Claims (11)
- Dispositif de commutation dépendant de la température, comprenant un élément actif thermostatique (11) et un élément de connexion électrique (12) actionné par ce dernier, tous deux sont montés dans un boîtier, qui est muni d'un logement (31), destiné à recevoir un matériau élastique (32), fermé par une membrane élastique (33), face auquel est monté un piston moteur (40), qui pénètre dans un évidement (35) d'une pièce de guidage (36) et qui est associé à une pièce de commutation (17) de l'élément de connexion électrique (12), qui est monté sur une plaque support (13), réalisée en particulier dans une matière synthétique, à partir de laquelle se détachent vers l'extérieur des éléments de raccordement électriques (14),
caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (30) est constitué par un corps moulé en tôle métallique (42), commun à l'élément actif thermostatique (11) et à l'élément de connexion électrique (12), montés tous deux dans ledit boîtier muni d'un épaulement (43) comprenant un logement (31) en forme de cuvette, destiné à recevoir le matériau élastique (32), ledit boîtier s'étend d'une seule pièce depuis le logement (31) en forme de cuvette jusqu'à la plaque support (13) de l'élément de connexion électrique (12). - Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42) s'étend jusqu'à un bord extérieur (45) de la plaque support (13) et s'engage autour du bord extérieur (45) et en ce que la plaque support (13) est fixée contre le boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42) par déformation plastique du bord (46) du boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42), dans la zone du bord extérieur (45).
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de guidage (36) est maintenue entre le boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42) et son épaulement (43).
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de guidage (36) s'appuie contre une surface de contact (38), entourant le logement (31) du boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42), en particulier de l'épaulement (43) de ce dernier.
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de guidage (36) est poussée contre la surface de contact (38) par une partie du boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42), en entraînant une déformation élastique du bord (34, 37) de la membrane (33).
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42) est muni d'un ou plusieurs organes de blocage (50) de la pièce de guidage (36), dirigés de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur et chevauchant au moins légèrement la face de la pièce de guidage (36) orientée vers l'élément de connexion électrique (12).
- Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage (50) forment une seule pièce avec le boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42).
- Dispositif de commutation selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage (50) sont formés par des saillies (51, 52), dirigées de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, qui ont été de préférence formées dans le matériau du boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42), en particulier pressées dans ce dernier.
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage (50), en particulier des saillies (51, 52), sont constitués par des moulures, des languettes, etc.
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage (50), en particulier les saillies (51, 52), sont constitués par une moulure périphérique ou plusieurs moulures successives, espacées les unes des autres dans le sens périphérique.
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage (50), en particulier les saillies, sont formés par une ou plusieurs empreintes, bossages, gorges réalisés dans les parois, par un tracé de paroi oblique, de forme conique, par exemple, par un épaulement dirigé vers l'intérieur ou par des tracés de parois analogues réalisés sur la paroi du boîtier moulé en tôle métallique (42).
