Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat steel anchor for masonry usually made of stainless steel, which is profiled on preferably both side edges - when looking at the anchor in the plan - that is, it has no straight side edges.
- the invention further relates to a method for producing these anchors.
- Such anchors are used for masonry made of sand-lime brick, gas concrete blocks, gas concrete blocks or similar stones, placed flat between these stones and held in thin-bed mortar, light mortar or similar binders or adhesives. They are mainly subjected to tension and must therefore be well fixed so that they can fulfill the anchor effect. A particular area of application for these anchors are butt joints.
- the lateral edges are profiled in known flat steel anchors or with U-shaped incisions arranged at a distance from one another Mistake; the binder penetrates these incisions and creates a positive connection that increases the pull-out strength.
- these incisions have the disadvantage that they can only be produced by subsequent treatment of the originally straight side edges of the strip-shaped flat steel anchor, namely by stamping. Waste of materials cannot be avoided.
- the invention is based on the object of improving the flat steel anchors mentioned at the outset in such a way that edge punchings are dispensed with, but an edge profile can nevertheless be achieved which ensures good resistance to pulling out. Material waste should therefore be excluded.
- a special edge profile is proposed for flat steel anchors of the type mentioned at the outset, in which an imaginary straight line running longitudinally to the flat steel anchor extends laterally outward projections and also inward recesses, in such a way that the projections and the recesses have identical or practically congruent floor plans.
- Such profiling of the edges of the flat steel anchor should preferably extend over the entire length of the anchor, although an arrangement at only a few points is also possible.
- the projections and recesses caused by this profiling ensure the aforementioned positive locking on the masonry and thus the desired high pull-out strength of the anchor.
- a particular advantage of an anchor designed in this way is that, compared to the known flat steel anchors with U-shaped incisions arranged at a distance from one another, it is now possible to manufacture them in a much simpler manner.
- the individual bottle steel anchors are separated from a material web which can optionally be pulled off a roll by means of a transverse wavy, zigzag-shaped or similar cut, this cut being able to be carried out by shearing, punching or the like.
- the flat steel anchors obtained in this way are given their desired edge profile through such production, so that the required pull-out strength can be achieved.
- the invention does not exclude that the flat steel anchor can also be provided with small holes or openings and also with depressions. The work steps required for this can be carried out together with the manipulations with which the flat steel anchor is separated from the material web.
- the material web mentioned, from which the flat steel anchors are separated can have a width which corresponds to the length of a flat steel anchor, but it is also possible to choose widths which are twice, three times or the like, i.e. several times an anchor length.
- the masonry consisting, for example, of sand-lime bricks 1 with the longitudinal wall 2 and the transverse wall 3 to be secured has - in the illustration exaggeratedly reproduced joints 4 in which the binder or the mortar is located.
- joints 4 in which the binder or the mortar is located.
- a flat steel anchor 5 In a horizontal joint 4 about half in the longitudinal wall 2 and the other half in the transverse wall 3 there is a flat steel anchor 5, which is designed as a narrow strip with a wall thickness of about 0.5 mm and is made of stainless steel or another stainless steel.
- the parallel longitudinal edges 6 are designed or profiled in a special way due to the invention to improve the fixation of the flat steel anchor in the joints 4.
- the improved fixation also serve in a row arranged flat depressions 7, which have an approximately triangular plan.
- the depressions 7 located in each half are arranged such that their tips 8 point in the same direction, while the tips 8 of all depressions 7 point to the center of the anchor at 10.
- This shape has the advantage of an improved mounting of each half of the flat steel anchors 5.
- a small opening 9 can also be provided for air discharge or for the penetration of the binder.
- the longitudinal edges 6 have a slightly zigzag shape, they extend over the entire anchor length and are also located on both sides of the flat steel anchor.
- the edge profiling is determined by an imaginary straight line 11 running longitudinally to the anchor.
- the distance between the straight lines 11 located on both sides corresponds to the nominal width or the active width B of the flat steel anchor.
- the body of the flat steel anchor 5 runs in a zigzag shape overall, since the adjacent edge parts 12, 13 located on opposite sides of the anchor run parallel to one another. Since the straight line 11 bisects the edge parts 12, 13, there are projections 14 extending outwards from the straight line 11 (shown by hatching) in FIG Triangular shape and also shown hatched recesses 15 in a triangular shape.
