Claims (17)

  1. Nahrungsmittelbehälter mit Garantieversiegelung, mit einem Deckel (5) und einer Schale (2) aus Kunststoffmaterial, wobei der Deckel und die Schale entlang ihrer Umfangskanten (6, 7) verbindbar ausgebildet sind, und wenigstens einer entfernbaren Versiegelung (8), welche einem Anheben des Deckels vorbeugt, eindeutig die Unversehrtheit der Packung anzeigt und einen entfernbaren Bereich (9) der Kante der Schale (6) umfaßt, wobei der entfernbare Bereich mit dem Rest der Schale mittels dünner Streifen (13) oder über vorperforierte Linien verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Kante (6) der Schale einen sich nach oben erstreckenden Umfangsbereich (16), und die Kanten (7) des Deckels einen sich nach unten erstreckenden Umfangsbereich (21) umfassen, wobei die Umfangsbereiche gegenüberliegende gebogene Ränder mit gleichförmigen äußeren Profilen ohne äußere Vorsprünge und überlappende Elemente oder Schlitze im Bereich der wenigstens einen entfernbaren Versiegelung aufweisen, wobei die Ränder derart geformt sind, daß sie bei einförmiger Erscheinung vollständig miteinander zur Bildung eines geschlossenen Umfangskanals verbindbar sind.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kante des Deckels (7) einen Bereich (29) aufweist, welcher einfach an dem entfernbaren Bereich der Schale (9) aufliegt, um dem entfernbaren Schalenbereich zu ermöglichen, radial auswärts gezogen zu werden, um das Brechen wenigstens eines Teils der Streifen (13) zu bewirken.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelbereich (29), welcher einfach auf dem entfernbaren Bereich der Schale (9) aufliegt, derart geformt ist, daß er elastisch aufwärts faltbar ist, um Zug zuzulassen, in derselben Richtung wie der entfernbare Schalenbereich (9), um ein Brechen Wenigstens eines Teils der Streifen (13) zu bewirken.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kante der Schale einen flachen Bereich (14) aufweist, welcher an den seitlichen Wänden (3) der Schale angeformt und durch eine Rippe (15) versteift ist, welche einen im wesentlichem U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einer äußeren Umfangsnut (19) hat.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kante (7) des Deckels einen flachen äußeren Bereich (20) umfaßt, welcher dem flachen Bereich (14) der Kante der Schale überlagert werden kann.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Versiegelung (8) des flachen äußeren Bereichs (20) die Kante des Deckels (5) mit dem zentralen Bereich des Deckels über eine gebogene Kante (32) verbunden ist, welche geeignet ist, eine Aufwärtsbiegung zu ermöglichen, nicht jedoch eine Abwärtsbiegung des flachen äußeren Bereichs (20) der Kante des Deckels.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kante (7) des Deckels im Umfang mit einem Flansch (21) versehen ist, welcher im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu dem flachen Bereich (20) der Deckelkante ist und in die Umfangsnut (19) der Rippe der Kante der Schale einsetzbar ist.
  8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flache Bereich (14) der Kante der Schale eine kleine Vertiefung (30) am entfernbaren Bereich (9) aufweist.
  9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flache Bereich (20) der Kante des Deckels, welcher den entfernbaren Bereich der Schale (9) überlappt, eine Vertiefung (31) aufweist, welche der Vertiefung (30) der Kante der Schale entspricht, um somit mit dieser in Kontakt zu sein.
  10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verbinden des entfernbaren Schalenbereichs (9) mit dem gegenüberliegenden Deckelbereich (20), welche beim Schließen der Schale mit dem Deckel in Art eines Schnappverschlusses verbunden und nur nach Brechen der Versiegelung und Öffnen des Behälters lösbar sind.
  11. Behälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die automatische Verbindungsvorrichtung im flachen Bereich (14) der Kante der Schale an deren entfernbaren Bereich (9) eine konische Öffnung (33) mit einer seitlichen Wandung (34) umfaßt, welche im wesentlichen konisch geformt ist und radial Nuten (35) aufweist, die geeignet sind, in einer Seitenwand V-förmige Streifen (36) zu definieren, welche elastisch nach unten vorstehen.
  12. Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die automatische Verbindungsvorrichtung im flachen Bereich (20) an der Kante des Deckels, welcher dem entfernbaren Schalenbereich (9) gegenüberliegt, eine längliche Struktur (37) aufweist, welche nach unten in einem rechten Winkel vom Deckel absteht und mit der konischen Öffnung (33) des entfernbaren Schalenbereichs (9) ausgerichtet ist.
  13. Behälter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längliche Struktur (37) einen Hauptkörper aufweist, welcher durch radiale Längsrippen (38) gebildet ist und in entsprechende Radialnuten (35) der konischen Öffnung (33) des entfernbaren Bereichs der Schale (9) einsetzbar ist, und mit einem Kopf (41), welcher im wesentlichen konisch ausgebildet und in Art eines Schnappverschlusses in die konische Öffnung (33) der Kante der Schale einsetzbar ist, jedoch aufgrund der von den V-förmigen Streifen (36) der Wand der konischen Öffnung ausgeübten Schließkräfte nicht herausgezogen werden kann.
  14. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanten der Schale und des Deckels (6; 7) in den von der Versiegelung (8) beabstandeten Bereichen komplementär ausgebildete Verbindungsvorrichtungen (27; 28) aufweisen, welche einen ausreichenden Kontakt zwischen Deckel und Schale in wenigstens zwei flachen Bereichen (3, 14; 26, 20) gewährleisten.
  15. Behälter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der entfernbare Bereich (9) an der Kante der Schale von dem Rest der Schale durch eine Materiallücke beabstandet ist, welche sich entlang eines Zentralbereiches (10), der im wesentlichen parallel zur äußeren Kante der Schale verläuft, und entlang zweier Seitenbereiche (11, 12) welche im wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zu den Kanten stehen, erstreckt.
  16. Behälter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flache äußere Bereich (20; 31) der Kante des Deckels mit dem Zentralbereich des Deckels über eine Rinne (25) verbunden ist, welche einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einer äußeren Wand (26) hat, welche im wesentlichen die gleiche Steigung wie die Seitenwand (3) der Schale aufweist.
  17. Behälter nach Wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser eine polygonale Form, von oben gesehen, mit einer Versiegelung (9) in einer oder mehreren Ecken aufweist.
