Mit zunehmender Abnutzung des Exzenters, der durch Reibung - in der Regel auf Metall - in seine Schließstellung gebracht wird, und durch im Laufe des Betriebs auftretende zunehmende Verunreinigungen verändert sich die Null-Lage des Richtapparates, was zu Störungen beim Richten des Richtguts, d. h. zu Ausschuß führt. Es ist somit eine Reinigung und/oder ein Austausch von Teilen und eine Neujustierung in dem Falle, daß die Richtrollen fest angeordnet sind oder in dem Falle, daß mindestens ein Teil der Richtrollen verstellbar angeordnet ist, ein aufwendiges Nachstellen der einzelnen Richtrollen erforderlich.With higher demands on the quality of straightening, but also on the speed of setting up such straightening devices, problems arise with the known straightening devices. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Richtapparat weist einen Grundkörper 1 auf, der aus zwei Körperteilen 2 und 3 besteht. Die beiden Körperteile 2 und 3 sind auf zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Führungsbolzen 4 angeordnet, die als Führungen dienen. Mit einem Ende sind die Führungsbolzen 4 mit einem Körperteil 2 oder 3 fest verbunden, während der andere Körperteil 2 oder 3 auf dem Führungsbolzen 4 gleitbar angeordnet ist. Die Führungsbolzen 4 sind jeweils in einer den Grundkörper 1 durchdringenden durchgehenden Bohrung 5 angeordnet bzw. befestigt, wobei die Bohrung 5 in den Körperteilen 2 und 3 jeweils eine Erweiterung 6, 6' aufweist, in der auf den jeweiligen Führungsbolzen 4 aufgesetzt eine Schraubenfeder 7 angeordnet ist, die sich gegen die Enden der Erweiterung 6, 6' abstützt. Die Schraubenfeder 7 wird im Ausführungsbeispiel durch eine Schutzhülse 8 überdeckt. Claims (10)