- triangles or projections 14 and recesses 15 are congruent in shape and size, but the tips point in opposite directions - transverse to the longitudinal direction of the armature.
- the mass d therefore coincide; the length L is twice the size of the triangles 14, 15.
- the size d can be about 2-4 mm; the dimension L can be chosen with about 5 - 10 cm.
- the side edges 6 run approximately along a sine line; The mass s is then the amplitude, while the mass L determines the vibration range.
- FIG. 9 shows a smaller zigzag division compared to FIG. 5. But here, too, the two side edges 6 are designed such that the base 16 of a recess 15 of the most protruding point 17 of the projections 14 is exactly opposite.
- a particular advantage of the invention is that the manufacture of the individual flat steel anchors can be done by separating them from a material web 18, which can also form a winding 19, in order to be able to pull the material web 18 from it.
- the individual flat steel anchors 5 are cut off by cutting, punching or the like. With the separation, the flat steel anchor is given its final, waste-free final shape, ie the special profiling of the side edges 6. This is possible because the sizes of the divisions and the projections or recesses (areas at 14 and 15) are all coordinated.
- the depressions 7 and the holes 9 can be produced together with the separation of the individual flat steel anchors 5 from the material web 18.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flat steel anchor for masonry usually made of stainless steel, which is profiled on preferably both side edges - when looking at the anchor in the plan - that is, it has no straight side edges. The invention further relates to a method for producing these anchors.
Such anchors are used for masonry made of sand-lime brick, gas concrete blocks, gas concrete blocks or similar stones, placed flat between these stones and held in thin-bed mortar, light mortar or similar binders or adhesives. They are mainly subjected to tension and must therefore be well fixed so that they can fulfill the anchor effect. A particular area of application for these anchors are butt joints.
In order to achieve a high pull-out strength, the lateral edges are profiled in known flat steel anchors or with U-shaped incisions arranged at a distance from one another Mistake; the binder penetrates these incisions and creates a positive connection that increases the pull-out strength. However, these incisions have the disadvantage that they can only be produced by subsequent treatment of the originally straight side edges of the strip-shaped flat steel anchor, namely by stamping. Waste of materials cannot be avoided.
Werkstoffabfälle sollen also ausgeschlossen werden. The invention is based on the object of improving the flat steel anchors mentioned at the outset in such a way that edge punchings are dispensed with, but an edge profile can nevertheless be achieved which ensures good resistance to pulling out. Material waste should therefore be excluded.
To achieve this object, according to the invention, a special edge profile is proposed for flat steel anchors of the type mentioned at the outset, in which an imaginary straight line running longitudinally to the flat steel anchor extends laterally outward projections and also inward recesses, in such a way that the projections and the recesses have identical or practically congruent floor plans.
Such profiling of the edges of the flat steel anchor should preferably extend over the entire length of the anchor, although an arrangement at only a few points is also possible. The projections and recesses caused by this profiling ensure the aforementioned positive locking on the masonry and thus the desired high pull-out strength of the anchor.
A particular advantage of an anchor designed in this way, however, is that, compared to the known flat steel anchors with U-shaped incisions arranged at a distance from one another, it is now possible to manufacture them in a much simpler manner. On the basis of the invention, the individual bottle steel anchors are separated from a material web which can optionally be pulled off a roll by means of a transverse wavy, zigzag-shaped or similar cut, this cut being able to be carried out by shearing, punching or the like. The flat steel anchors obtained in this way are given their desired edge profile through such production, so that the required pull-out strength can be achieved.
The invention does not exclude that the flat steel anchor can also be provided with small holes or openings and also with depressions. The work steps required for this can be carried out together with the manipulations with which the flat steel anchor is separated from the material web.
The material web mentioned, from which the flat steel anchors are separated, can have a width which corresponds to the length of a flat steel anchor, but it is also possible to choose widths which are twice, three times or the like, i.e. several times an anchor length.

The masonry consisting, for example, of sand-
The parallel
The edge profiling is determined by an imaginary

The embodiment according to FIG. 9 shows a smaller zigzag division compared to FIG. 5. A particular advantage of the invention is that the manufacture of the individual flat steel anchors can be done by separating them from a
The
