereinander in parallel übereinanderliegenden Kanälen (8) eines horizontal angeordneten Blockmagazins (1) angeordnet sind und mittels einer Ausschubvorrichtung (7) in die Artikelzuführung (2) entleerbar sind, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (18) als um 90° verschwenkbarer Drehteller ausgebildet ist und daß zwischen der Wendeinrichtung (18) und der Kontaktierstation (3) eine über die Gehäusevorschubeinrichtung (20) zu beladende Pufferstrecke (23) angeordnet ist. - Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusevorschubeinrichtung (20) einen Ladestößel (24) zum Verschieben der Artikel aus der Wendeeinrichtung (18) in die Pufferstrecke (23) sowie eine Hilfsklinke (25) aufweist, um die Artikel in Richtung der Kontaktierstation (3) auf Druck zu halten.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausschubvorrichtung (7) über einen metallischen Schieber (11) die Gehäuse (9) aus dem in der Entladeebene befindlichen Kanal (8) des Blockmagazins (1) schiebt, wobei der Schieber (11) an einer Spiralfederstange (10) angeordnet ist, die zwischen einer durch einen reversierfähigen Antrieb angetriebenen Transportrolle (17) auf der einen Seite und einer auf einer über einen Pneumatikzylinder (15) bewegbaren Wippe (14) angeordneten Andruckrolle (13) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite gelagert ist, um durch Anlegen der Andruckrolle (13) über Betätigung des Pneumatikzylinders (15) die Initiierung des Vorschubs oder des Rückzugs der Spiralfederstange (10) durch Kraftschluß mit der Transportrolle (17) zu bewirken.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der reversierfähige Antrieb für die Transportrolle (17) der Ausschubvorrichtung (7) mit einer Rutschkupplung ausgerüstet ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der angetriebenen Transportrolle (17) der Ausschubvorrichtung (7) ein Gummiring zur Erhöhung des Reibwiderstandes zwischen der Transportrolle (17) und der Spiralfederstange (10) angeordnet ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Feststellen der Entleerung eines Kanals (8) des Blockmagazins (1) ein induktiver Näherungsschalter vorgesehen ist, der bei Kontakt mit dem metallischen Schieber (11) den Rückzug des Schiebers (11) sowie das Absenken des Blockmagazins (1) bis zur Anlage des nächsten Kanals (8) in der Entladeebene einleitet.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (18) der Artikelzuführung (2) als um 90° verschwenkbarer Drehteller mit einem darauf angeordneten Artikelschienenstück (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelschiene (19) der Wendeeinrichtung (18) eine Artikelbremse aufweist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem Blockmagazin (1) ausgeschobenen Gehäuse (9) über einen Vorschubhebel (16) mit drehbar gelagerter Transportklinke (17) in die Wendeeinrichtung (18) verschiebbar sind.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschwenkwinkel des Verschubhebels (16) in Abhängigkeit von der Polzahl der zu verschiebenden Artikel über eine mit Nocken (21) versehene Anschlagscheibe (22) einstellbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transport der Gehäuse (9) entlang der Artikelschiene (19) der Kontaktierstation (3) über die entsprechend der zu bestückenden Rasterung programmierbaren Rastertransporteinrichtung (26) erfolgt, die über ein kammartiges Transportelement (27) von vorne in eine auf der Gehäuseaußenseite angeordnete Zahnreihe (28) eingreift und die Gehäuse (9) entlang der Artikelschiene (19) verschiebt.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur lagegenauen Positionierung der Gehäuse (9) im Bereich der Kontaktierstation (3) die Artikelzentriervorrichtung (29) angeordnet ist, die über ein zahnstangenartig ausgebildetes Halteelement (30) in eine auf der Gehäuserückseite angeordnete Zahnreihe (28) eingreift.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelzentriervorrichtung (29) einen Absatz aufweist, der einen Gehäusevorsprung (32) untergreift.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastertransporteinrichtung (26) und die Artikelzentriervorrichtung (29) abwechselnd nacheinander mit dem Gehäuse (9) in Eingriff stehen.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktierstation (3) die Kabeleinführhilfe (33) sowie dazu senkrecht einen in einer über Langlöcher einstellbaren Aufnahme (34) gehaltenen Kontaktierstempel (35) aufweist, wobei der Kontaktierstempel (35) über einen Linearantrieb anhebbar und absenkbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Kabeleinführhilfe (33) ein mit einem Näherungsschalter versehener Kabelanschlag sowie Klemmbacken zum Erfassen des eingeführten Leitungsendes angeordnet sind.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmbacken eine widerhakenförmige Oberflächenstruktur aufweisen und die Klemmkraft der Klemmbacken in Abhängigkeit vom Leitungsquerschnitt und/oder der Isolationsart einstellbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Kontaktierstempels (35) zur Erhöhung der Taktgeschwindigkeit mit zwei abwechselnd drucklos schaltbaren Pneumatikventilen versehen ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Kontaktierstempels (35) durch das Einstecken des Leitungsendes durch die Kabeleinführhilfe gegen den auf einer Wippe angeordneten Näherungsschalter auslösbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Transportrichtung der Gehäuse (9) hinter der Kontaktierstation (3) angeordnete Prüfstation (4) eine Laserkontrolleinheit aufweist, so daß über einen auf das Leitungsende focussierten Laser-Lichtstrahl die Leitungs-Einstecktiefe überprüfbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelschließstation (5) einen Anschlag sowie einen über zwei Exzenterwellen (36) bewegbaren Schließarm (37) aufweist, der in einer Art Parallelogrammbewegung verschwenkbar ist.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung der Gehäuse (9) hinter der Deckelschließstation (5) eine wahlweise zuschaltbare Leitungsabwinkelstation (38) angeordnet ist, in der über einen profilierten Schieber (39) die unter 90° aus dem Gehäuse (9) austretenden Leitungen (40) in im Gehäusedeckel (9a) angeordnete Kabelhalterungen eindrückbar sind.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Antriebe als Pneumatikantriebe ausgebildet sind, wobei an den Pneumatikgliedern Kontrollelemente zur Endlagenabfrage sowie Stoßdämpfer zur Lärmdämmung vorgesehen sind.
- Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamte Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung auf einem Maschinenständer (6) angeordnet ist und zur Bedienung und Kontrolle der Maschine im Blickfeld des Bedienungspersonals ein Steuerungspult (43) mit Klartextanzeige (42) vorgesehen ist.
